Elements Osteopathy

Expérience fantastique: Agostina was absolutely amazing! I honestly had no idea what to expect going into my first osteopathy appointment, but I went in with an open mind and I’m SO glad I did. She made my body feel better in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. She picked up on things I hadn’t noticed, connected the dots across my whole body, and really took the time to explain what she was seeing and our plan moving forward. I left feeling lighter, more comfortable, and honestly amazed at how different my body felt. Such a great first experience and I can’t wait for my follow-up!

Expérience fantastique: My first appt was with Agostina yesterday. I was greeted with kindness and respect. She listened to what I said and was super professional the entire treatment . I could feel how knowledgeable she was and my intuition was correct I Woke up next morning feeling like a new person. I told all my friends and family members about my positive experience and will be spreading the word about my experience

Expérience fantastique: I walked in rather sceptical, and feeling like a rusty door hinge ... but now I'm impressed! Just a couple of visits and I'm feeling WAY better - more mobile. Thanks Agostina! Amazing. My wife and I are now committed to your healing hands. Cheers!

Expérience fantastique: For years, I have been faithfully seeing a Physiotherapist, a Chiropractor, a massage therapist and an osteopath - until I recently started seeing Sebastian. I have quickly learned that he is so good at what he does I no longer need any other care!! Amazing!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Sebastian!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Agostina is incredible!! I have been recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery and have been trying to get back to playing rugby. I struggled a lot with swelling in my knee after exercising and couldn’t manage it very well. After one treatment my swelling was no longer a problem and I felt like I had more blood flow in my joints. I will be going back!

Expérience fantastique: Agostina is incredible - she is warm, friendly, and so knowledgeable. She is so gentle and has helped me immensely. She's an excellent listener both to what I tell her I'm experiencing in my body, and also to my body itself. She has healing hands and is so passionate about her work and helping others. I would not hesitate to recommend her!!

Expérience fantastique: I recommend treatment with Agostina

Expérience fantastique: Agostina is very professional and knows osteopathy like the back of her hand. I would definitely recommend her for all your osteopathy needs.

Expérience fantastique: Just want to share the amazing experience I had with one of your Osteopath Practitioners Agostina Franco in the Niagara Area. Agostina was both friendly and professional and from my very first visit my health turned around and I felt so much better! I suffer from chronic back pain, and now after continuing with Osteopath therapy, I no longer live with pain! I wish Agostina all the best in the future, and she will certainly be missed in the Niagara Area. Sincerely, Krystal Teal

Expérience fantastique: Agostina is definitely a game changer to chronic pain. She assisted me with a chronic lower back pain and there was improvements after one session. Her personality is comforting, progressive and professional.

Expérience fantastique: Agostina made me really comfortable, and was very professional. I was nervous to try osteopathy but she explained everything very thoroughly and I’m excited for my next visit!

Expérience fantastique: I play university hockey and I’ve tried other types of treatments but I never felt like they worked. So I tried osteopathy for the first time, Agostina treated me and I could not believe how much better my body felt even after just one treatment! Highly recommend Agostina!!!

Expérience fantastique: I have had sinusitis-related pain around my nose, eyes, and head for decades. After seeing Dr. Sebastian Gleeson-Power twice, all of these symptoms disappeared. For several months, even when I wore glasses, my vision was blurry. After osteopathic treatment, my vision has now returned to normal—I can see clearly again without glasses and handle everyday household tasks. Dr. Sebastian Gleeson-Power is friendly and kind, highly skilled, and his clinic has a pleasant environment. My eldest great-granddaughter is over three years old. She used to fall frequently even when walking normally, and she also had issues with drooling. After osteopathic treatment, these problems no longer occur. She really enjoys visiting this doctor and is able to cooperate well during treatment. We recommend this doctor to parents and families who are in need.

Expérience fantastique: Sebastian is a professional and informative osteopathic expert who made me feel very comfortable and improved a long standing discomfort in my neck and shoulders I thought I’d never be rid of. He is a very talented man. He got into places that traditional RMT, chiropractic, acupuncture and physiotherapy practitioners weren’t able to help me with.

Expérience fantastique: After only 3 appointments with Sebastian my chronic neck pain has virtually disappeared. My previous treatments which included physio, IMS and massage therapy were not successful in treating my neck and shoulder pain. This was my first experience with an osteopath and I would strongly recommend this form of treatment.

Expérience fantastique: I have been experiencing neck tightness and associated body discomfort for almost two months. Unsure what the cause is - improper form at the gym, day-to-day posture, sleeping position, dietary and/or all of the above. Osteopathy has been recommended to me many times but I didn't know much about it so I decided to try it out to see if it would help with my symptoms. I was really happy that I was able to book a same day appointment with Elements Osteopathy. Sebastian's friendly, calm and professional demeanour made the whole experience a very positive one. His knowledge and experience as an osteopath gave me great comfort that I was in good hands to help with relief of my symptoms. I've been to three sessions now and each time, my headache goes away after each treatment and I feel better overall. Thanks Sebastian! I will be adding Elements Osteopathy to my routine to help with not only symptoms that I am experiencing at the time but for overall wellness and maintenance.

Expérience fantastique: Georgia is an absolute miracle worker!! I am at an age and have not been nice to my body between accidents, many years of very physical sports, surgeries, and a full contact family photo event. Georgia is exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and has a natural talent for healing surpassed by none! She has been able to actually provide me relief from chronic pains. If you haven’t seen her - what are you waiting for?

Expérience fantastique: Ich habe sehr spontan zwei Termine erhalten. Sebastian war sehr professionell und freundlich. Ich kann die Praxis sehr empfehlen.

Expérience fantastique: Sebastian is wonderful. My sessions have helped my mobility and my flexibility. He had great suggestions for things I can do at home to continue my progress. He is professional with a warm demeanor that puts you at ease.

Expérience fantastique: I've been to many different types of practitioners but after just my first treatment with Seb, I felt so much relief from my chronic tightness and pain. Woke up feeling great too and looking forward to my next appointment.

Expérience fantastique: I was really struggling with painful spasms in the right piriformis muscle, making it challenging to get up and down from sitting, in and out of a vehicle, and at times to simply walk. Sebastian is a skilled healer and over a few weekly visits, enabled me to be pain-free and greatly improved my mobility. He is attentive, personable and absolutely professional. I am so grateful to be healed.

Expérience fantastique: Sebastian is kind, attentive, and skilled. I've had several wonderful visits.

Expérience fantastique: I recently went for a treatment as I had hurt my back somehow. I was barely walking as my hip and low back were locked up. Sebastian greatly improved my mobility after 1 treatment.

Expérience fantastique: Georgia is an incredibly gifted and intuitive therapist. She treated my tennis elbow with instantly relieving results. I highly recommend this clinic.

Expérience fantastique: Several sessions spent with Seb, who worked hard at getting me straightened out. Excellent, professional and friendly service.

Expérience fantastique: Thank you Sebastian!! After hurting my neck and shoulder over the weekend, I had a Monday appointoint -- and what a relief. Within couple of hours after seeing Sebastian, I regained full movement and the pain was gone. Thank you :)

Expérience fantastique: Sebastian from Elements Osteopathy is the best osteopathic practitioner in Victoria, BC! Knowledgeable, kind, professional, and highly effective osteopathy treatments. I can’t wait for our next session. Thanks so much, Sebastian!

Expérience fantastique: I am always very happy and pleased with the treatment given to me. Sebastian is very professional and knowledgeable!

Expérience fantastique: I am a retired acupuncturist and shiatsu therapist and find it hard to find someone who can help me who has the knowledge and skills to really give relief. I thought I’d try osteopathy. Sebastian is a gem! He is very knowledgeable, gentle, explains what he is doing and why. I had two sessions and I had great relief from my back and neck pain. I’ll be going back. Highly recommend him!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve seen many practitioners over the years to help with chronic tension in my upper body, but working with Sebastian has made a significant difference in a much shorter time. His holistic approach to treatment, combined with his calming demeanor and empowering outlook on healing, has been incredibly effective. Rather than just treating symptoms, he takes the time to understand the bigger picture, which has led to lasting improvements in my overall well-being. I highly recommend Sebastian to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective approach to healing!

Expérience fantastique: 5 stars for Courtney She will be missed. A true healer with magical hands. Best of luck in your future endeavours. The world is your oyster!

Expérience fantastique: The most beneficial procedure I've have ever recieved. Georgia is absolutely excellent, I always feel well heard. She most definitely helps pinpoint exactly what is going on with my body. Very thorough but respectful. Highly recommend for all ailments.

Expérience fantastique: I am so pleased that I chose an osteopathy practitioner to address my muscle issues. So, I love the model. My therapist, Courtney, will be missed. I look forward to meeting one of her colleagues in the future.

Expérience fantastique: Georgia is a hero! She has been the only practitioner that I have seen (through all of my pregnancies) that has actually been able to help with my severe hip pain! I am so grateful to have met her, and look forward to going again!

Expérience fantastique: Courtney is an absolute gem of a human!! I was unfamiliar with osteopathy prior to last year. Since then, Courtney has helped me heal from intercostal muscle strain, torn calf muscle and my yearly back flare ups due to disc and degenerative issues as well as everything in between. Not only is Courtney skilled at her profession, but she is an absolute delight to be anround each and every time. So grateful for finding her and wholeheartedly would recommend treatment by her any day! Thanks for everything Doc

Expérience fantastique: I enjoyed my treatment with Courtney. Very detailed orientated! She not only helped me with my relaxation, but also provided us some technique for my boyfriend to apply to me at home. It's rare to meet osteopathiest that is willing to share technique. I'm grateful to meet Courtney, and I can't hold to recommend her to the world!

Expérience fantastique: Going to see Courtney was the best thing I have done for myself in a long, long time! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional (and at the same time personable - she's the type of person you want as your friend!) and her treatments have been tremendously effective for my back, chronic shoulder pain, and recently diagnosed osteoarthritis. In all my 'raving' about her amongst friends and family, I was happily surprised to find that other people in my life were seeing her as well; and those that weren't have since booked appointments ; )

Expérience fantastique: After a few great visits, Elements has become my go-to place whenever I need an osteopathic tuneup. Georgia is very kind and professional and really knows her stuff. Would recommend for sure.

Expérience fantastique: I felt a difference after one appointment - I would recommend to anyone who isn't sure how to give their body the healing helping hand it needs. After a handful of appointments, old tension and pain spots felt 100 times more relaxed and comfortable, and the work felt like it's moved my whole body into more of a state of relaxation and peace! 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I recently had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional care provided by Elements Osteopathy, and I must say it was an absolute game-changer for my health and well-being. The osteopathic treatment itself was a revelation. Through a combination of manual techniques, Courtney addressed my musculoskeletal issues with precision and care. I experienced immediate relief from pain and tension, which was a stark contrast to the temporary relief I had gotten from other treatments in the past. Courtney also explained what was being done and why, empowering me with knowledge about my own body. If you're experiencing any sort of pain or discomfort, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Elements Osteopathy a visit.

Expérience fantastique: Welcoming space and technician! Very helpful and wanting to get to the root cause of the issue. :)

Expérience fantastique: Upon arrival to Elements Osteopathy, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Courtney was able to pin point my problem areas quickly. She answered all my questions in detail, and brought me through which exercises I should avoid in the gym. By far the best certified Osteopath on the Island!

Expérience fantastique: Courtney is a knowledgeable, skilled and caring osteopath. Her assessment of my neck and shoulder pain was very thorough, and she provided simple yet effective mobility exercises for me to complete at home. Courtney's osteopathic treatment in the clinic was divine. I walked away feeling lighter, less discomfort, and so well taken care of, but also empowered to take care of myself. I highly recommend a visit to Courteny!

Expérience fantastique: Courtney is wonderful! She got me through a difficult pregnancy- I couldn't have done it without her!

Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience at Elements Osteopathy. I went for sciatica pain, and Courtney was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. After just one session, my sciatica pain was significantly reduced. She also took the time to explain the root causes of my pain and provided me with a set of exercises to do at home. I recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I appreciate how Courtney takes time to listen carefully as we discuss my situation, then makes a plan going forward with helpful suggestions that I can work on at home as well as her specific treatments for me. Courtney is knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Did I mention kind and strong? I highly recommend Courtney.

Expérience fantastique: Courtney and Georgia are amazing! I've seen them both on different occasions and my issues got resolved after a few treatments. The best osteopathic clinic in Victoria from what I tried.

Expérience fantastique: Courtney is amazing at her profession. I leave feeling great and with good information. This discipline is very good for the body.

Expérience fantastique: The Osteopath’s at Elements are by far some of the best practitioners I have ever used. Their knowledge and experience is so superior and has fixed ailments that years of physio, chiro, RMT haven’t. They are so personable and immediately put you at ease from the first time you meet them. I would recommend absolutely everyone see them!

Expérience fantastique: BEST OSTEOPATH IVE EVER BEEN TOO! Australian trained healers seem to be incredibly talented and well trained and Ive tried probably a dozen Osteopaths so far. I also like Quebec trained ones but Elements gave me so much relief from just one session I was truly impressed. I love that you don't need to keep going back for more treatments and that the session is controlled with the breath in a gentle way which is easy on the nervous system. I have already recommended them to a few people and will continue to recommend Elements Osteopath to anyone who needs some healing. Thank you for what you've done for me and doing such honest caring healing practice.

Expérience fantastique: I don’t think I can say enough positive things about Courtney’s knowledge and practice of Osteotherapy! She diagnoses the issues and then develops the treatment regime and exercises (stretches) to resolve the issue. And they work! I have never come away from a session with Courtney where I didn’t feel much better than when I arrived. In addition to her knowledge and ability she is a wonderfully genuine person with a wonderful sense of humour and always makes me feel that she is completely focussed on my needs during any session. I can’t recommend Courtney enough for your physical therapy and ultimately your wellbeing!

Expérience fantastique: Courtney is absolutely wonderful. She’s always so kind and professional. She explains her techniques and the benefits of each movement. Definitely go see her if you’re looking for an osteopath. (She’s also a wicked Pilates instructor as well!)

Expérience fantastique: Such great service from both Courtney and Georgia. Friendly knowledgeable, and the service is so effective! I highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I could not recommend Elements more! Georgia is a miracle worker and my partner really enjoyed seeing Courtney.

Expérience fantastique: So grateful for the treatment I got here! Australian trained healers are so good! I have bulged discs behind my heart and it twists my spine out of place. She managed to untwist me and open it up so I hardly feel any discomfort there anymore for now.

Expérience fantastique: I had an appointment with Courtney for my chronic back pain and stiff muscle. She performed a very thorough assessment and was very patient to answer all my questions. The treatment was fantastic and I felt an improvement immediately after. Courtney also personalised some home exercise targeting my condition which was so sweet. 100/10 recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Elements Osteopathy is the best treatment I've ever had! The facial is so relaxing when combined with the osteopathic treatment. I can't recommend them enough!

Expérience fantastique: Georgia has been an absolute gem. She asks qualifying questions, listens carefully to the answers, then devises a clear plan of action to release the sticky spots causing discomfort. Thank You for your knowledge and skill Georgia!

Expérience fantastique: Georgia has been so lovely with our little one. He has always enjoyed seeing her for a treatment! Georgia was super helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. We will definitely keep going back!

Expérience fantastique: I really appreciate Georgia's calm energy and extensive knowledge of Osteopathy.

Expérience fantastique: I have had issues with my left shoulder for years following multiple sports and vehicle accidents in my early teens/20's and have found little relief with painkillers, anti-inflammatory medication and other forms of treatment common for my injury. I have had one session so far with Grace Haley at Elements Osteopathy and I am already trying to book another session! she has great knowledge of how the human body should move and within one session I am already feeling relief from the aches I have been fighting for years. the environment was very relaxing and she has a very calming demeanour. if you have doubts that Osteopathy works I strongly recommend Grace as she was very supportive and listen to what I had to say about my injury. Thanks so much again for everything Grace you are a very kind soul. I am really looking forward to not being so reliant on all these medications anymore.

Expérience fantastique: Good luck I found Georgia! When I came to Victoria from Germany, I already brought with me problems in one of my arms that were getting worse here. Since I didn't have access to a Family Doctor I searched the internet for an osteopath hoping for help. When I first introduced myself to her, I could barely move my arm, any sudden movement caused immense pain. Through Georgia's healing hands, I slowly regained my normal range of motion. The weekly appointments became a true highlight of the week, as I knew every time I would feel a bit better afterwards. She found the right points to work on. On the one hand, she was very careful so that I could trust her and on the other hand, she always tried to expand the range of motion which really worked out to a decent degree. I am really grateful for her help and therapy and wish that many people with health issues will find their way to her.

Expérience fantastique: Georgia is absolutely amazing! A great listener, Intuitive, personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable! I strongly recommend her broad Osteopathic professional skillset for your varying needs.

Expérience fantastique: Georgia is an intuitive, attentive osteopath who helped me tremendously with ailments I have had for over ten years. She takes an integrative and thoughtful approach to her work and makes a comfortable environment to relax and heal. I’d recommend her over and over again!

Expérience fantastique: Georgia is the sweetest! She helped resolve some issues I was having with my knee and gave me some exercises to do at home. She is very helpful in answering any questions that you may have :) Definitely recommend you see Georgia if you have any knee, back, or neck issues!

Expérience fantastique: When in for a neck injury (whiplash) that happened on a boating accident at high speed. Pain kept coming back for a year. I went to Georgia for her services and so far my neck is pain free, while doing heavy training including martial arts and vest carry. Her clinic is very clean, she is easy going and stress free. Prices are very decent.

Expérience fantastique: I take my 8 year old son to see Georgia, and he always feels so relaxed after. He even fell asleep after his last session!! He came out and repeated how amazing it was. He absolutely adores her personality also, she is so wonderful with him and talks to him like an adult. Highly recommend her for a treatment! Thank you Georgia

Expérience fantastique: I love receiving treatments from Georgia! Her approach is the perfect mix of relaxation and working through the dysfunctions in my body. I always leave feeling 100x better!

Expérience fantastique: Best osteopath I’ve ever been too. Fixed issues that I didn’t even know I had. Didn’t realize how my bad mental health was affecting my body in a negative way. Have never felt better. So sad she had to move away. Have yet to find another osteopath as good as she is. If you go see Georgia it will be the best decision of your life!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve had great success in just a few treatments with Georgia. Her clinic is super cute and Georgia is super kind, approachable and knowledgeable! If you’re considering Osteopathy, check out Georgia! : )
