Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about Sol! Firstly their so professional but also treat you like family! When I saw the new laser therapy and how it could benefit acne I couldn't jump on the opportunity quick enough! Anna Melissa was amazing! So friendly and walked you through everything in a way you can understand. The treatment itself worked wonders! I felt the difference in my skin almost immediately. The redness was reduced immediately as well (just within a 20 min treatment there was a noticeable difference). Cystic acne? No problem! The pain was gone the next day! A few treatments and it was almost gone. It improved the look and feel of my skin and in turns my confidence increased! The need to cover up with makeup is basically gone! I can't speak highly enough about Sol and their new laser therapy for acne!

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my back due to a car accident back in 2010 , and nothing has been helping me, until l was recommended to Dr. A she is amazing and is very knowledgeable about the human body. I also suffer from chronic sinuses and have been on medication after mediation, Dr. A suggested lazer treatments, that l also get done by Melissa who is also fantastic and haven't had to use any medication in over a year now. Highly recommend for all your pain needs. Oh and to not forget that l fell and fractured my shoulder and with the lazer treatments l healed 4 weeks earlier then the specialist told me and we're amazed and wanted to know what l was doing. Lazer all the way.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, a great place to heal your body. I had knee pain for over a year and an ankle sprain from a few months ago. I tried other places where I was only given at-home exercises with no real recovery. A coworker recommended this place, and after my first session I already felt improvement. Now I have no knee pain and the swelling in my ankle is gone. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended! ❤️☑️

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Dr. Alyssa Runyon for an initial assessment (hips and jaw were the main concerns) and she was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She gave me a spinal adjustment and shared some exercices to help with posture. Best of all, she gave me my first laser treatment on my jaw, which has posed countless problems for years. Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found Dr. Runyon! After suffering with serious back pain for 3 years following spinal surgery I was hopeful that chiropractic care could provide me some relief. Dr. Runyon went over my MRI reports in depth, answered my many questions, did a thorough exam and quickly identified the source of my pain. She discussed the risks and benefits and devised a treatment plan that has successfully reduced my pain from between a 7-9 daily to now being virtually pain free after 6 visits. I haven't felt this good in years. I feel like I've been given my life back!

Negative experience: Unfortunately terrible customer service. Find this office through facebook ad. Had really eager and timely mannered responses to my contact form that was filled out in response to the ad. Emailed 2 days prior to the appointment to ask for an early time slot, with no response at all. Called day of the appointment to see if there was any earlier appointments to which I was told they received my email but no there was no earlier appointments. When I asked if I could cancel I was told that cancellation policy was 24 hours notice. I shared that I emailed 2 days prior expecting a response to which I didn’t get. Clearly this was the practicing doctor I was speaking to because she said “ I see clients from 9 am to 7pm and do not have time to respond to emails” Very rude and not respectful of new clients time.

After a few messages with Alyssa I felt good about coming in and am so happy I did! Fantastic experience: For a few years I had a wonderful chiropractor on Dunlop, right downtown Barrie. He fixed me to the point where all I wanted was maintenance. When he moved to California in 2021 I was unsure how I’d replace him. That’s when I found Sol Chiropractic. I’d left seeing someone too long that my neck was bad that I suffered with terrible pain down my arms, extreme tingling and numbness. Dr. Alysha has righted all of that and now I have that promise of full alignment again. I feel blessed to find her and grateful for her professionalism, kindness and skills.
