Negative experience: Don't waste your time. The physios are great but they can't manage their schedules at all. I've been left in the waiting room TWICE for 30 minutes past my appointment time, but a 15-20 minute wait is pretty much every appointment.

Fantastic experience: Took my mom for Physiotherapy and met Anne for first time, had a great experience and she is also very experienced , mom had multiple complications but Anne was so patient and great with the therapy that mom felt so satisfied and feeling better. Highly recommend visiting Lake Physiotherapy in Chestermere.

Fantastic experience: Giuseppe Izzo is really good at what he does and simplifies even the most complex of conditions in a way that's understandable to address and the follow up sessions are focused and result yielding.

Fantastic experience: Ally knows her stuff! She is very well versed with body movement and gives you the right ‘homework’ to help you out. She takes time to explain what’s happening and she uses various forms of treatment. My experience has always been excellent with her! It helps that she takes very good care of her own body too! I find that reassuring when she explains muscle groups and how everything is interlinked! If your having aches and or pain, might be time to go see Ally! :)

The clinic was very clean and warm, which I enjoyed as it was comfortable. Ally is a rockstar!! She was so thorough in my assessment for muscle and body imbalances. She targeted every issue I have too to bottom being a physique athlete with scoliosis. She made adjustments that helped to correct my posture, provided a depth of knowledge I have never received before, and provided exercises that will help to correct my imbalances. Fantastic experience: I got into a car accident about 4 months ago. Thought I would never recover due to my severe injuries. Doctor Ace and Giuseppe helped me get into shape and full recovery in the 4 months I visited. The reception were really kind as well as I would always get a greeting whenever I walked into my appointments. If you need a Chiropractor, I would recommend Doctor Ace, and if you need a Physiotherapist, I would recommend Doctor Giuseppe. They are very outgoing and I had a blast every time I would visit because the conversations are never dull.
