Expérience fantastique: Receptionist staff are friendly and always willing to help. My physiotherapist, Andrew Grant was amazing. He explained everything succinctly and provided clear progression expectations. I went from being virtually unable to walk more than a block to being able to do 4km on my morning walk. The exercises he gave me were easy to follow and very helpful to my progress. He tailored my plan specifically to my needs. If you are in need of physio, I highly recommend Parkway.

He is working hard on ideas for my very stubborn knee. We have made a small improvement and I try hard to do my part exercising at home. All the staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome.

Helen pinpointed the problem right away, used targeted treatment, and gave me simple exercises that actually worked. I felt noticeable relief quickly and was back to normal movement soon after. Professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable—highly recommend.

Michelle was very thorough and provided an easy to follow set of exercises to aid in recovery and healing. I also had my first IMS treatment and it seemed to be effective in providing relief as well. I look forward to my follow up appointments to finally get some relief from this ongoing issue.

Michelle Nicolson has been my physiotherapist for the last few years and goes above and beyond to take care of my injuries while at the same time always has a warming and compassionate side to listen while she is treating me. As a Veteran with multiple injuries and surgery rehabs I personally find that is truly amazing and helpful. Millstream Parkway Physio has it all 5 stars are not enough as I sit in the waiting room I see the exact same interaction with each and every person staff and physiotherapist. Expérience fantastique: The staff at parkway are very friendly and helpful! My husband and I have been seeing Andrew Grant on and off for over 10years, whenever we start hurting somewhere new. We've hunted him down every time he has moved locations. We can’t say enough about how amazing Andrew is at his profession!! He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and has a great bedside manner. Our favourite thing about Andrew is his approach to healing, he genuinely cares about fixing you/giving you tools to heal yourself so you don’t have to see him forever. It can be a bit of a wait to book with him, I think it’s just because he’s so passionate about his work and he’s so booked…but let me tell you, it is 100% worth the wait!! It’s refreshing in this day and age to find someone who isn’t just looking to get as much money out of you as they can. We are very grateful to have found his help!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to Parkway Physio for just over a year for neck and back pain/weakness and posture help. After initially being thoroughly assessed I began to work on repetitive small workouts at home and at a gym, first demonstrated at appointments. Over the last year of working with a really great, well educated, and super friendly physiotherapist I feel more solid and strong in my body a year later. I’ll continue to go as it seems to be really helping! And as a big bonus the front of house staff are also super friendly and great to chat with while waiting for appointments. All that is to say I fully recommend Parkway Physio!

She listens well and seems to have a natural sense of the best treatment route without being pushy. She has a lot of knowledge and seeks to learn what she doesn’t already know.
