Fantastic experience: The physiotherapist at Hope Physio is really experienced, helps relives pain within few visits. The front desk, Gurpreet is also very nice, caring, friendly and professional. The therapists take time to understand your problem and create personalized treatment plan. They make booking and visits smooth and stress-free.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the service my wife received at your centre. While the massage itself was average, the conduct of your receptionist/massage therapist was unacceptable and entirely unprofessional and uncalled for. We received a text message a day before stating only a 6 PM appointment time, with no indication that the booking had been rescheduled. This lack of clarity, coupled with the staff member’s attitude, raises legitimate concerns about your service standards. Given the circumstances, I no longer feel comfortable continuing with future appointments and have already cancelled my upcoming booking with your establishment. As individuals, we have a responsibility to do what is right, and no form of compensation can overcome the overall experience. Thank you, and I wish you well moving forward.
