I saw Chris Vilayphonh who I found to be very through and extremely good at getting into the muscle spasm straight away. I felt relief almost immediately after he performed (IMS) treatment. Their hospitality was outstanding, and the process to register for direct billing was refreshingly simple and straightforward. Having just retired from the CAF, I know that dealing with VAC can be challenging at times, so having a clinic that can directly bill made the experience significantly easier and less stressful. I was initially a bit skeptical about parking in the area, but that concern quickly disappeared—there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

They cover all bases for your needs and so far Chris in physio and Madison rmt have provided an incredible amount of care with true expertise in their fields. It all starts with the friendly smiles at the front desk. Terrific staff all around. I’m happy to say I won’t be looking elsewhere in the future for any other possible treatments and I’ll be coming back for occasional tuneups when needed!

Expérience fantastique: Kevin was great! I tweaked my QL doing some kettlebell snatches just before a work trip to Victoria, and it really flared up the next day. The team at South Island Physio squeezed me in last minute. Kevin gave me an adjustment and some shockwave on the painful spots, and I’m already feeling much better this evening. Highly recommend!

I've seen both Jason and Chris for physiotherapy and Keaton for kinesiology/exercises to help with neck, shoulder and back pain from an accident - they're all extremely knowledgeable and experienced in their practices. Everytime I enter the clinic the admins are friendly and welcoming. They always find ways to accommodate a busy schedule and make ICBC claims feel effortless. I am assured my recovery is top priority at South Island and recommend anyone who is looking to start their recovery to look no futher!

Right from the start, he worked with where I was at - giving me exercise that were successful even with my injury. As my body has improved he has continued to challenge me in a safe way. When I needed orthopedic surgery, Jason created a personalized pre-habilitation and rehabilitation program, even teaming up with his kinesiologist colleague, Keaton, to ensure the best outcome. What really sets Jason and the team apart is their holistic approach; their care strengthens not just physical health, but also psychosocial wellbeing through the positive, professional relationships they build with patients. My wife and I even book back-to-back appointments and jokingly call it our version of “couples therapy.” Yes, we actually look forward to physio...who knew?! If I could give them six stars, I would. Expérience fantastique: I had a visit with Jason Nenzel about a recent knee problem. Super experience, I couldn't have asked for a better assessment or a nicer physio. Jason had a great manner, investigated the issue and explained what he was checking for, and then he brought out some materials to explain in more detail about what might be going on. Knees are tricky, so it was nice to get a physio who didn't try to appear to have the "right answer" -- I've had physios in the past say erroneously, "here's what's wrong, here's what will fix it," and when that fails it's more frustrating than helpful! Jason said that ours was a working hypothesis about what was going on, and suggested things I could do to work with my injury. I'll see him again a couple of times over the next few weeks. Thank you very much JN!

Expérience fantastique: Came with a really bad case of back issues for dead lifting, this is my first physio experience. The staff is great from the first time you step in, they are welcoming and happy to see you every time, I even get a welcoming bag after my first session. My physiotherapist Kaitlyn was great, her explanation about what was going out with me was really clear, made me realize what had happen and how to fix it. Super happy to go back to do my regular life and move freely.

Expérience fantastique: Keaton Is my Kineseologist and we work to improve my strength, speed and address imbalances so that I can compete in golf at the highest level that I can. Within a few months, we’ve already made tons of progress and the program Keaton put together for me allows me to make progress without putting too much stress on any injuries I have. My speed and strength is up, which is always a good thing, and I feel way healthier. I appreciate that he’s willing to work with me for my specific goals and it has translated to the golf course beautifully.

She is incredibly knowledgable about the human body and has been so supportive though my nerve flare-ups. The excersize plan Arianna created for me has been very doable, and she always checked-in first before adjusting it. Her hands-on manipulations are magical! I have only seen Kevin Sommerfeldt twice, but have had a similarly great experience during my chiropractic sessions with him. He is very considerate with his adjustments and has had great insights about my on-going carpal tunnel issues. The front-desk team are also fantastic; very kind and great at what they do!

The front entrance is a clean, open space that has been well designed. The gym is big and bright with new equipment and is kept clean. Friendly staff—down-to-earth and genuinely happy to see you. It is owned and run by physiotherapists. They are both very involved, still practicing, and care about their customers and staff. Kaitlyn is my ROCKSTAR!!! She is very knowledgeable and knows how to get me back to normal movement after injury and surgeries. I don't know what I'd do without her. I've had multiple injuries over the past 7 years, and she's motivated, coached, inspired, and mentored my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Thank God for all of you!!!!
