Negative experience: I bought the groupon formy friend as he was in a lot of pain . And took an appointment for a day lter . It claimed that there would be xrays and 6 adjustments. My friend went for the appointment. They took the xrays and no adjustments. My friend has been in pain but he said come with you partner/ friend and we will discuss the report and do the adjustments.AFTER A WEEK! Fine ..we went after a week and there were more people .. we waited and after a while they took us to a room with a lot of chairs and this lady started talking about herself .. i dont wanna know about you . Do the damn adjustments and let me go!! I asked if it was going to be a lecture and she said yes this is a doctors report it will last for 2and 1/2 hrs . Forst part is 50minutes and rest is individual seasion .. why would i want to hear someone talk for 50 minutes about generic chiropractic information . Give me my report do my adjustments and let me go ! This was a horrible experience!!

Negative experience: My third and final treatment has left me feeling worse than when I began. I refused to commit and sign a contract to attend and pay for 91 treatments. The decision to not pay was expressed during my 2nd visit. On my third visit I left feeling worse than the first time I walked in. Buyer beware!

Negative experience: My first visit here was my last. After filling out my medical history forms I was whisked away to a clinical room with the Chiropractic Assistant. She TOLD me about how wonderful the clinic was and asked me a few questions about the form I filled out. Immediately following this, the Chiropractor did a quick assessment and TOLD me the most important thing I should do is attend a meeting with him the following week. Then the Assistant handed me a form and TOLD me that before the chiropractor would actually lay hands on me, it was a requirement to attend a 2 hour presentation in the office and to bring a spouse..soooo, I decided to go to another practitioner who ASKS me what information is important and specific for me; who ASKS me how they can meet my needs; and who ASKS me what schedule works best for me. I deserve it and so do you.

Fantastic experience: Beyond pleased is an experience! I was procrastinating for a while, I make the best decision ever, just less than a month and the improvement is very noticeable! I personally recommend you to power on!

Negative experience: This place is a combination of pseudo science and fear mongering. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic experience: Start seen Dr Williams around October nerve pain in my hip and leg , after x-rays diagnosed the problem was nerves being pinched in neck. After fourth treatment pain is gone as I continue with the treatments feeling better and stronger than before, thank you Dr Williams. Ps keep cracking

Going while pregnant did make me a bit nervous, however they always made sure to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable! Positive experience: I started with Dr. Williams a year ago with lots of pain in my back and neck. When I got my results from my X-Rays I was shocked at how bad it was. My hips were out of alignment, my lower back and neck also. I can now say that a year later my hips are aligned my back and neck is moving in the right direction. The Dr. is willing to help anyone as long as you are wanting the help for his care. What I did not like is the 2 1/2 hour group report when in pain and they continue to push that you need to do this 2 1/2 hour report in order to get your results from the X-Rays read to you. The price left me in tears and me thinking I would never be able to get fixed. I was able to exhaust my insurance which did not take long. (3 weeks). They were able to work out a reduced rate plan which was bearable.

I like the way he laid out the entire plan for a year. Other chiropractors may not, and then patients will not attend as frequently as needed, and walk away without the chiro treatment working. Negative experience: Although the staff was friendly, I wish it was better communicated what this place was really about prior to going in. This is not a regular chiropractic clinic. In order to get treated here, you must sit through an hour long presentation, in which they push you to bring your spouse, to help justify the cost and treatment plan. Although they claim it’s for educational purposes, the presentation is filled with leading questions to create a sense of fear using x-rays. There is a significant amount of pressure to commit the day of, so that you do not have time to think the decision through. The plan to re align your spine requires about 2-3 visits per week, and a yearly payment schedule for a few thousand. Although this may be ideal for some and the treatment might be great, this review is to give you a heads up if it’s not what you’re looking for prior to investing your time getting a consult here. Overall I felt like the “doctor” spoke down to people, felt pushed to do something I raised several concerns about, and a sense of scheming rather than a genuine urge to help.
