Cori is knowledgeable, clearly explains the treatment using visuals and is very good at her job. She also holds space well and is calm but friendly. So happy to have found her!

Expérience fantastique: I had my second appointment with Dr Nicholas Longo yesterday; I went in with a sore lower back, pains in my left shoulder and I asked about the pins and needles plus hot and cold feeling in my feet. He told me its due to Sciatica and he helped to reduce the pins and needles feeling by using his massage machine. After the appt was over, the feeling was reduced. Amazing. The pain not going to be gone forever, but Dr Longo sure helped to reduce all my pains. My background is that I grew up on a tobacco and vegetable farm, I helped by lifting many of the heavy tobacco baskets onto to the tobacco stands from the trailer, I carried the bundles of tobacco sticks to the tying machine so the women working the tying machine don’t run out; I did these jobs around the age of 9-10. I was always doing a lot of heavy lifting growing up and was told that I’d hurt my back as I got older, I was stubborn and didn’t believe them, well I’m 57 yrs old now, had a lower back surgery in 2017, been seeing chiropractor’s since 2004-5, I’ve seen about 6 different chiropractor’s, and I never felt any type of relief leaving there appt’s., but after my first and now second appt. with Dr Longo I was surprised that I did have relief from my pains. Now some of these pains will probably flare up from time to time, but knowing that after a treatment with Dr Longo helps, I’ll definitely be back. He listens to what I say about the pains, and he knows how treat those areas so I leave his office relieved. I never felt that after seeing the other chiropractor’s.

Expérience fantastique: I came to Podium to have my back check out due to a prolonged tightening pain for a few weeks. I had my first assessment with Nick (Dr. Longo). As a nurse, my job requires a quite amount of physical demands. Nick did an amazing job on stretching my back as I could feel a relief a couple of days after. Nick also provided me with some exercises at home which has significantly improved my back. I strongly recommend Podium Chiro to any individual who’s experiencing back pain. Expérience fantastique: I saw Amy today for my first ever manual adjustment. I’ve had a lot of pain between my shoulder blades, lower back, and jaw. Nothing else has worked so I really want to try it. Amy knew I was very scared so she walked me through everything that would happen in the appointment, including showing me the movements she does. She assured me that there are many other strategies she could use to help my back that doesn’t include a manual adjustment. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I even let her do my neck, which ended up being my favourite! Even after just one visit, I have a lot less tension in my muscles and found a lot of relief. I highly recommend her!

I confirmed a booking with Dr. Amy Le. As soon as I arrived at the clinic, there was a welcome board with my name on it, which I really appreciated (small things matter). The receptionist was nice, and the place was super clean...Dr. Amy was very pleasant and thorough. She explained the process and set my expectations before the treatment started...The best part was my 2-year discomfort on my nape was removed. Expérience fantastique: Great atmosphere. Greeted by Lucy the receptionist and she welcomed me. She also showed me a welcome sign that had my name and another new patient which was so heartfelt. Nicholas was just amazing. His personality was kind and compassionate. I didn't feel rushed or belittled for my pain. He explained my likely causes of pain and can up with a plan immediately. Answered any questions I had. He is very social and communicative. Will diffinitely be back and reccommend to others.

I was in so much pain and had very limited mobility going in and by the time Dr long was done i feel great. Expérience fantastique: I went to Podium for an issue with my knee, had a lot of trouble walking. Luckily, Dr. Amy was able to fit me into a cancellation spot without me having to specifically ask to be added to the list when I called for an appointment (thank you!! ) Dr. Amy did an assessment and gave me a full rundown of what she was seeing, and her honest opinion. I ended up not needing an actual chiropractic adjustment so she did some stretches and massage and gave me some exercises to do at home. Definitely recommend !
