I had fallen back on family day weekend and injured my knee , now that its better i realized i was compensating to which caused my hip to bother me on the other side. Just one visit for the first time and no more pain.. Dr Chris is very gentle and explains step by step what he is doing at all times..i was very pleased with his treatment and i will be back. 1 month ago Expérience fantastique: London Chiro has later appointments (My appointment on Thursday night was 530pm and my wife’s was 630pm) Also my wife doesn’t like really aggressive chiropractors, and Chris is not. He used active release and massage priori to the adjustment. For me he used a more aggressive massage tool to work the areas first and then active release followed by massage prior. Great experience.

The clinic gives off a good impression with friendly staff and the RMTs really make sure as you’re signing out(From what I saw waiting and my aftermath)that you have any information you need that’s related that the receptionist can’t provide.

3 months ago Expérience négative: This clinic foecefully charged me for a service I did not receive, which was very disappointing. I had to cancel my appointment due to severe weather conditions (a snow squall). When I called, the staff member told me she would cancel the appointment and did not mention any cancellation fee at that time. About 15 minutes later, I received a text stating that a cancellation fee would be applied. I was never informed of this fee during the call. Additionally, I received an email from the owner that was written in a manner that felt inappropriate and unprofessional, as it addressed me as though I were an employee and suggested I was being disrespectful. I believe the situation could have been handled with more understanding and clearer communication, especially given the weather conditions and the lack of notice about any fees. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I encourage others to consider taking their business elsewhere

Overall, I had a positive experience. I also had a massage Therapy session with Krista Groulx. She was gentle with her massages and caring, asking how the massage was going and taking care in asking about applying too much or too little pressure. Dear Daman,
We are sorry to hear about your frustration regarding the cancellation fee following your missed 90-minute hot stone massage appointment with Krista. We always aim for clear communication and regret any misunderstanding.
Our records indicate that the cancellation for your appointment occurred after the scheduled service time had already passed. As is standard practice and to ensure fairness to our therapists who dedicate their time and prepare extensively for specialized treatments, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy was outlined on the intake form you completed and acknowledged.
For a 90-minute hot stone massage, our therapist, Krista, undertakes considerable preparation, including over two hours to get the stones to the correct temperature and prepare the room. On the evening of your appointment, she also stayed specifically for you as you were her last scheduled client.
When an appointment is missed or cancelled without adequate notice, especially after the scheduled time, it means the therapist cannot offer that time to another client. In recognition of this, and as a gesture of understanding, we only charged 50% of the full service fee ($82.50) to partially compensate Krista for her preparation time and the lost appointment slot, rather than the full cost of the service.
We understand that unexpected things can happen, and cancellation fees are never a pleasant subject. We believe our policy, and how we applied it in this instance, is a fair approach to protect the time and livelihood of our dedicated therapists.

1 year ago Expérience négative: Edit: my husband needed to see someone urgently today and we remembered that Eric was good, so booked in with him... Eric... Specifically... My husband went and got treatment from a student, it made his pain go from painful but bearable to excruciating pain, he never saw Eric, and had to pay $105+ just to have to now find someone else today to fix the problem that these guys have managed to make worse. Original: Eric is great! He got me in last minute, and on the weekend and all. I will definitely be returning here!

1 year ago Expérience négative: Poor Customer service. Won't come back again. I had a good experience with my massage therapist and will give her 5 stars. But unfortunately, very poor customer service. I was referred to this clinic and it was also my first time getting a massage. I was at fault for not calling my insurance beforehand. But atleast they should have inform me before getting the service that they will not be able to do direct billing because the therapist is not registered with my insurance and I need prescription as a new client. They told me about it right after my massage and I had to pay for it out of my pocket. Can't do anything about it, my claim has been denied.

2 years ago Expérience fantastique: Do not be deceived by the location of the office on Hamilton Rd; staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the office is extremely clean and professional. Dr Chris Lindner is absolutely amazing! He takes his time during his evaluation and is happy to answer any and all question making you feel very comfortable and at ease. I walked into the office with hip and leg pain unable to walk distance without excruciating pain and walked out of his office able to go out shopping and walking around a store for over an hour with no pain and could have kept walking! I look forward to future visits and being pain free.
