Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Good Wellness. I’ve struggled with chronic back pain for a long time as well as numbing in my arm. After a few visits the numbing went away and I noticed a big improvement in my back pain. I have been seeing Dr. Katelyn as well as physiotherapist Hailey. The treatments felt personalized and never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone dealing with pain.

Fantastic experience: One of those places you immediately love the second you walk in the door! I usually double up the Chiropractor appointment with a massage to get the best possible outcome. The massage therapist Krysten always asks what I am looking to have worked on each time and will adapt to my needs. She will chat with me or just simply let me enjoy the massage depending on my mood. Kaitlyn the chiropractor uses a variety of techniques to keep me in line and in proper form. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I went first to Mary for acupuncture. I was unsure because I have not liked other acupuncture treatments, however Mary is gentle and excellent at it. I’ve had 4 sessions so far and it’s working. Very pleasant person and friendly. I saw Sam for one massage and I’ve booked more because she’s so good. Great hands. Very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Clinic! Chiropractor is very knowledgeable and a natural at diagnosing and correcting any issue. One of the best chiropractors I have even gone too and I have been seeing them all my life. This is beyond a doubt a must book and your bothersome issues will be alleviated. Mary the Acupressure practitioner is very knowledgeable with a great diagnosis and treatment plan. Great for balancing and fixing the energy system imbalances to allow the body to heal better and faster. Great for chronic conditions. Highly recommended. Nicole the physio therapist is extremely knowledgeable and has a fantastic diagnosis. Her plan for treatment and recovery i well planned and directed at correcting chronic conditions from long past injuries. Highly recommended. Sam the massage therapist is another talented and gifted practitioner at the clinic. Another highly recommended must do. Fantastic relaxing massage.

Fantastic experience: I go to both Dr. Good for chiropractic and Samantha Dewar for massage and I swear that’s what got me through my pregnancy. I experienced a lot of hip and back pain and Dr. Good was able to help me with sciatic pain and round ligament pain within a couple sessions. She treated me from first trimester, until we both went on maternity leave. Once I had my son, he suffered from torticollis and once again, Dr. Good treated him, and still treats him and I to date. She’s incredible and so personable. Sam has been my massage therapist since 2018 and that girl works literal wonders. I go in with shoulder and neck pain and leave feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I used to suffer for years from numbness in my hands and fingers from tight shoulders and I haven’t had that since I started going to Sam. These ladies make such an incredible team and I absolutely love and always look forward to going to them! I highly recommend Good Wellness!!

I was having some neck and shoulder pain for a few months and after my first visit she was able to significantly improve my pain levels. She was friendly and explained things well to make sure each step was understood before providing treatment. I felt comfortable and confident I was in the hands of someone who could help me. Fantastic experience: The reviews below could not be more true, for the past 7 months i was experiencing chronic lower back pain from a sports injury. I was seeing Chiro, Physio and Massage therapy weekly and although I was able to lower the pain, it still never went away nor did i feel "right" until i went to see Dr. Good. She was very thorough, honest and transparent and Doc felt she could correct me.... LET ME TELL YOU, i finally feel like me again and after only 2 sessions and a massage!!! I still can't believe this as i write this review standing up with no pain, 6 out 5 stars if i could!
