Scott was extremely informative and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I really appreciated that he not only treats you in his office but also gives great advice on aftercare at home. My lower back feels so much better. If your looking for a chiropractor who has great knowledge and cares about his patients, Scott is definitely the doctor your looking for.

Negative experience: Hello, Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience this time. The massage therapist was sick, constantly coughing and sniffing, and even told me I shouldn’t wear perfume because of their allergies. My appointment was supposed to be for an hour, but I asked to cut it to 30 minutes because I felt very uncomfortable. I even offered to reschedule, but the therapist said it was their last day. The room was small, the door was closed, and the air felt heavy – I’m honestly worried I might get sick now. I’m really disappointed, especially since I’ve had great experiences at this clinic before with other massage therapists. Sadly, this session left a very bad impression, and I’m hesitant about coming back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several chiropractic clinics, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I visited for lower back pain, and the chiropractor took the time to thoroughly explain my physical structure and how my daily habits might be contributing to my discomfort. He also provided detailed guidance on proper posture and stretching exercises I can do at home to help improve my condition. I truly appreciated his professionalism and personalized approach. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective chiropractic care!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit with Julianne today for massage treatment. Wow, she is amazing. I am a retired professional bodybuilder suffering from fibromyalgia. It’s been so long since I have felt truly “myself” in the fullest sense of whatever that may be defined as now; yet she has helped me feel heard and a sense of “hope” for just feeling like a functional human again. I highly recommended this office, and especially Julianne!

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure dealing with the whole team. Dr. Best explains everything thoroughly. At least in my own experiences as a contractor, I tend to shuffle in there only when I've twisted something up really badly, only to skip out of there ready for another round. You could say he's the Best, but the name says it all.

Fantastic experience: I have been going there for 3 years now since I moved here and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First, the receptionist is very kind and always finds a way to book an appointment very fast when needed. Second, Dr Best is not just his name, it also describes him very well. He has an holistic approach and is able to find the root cause of our problems even if they are old injuries. He is very focused on the patient and doea a really good job at explaining things and educating us on how to prevent and avoid other injuries. I also appreciate that he dosen't try to sell chiropractics as a religion. He dosen't crack your back and neck a couple timess and sends you on your way with another appointment the next week. He is what a Doctor should be which is a professor that educates as much as he helps/heals. I always recommend him to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I have been Dr Best’s patient for approximately 10 years. His knowledge and level of care is second to none. My previous provider made me feel like I was just a face in the crowd, by trying to use up my benefit without really trying to understand what the root cause of the problem was. Since finding Dr Best while suffering from sciatica, I can truly say he takes his time to listen, treat, and get to know you personally. My teenage kids are his patients, and I have referred many people to his practice. Doctor Scott Best, is simply the best not only because its his last name but because he takes time to understand your Chiropractic issues, and makes sure you will feel better. He is straight up, honest and real! Not only does he share his knowledge and support, he takes his time and gives you advice and skills through his own personal experiences. I went in with bad migraines that would last me days, since being in the care of Dr Best, I have not had 1 migraine and I am feeling so much better. Fantastic experience: I was desperate to get some pain relief for my back and called nearly every chiropractor in the Barrie area. Holly Chiropractic and Wellness had an open spot on the same day with Dr. Best and he was kind and helpful as I explained by symptoms. Dr. Best was really honest and explained that I needed to do stretches in order to heal my back. He took the time with me to review the stretches and sent me a folder with information on an exercise routine. I am forever thankful to Dr. Best and the Holly Chiropractic and Wellness center and will be going back to them if there are ever anymore issues. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Melina's accupunture was a 5star! Always fixed me and has an excellent bedside manner. When covid started they shut down for a few months and due to restrictions she was unable to work in 2 places. Once she left I tried accupunture with her replacement who also had a wonderful bedside manner but I didnt get the same level of healing, i also tried alternating with ciropractic, again the bedside manner was good, but I still left not feeling better and "ciropractic " was just ultrasound. What ended my time there was when an appointment was miss booked and the owner yelled at me that I shouldn't be calling after hrs (this was my appointment time I was calling from the parking lot) he insisted it was my fault I had the wrong date. Even after I verbally and visibly confirmed with reception the week before. When I called and emailed asking for tax receipts, I never had a returned call or an email.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Scott best, for any chiropractic needs I hurt my neck real bad on a Monday morning to the point where I almost couldn't move and was in horrible pain, he took me in last minute on Monday evening and started treatment right away, had 4 visits with him in total and walked out feeling better and better each visit, by the 3rd visit i had almost full movement of my neck with minimal pain, just walked out of my last visit with him and never felt better, great costumer service from all the staff and very professional! I screwed up my back pretty bad one morning, called in, and they made room for me to get looked at even though I was a brand new client. They took the time to examine me properly, and set up a follow-up appointment. What impressed me most is that they told me to monitor my pain and not come back in unless I wasn't improving. Great to hear they want what's best for you and not just recurring money from useless visits.

He has a registered massage therapist in hand who has worked miracles on my wife. His office has direct billing for insurance. He also does orthotics. My youngest had them made for her and they helped. I highly recommend his services.

But I was recommended buy a friend to go to Dr Best, from the time I walked in the door I was acknowledged and greeted with a friendly and professional reception. Dr Best I must say wholeheartedly is the BEST for me he taught me a lot recommended proper stretches I only had to go twice and I felt a hundred percent better. In saying that his personality and sense of humor is outstanding, I leave more knowledgeable and always in a smiling mood . would totally recommend this place 100%.
