He was attentive initially, but after he requested an early rating (which I gave out of courtesy), his interest and effort in my treatment dropped sharply. My first appointment I booked at Reset, Jess took the time to understand what was going on with my low back, and was creative trying new treatments I have never received before. Jess found what would be the best treatment plan for me, and I've been able to continue doing what I love, powerlifting, Both Jess and Arjun are creative problem solvers who genuinely care for their patients. I cannot recommend Reset Chiro enough!!

It was a tall feat to accomplish as I loved my chiropractor and everything she did for me over those years. After trying 2 different male chiropractors I decided it was time to go back to a female. Nothing at all wrong with the other 2 , just for my needs and problems, a female was a better fit. Dr Jessica Pileggi was very patient, listened to my concerns and past issues, spent the time to look over my previous tests, and asked questions which she needed to know in my level of treatment and what I was used to. It felt very comfortable and I was not nervous as I had been with the other 2. I believe I have found my forever chiropractor ( for as long as possible of course) and am happy to start this journey with her. The few things I'd read online seemed like they would be a good fit for me and this was instantly confirmed from my initial appointment with Dr. Bali. Dr. Bali, Dr. Jessica and everyone else working at the clinic are all kind, polite and all seem to have a geniune interest in your health and well-being. During my initial consult, Dr. Bali took the time to listen and ask questions, performing hand-on tests for alignment, reflex & grip stength, pain/discomfort in specific positions and range of motion. He offered his thoughts on the issues I wanted to address and we discussed treatment options & developed a plan we both agreed upon. Dr. Bali is one of the few chiropractors to help me address my neck issues with specific adjustments, electro-accupuncture, soft-tissue work and homework exercises to support my neck, back and shoulders. None of my appointments ever felt rushed. I've had previous Chiropractors at other clinics where you feel like you're on an assembly line and you spend more time checking in than actually being treated.
