My back hurts whenever I try to sit and stand, and sometimes there’s even numbness in feet after sitting for 5-10 minutes. Expérience fantastique: I don't like the Chiropractor. My past experiences were not the best and the results were minimal. I have been experiencing pain. Pain from stress and tension. While on social media I saw an add for Cafe of life. They were offering a special for $49. I watched the add four times over a month before I made an appointment. I went. They did these readings along my spine which initially I thought was gimmicky. But it actually showed me a lot of information about the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Joel did a physical assessment and discussed what he found was happening with my spine and neck. I do not like to have my neck adjusted. He told me about different options ( where it doesn’t look or feel like someone is breaking my neck) I decided that I would go through with the treatment plan he offered me. I really don't want to admit it, but I feel so much better. The pain I had in my legs is gone. My upper back and neck are moving again, and I am sleeping better at night. So in the end .. I kinda like the chiropractor now, thanks to Dr. Joel and his ability to adjust me based on my comfort level. I would highly recommend Cafe of Life.

I am on a 24 visit plan after the testing assessment. Even though my re-alignment is going slow, even after my second week, I could feel the difference already. Quality testing and scans to find the root of the problem and then plans on how to correct the problem.

When I filled out the new patient form online, they got me into the studio the following day to do an assessment. The assessment was very informative and staff was welcoming. I’ve completed just over a month’s worth of adjustments and I’ve noticed a decrease in severity of my migraines. I’m confident my health will continue to improve over the coming months with the help of Dr. Joel’s adjustments.

So it's a work in progress but much better results. I am so thankful for Dr. Joel who makes you feel very comfortable and educated you at the same time. Booked my appointment after years of avoiding taking care of myself with Chiropractic help based on doctors who led me down a path that kept me in a state of unnecessary pain. Dr. Joel and staff are gems. They assessed me and got me on a plan that has revitalized my body and helped my view of the future to be optimistic about my health. I was initially meeting him twice a week for 6 weeks, as I was having significant issues with my body! Then I went to once a week for 12 weeks!! I happened to see an advertisement on Facebook for "Café of Life" Chiropractic Studio, so I decided to look into it & give it a try. I had never been to a Chiropractor before, so I was hoping they would be able to help relieve my constant back aches & immense pain.
