Expérience fantastique: I’d been struggling with this weird, sharp pinching right at the front of my knee for ages. Every time I stood up straight it would just sting, and the usual 'knee exercises' I found online were making it ten times worse. Ada was great—she listened carefully and eventually found out that it was a fat pad issue (Hoffa's) rather than a typical muscle strain. She used some tape to shift the pressure and it was the first time in months I felt actual relief. She’s super attentive and didn't just rush me out the door. If you’ve got a nagging injury that feels a bit 'off' or hasn't responded to regular rest, go see her.

I am seeing great results in my recovery not only during session, but also the conditioning advice I received to do at home. This is a team that cares about their clients. The whole clinic has been renovated and it looks super clean inside. They offer strength conditioning as well which I will be looking into soon. Highly recommend trying this place out. Their online booking makes things very easy.

I had some right foot pain and thought it could have been related to my hips as I've suffered from right hip tightness in the past, but Andrew was able to identify key points that it could be related to my spine and possibly a bulging disc instead due to the way it presented itself. He also advised me on key exercises and ways to mitigate the issue, for which I am really thankful for. I will definitely be coming back to see Andrew again!
