Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Dr. Mark Strudwick for several years now for what I found out is lower back L4L5 stenosis which affects my back, my hips, knees and legs. Mark was/is instrumental in helping address these issues.

Expérience fantastique: Mark is a very knowledgeable and professional chiropractor. Had a good visit that helped. Also provided good tips on maintenance with stretches.

Expérience fantastique: For five years I suffered with a sore knee, which a physiotherapist had diagnosed as arthritis. I had bought a large, heavy customized knee brace which didn’t seem to help. A friend persuaded me to see a chiropractor and this man said, “Hmm, there’s nothing wrong with your knee joint. I think it’s scar tissue.” After about ten minutes of painful massage it was cured.

He listened extensively to my history and concerns, did extensive tests, explained what he suspected the problems were when asked, and generously adjusted and treated me. His confidence and experience, matched with his intentional care, elicited feelings of empowerment in me, and I feel VERY supported and VERY clear on how to take care of myself from this point forward. Expérience fantastique: Great first visit, Mark was very attentive and professional.i came in very stiff with severe back, hip and migrane ppain for 3 days. He took time after the mobility assessment to release the tight muscles before realigning my spine releasing the migraine and 80% of the back pain. I have booked the follow up appointment I need to completely relieve the rest of the back pain. As a retired RN with years of chiropractor encounters across Canada while working, Mark ranks at the top of my list and I will be continuing with Mark for regular maintenance once I get this crisis under control. It was over a year since I had and adjustment and that was far too long for an old nursing back.

Expérience fantastique: It was a long time ago that I had my last chiropractic treatment and I had some trepidation going for the first time in more than 5 years. But, I had a significant fall that really jarred my neck and I knew going would help. Having no previous knowledge of chiropractors in Victoria or any referrals from family, friends I simply chose one that was accessible by bus. I was able to get an appointment sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff is kind and friendly. Mark was welcoming, kind, attentive; asking appropriate questions regarding the specifics of my pain. He was very respectful of my past experiences, and created a very comfortable space. He was very gentle with his approach and techniques, respecting my limitations of movement and helpful with releasing held muscles while gently realigning my vertebrae. His friendly demeanor and kindness radiated through his smile.

Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Dr. Peter Quinn, chiropractor, for a few years now. He helped me through a workplace injury last year and referred me to Eden Sandhals, one of the RMTs. I keep seeing both even though I've moved out to Westshore. Professional, respectful, and lovely office staff as well. Peter also is certified to do low level laser therapy and can offer products and stretches to suit your pain and needs. 20/10 would recommend!
