The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and they were able to fit me in and let me speak with a chiropractor even though I didn’t have an appointment at the time. Dr. Suhill Samji was very positive and reassuring. He spoke with confidence and said, “we will fix you,” which was very comforting to hear given how much pain I was in. After the visit, I noticed a real improvement; I felt better and slept much more comfortably than before, as I had been dealing with significant pain from constantly sleeping on my right arm. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from the entire team and would definitely recommend PhysioMed.

Expérience négative: Being in the area yesterday I walked in to enquire about orthotics. Instead of offering any info I was railroaded into giving my insurance info and told to go sit in a room. ? A man came into the room, told me to take off my shoes and showed me a back of the leg drawing saying that just standing there I was this or that - I shared my feet condition and without any further exam - he was suggesting a quick scan. ?? Baffled with the high speed tactics without gait, shoe wear or further knowledge when asked for more info he shared a scanner box identifying the gadget that would scan my foot. He said the cost would be totally covered but when asked repeatedly about assignment, said I would have to pay all upfront with my insurance covering one pair of orthotics lifetime (until they wore out?) BUT as I have a second insurance - next year I can come back and pay another 500 to get a second pair. I said I was just stopping in before heading home and just sought info before proceeding - they said oh - but we could do a quick scan and I could pay??? I declined. They said I could come back any day before 6pm - except Thursdays - and I could also have some kind of treatment. I’m sorry. No. Pressure sales and not enough info for an informed decision. Reading other reviews I see this is a common tactic. Buyer beware.

Expérience fantastique: Wow, this clinic helped me eliminate my knee pain right away (after many weeks of no progress trying various different things on my own) and start the healing process! The modern tech made my treatments work better, and I felt like I was in good hands. Compared to other places, the expert care, easy direct billing, modern equipment & setup made it way better. After my 1st session and appointment with the Dr, I told him that I had tried multiple things for my pain, to which he replied, well you've paid for this now so you may as well try it. I decided that it sounded like it was a waste of my money and their time seems there was no other interactions other than to get me into the red light machine. I got in contact with one of the receptionists and asked for a refund which she said she would pass on and get back to me. I never heard back and every time I called after that, they let the phone ring and ring and even cut off the calls. Felt like they knew I was asking for a refund so they decided to ignore my calls. Paid a lot of money for some Red light sessions to try and target my pain issues which I have literally tried everything else to try and treat, yet no help was found here, even to educate me on how it would work. Disappointing from a Medical clinic!

Expérience négative: They don’t answer phone calls even if you call them whole day it’s so crazy. No voicemail nothing. All you get is a text saying we missed your call how can I help and when we reply on that nothing no response. How can they not answer call how we will cancel our appointment or anything they end up charging us for not showing up. So crazy

Expérience négative: I booked an initial session with Dr. Suhill Samji for a Spinal Decompression treatment on Jan 17, 2026 & arrived 5 mins early. 15 mins after the time of my booking, I had still not been brought in for my treatment or told anything about why the Dr. was late, so I finally asked how much longer it would be. The front desk checked with the Dr. & after another 5 mins (now a full 20 mins after my treatment booking), I was finally brought into a treatment room. The Dr. was in the hallway finishing up with another patient & then said he’ll be with me soon, as he has a third patient he is about to do an adjustment on! I tell him it’s already more than 20 mins past my booked time & I have somewhere to be afterwards. His only excuse is that it’s been busy today. I say to him that there’s clearly been a problem with booking too many clients then & he says it will only be 1 min longer as the other patient is on the table & ready for treatment. At that point, I cancelled the appointment. Dr. Samji is clearly overbooking, as he had at least 3 patients booked at the same time. Also, if a chiropractor is going to do a treatment on anyone in only 1 min, that doesn’t sound like a proper or safe treatment. While I was sitting in the waiting room initially for 25 mins (5 mins early + 20 mins before being brought into a room), another woman had also been sitting there the entire time. At one point, she also told the reception she had been waiting & said her decompression treatment had not been finished, as she was partway through. So either Dr. Samji had 4 patients booked at the same time or there is another chiropractor there overscheduling in the same way. Apparently Dr. Samji is unaware that proper scheduling to provide a full treatment & respect his patient’s time is part of his job, which he clearly is not very competent at. I would not trust my neck & back to a practitioner who works this way, as it seems like a recipe for mistakes to be made.

Expérience négative: To preface- each clinician was lovely and very kind. I think they are overbooked and probably underpaid. As a healthcare clinician myself, this clinic is run like a zoo. I first made an appointment where a physio asked me 2 questions, poked my feet a bit and diagnosed me. did shockwave (he struggled to tell me the evidence based benefits) and laser (told me it lasts a few hours). told me to come back for orthotics. called a week later to book, receptionist sounded confused and frazzled. booked me for the wrong time and i responded to the email 3 times saying wrong time before they responded and changed it. was told the appointment would take a total of 10-15 minutes. i arrived and waited 15 minutes until someone asked me what i was there for. then they put me in a room where i waited longer until a physio came in and very obviously stuck his head out of the room to ask the receptionist what he was “doing with me” . then got surprised like he hasn’t looked at my chart or even checked for my name. sent me back out of the room to wait back in the open space beside the clinics open laptop with all their clients names and info for me to read as well as sticky notes with all their passwords… then someone scans my feet and tells me i have to meet with a physio (I thought I had) to talk about what kind of orthotics i wanted … at this point i’ve been there 30 mins. I dont mind but I just wished they had let me know before. then i get put in another room waiting for the physio who again, clearly hasn’t read my chart or my name, did not see that i had already been assessed by a physio.. at. their. clinic. a few weeks before. upsells me compressions socks as well. I dont usually leave bad reviews but just be aware. it’s not well run. maybe I was hangry. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was in for decompression after a few visits and told to take home a tens unit. I haven’t been able to walk for three weeks since. They won’t respond to emails or phone calls. Please do not trust them.

We tried various treatments, medicines, pain killers, heat therapies etc. but none of these helped much. We were highly disappointed as nothing seemed to help. We considered visiting Physiomed and found Dr. Samji to be the best chiropractor as he instantly makes his patients comfortable. He has been very promising and instilled a confidence about the treatment we're receiving, in just and 2 sessions and made my Mom comfortable. He has assured to eradicate her pain completely and we can see the improvement. We are thankful to Dr. Samji and definitely recommend getting chiropractic treatment at Physiomed.

Expérience négative: I hate to write bad reviews but this one I can’t avoid. Most unprofessional physio office I been to. No intake form waited more than half hour for him to show up. He showed up, Rushed with few questions and came up with a diagnosis of hip replacement while me showing him the MRI of my disk herniation. He may be true that I also have a hip problem. Worst was he left and two girls took me to spinal decompression table and just strapped me without even asking my weight or hight. Physio never seen me again, when I asked receptionist she said “you are done. I asked her will there be a treatment plan from here she said physio is paying and will call back. I walked away still no call.

Expérience négative: I am reluctant to write this review but here I am. In May I came to PhysioMed and saw Dr. Samji for a back injury. Right away upon looking at me he told me I needed foot orthotics and a back brace; It felt more like a sales pitch than an assessment. I subsequently bought the brace out of pocket for $1250 and was told it would be reimbursed through my PBC benefits. My benefits ended up covering only $585. I had a secondary insurance with SunLife which PhysioMed told me they would submit the remaining amount to. From May until October (5 months!) I was not reimbursed and constantly met with back and forth being told that SunLife still had to process my claim. In July my claim with SunLife was processed but denied due to PhysioMed being a delisted provider. PhysioMed claimed it was an address error and resubmitted the claim. Again ensued months of back and forth saying the claim was still being processed. I called SunLife on my end multiple times and they said they had no record of the claim. I was frustrated because I was already doing PhysioMed a favour by offering up my SunLife insurance, since they said PBC would cover the whole thing. SunLife would have only been able to cover around $200 of the claim regardless so I got fed up and said I would pay $200 OOP if they would refund me the remaining $400. As of today I have still not been reimbursed from SunLife. I am not sure what to make of the situation and if PhysioMed truly was innocent in the matter or if they were being extremely shady. This is disappointing because their physiotherapist Ignacio did a decent job and I would’ve kept coming back had it not been for this issue.

Dr. Shamji is a miracle Doctor, It has been two years my knee is fine. I also wore a knee brace when in pain, My brace has not been used for two years. I’m pain free and at times if the pain comes back I know Dr. Shamji will take care of me as always. The same goes with my back pain.
