They were able to fit me right in later that day for a visit with RMT Rachel. She was so fantastic and totally helped me!! I have been back since and booked my future appointment. I've been seeing Tanay (physio) at the Barrie North location to treat an injury and in only a few sessions I have felt tremendous relief. His initial assessment was quick and effective. He identified the issue and laid out a treatment plan that was reasonable and thoughtful. I've also been seeing Robin for massage therapy at the Barrie West location. Robin is amazing, with patient centred care and treatment plans. She offers a variety of treatment techniques and tools. The BEST massage I've had, and I've tried a lot of practitioners. Highly recommend them both!

Fantastic experience: From the ease to make appointments, to the warm friendly greeting at the door, to the knowledge of my Physiotherapist, Impact Healthcare North is an amazing place for healing. Karnavi Panchotiya, Physiotherapist, is amazing at what she does. I went in there with sharp shooting pain from Sciatica, to walk out upright after just 1 session! She gave me all the tools needed to be able to successfully enjoy life and be able to work again. I look forward to every treatment with her. Next is Massage therapy! Fantastic experience: Sarah Donaldson is the REAL DEAL can’t wait for my next appointment she did a baby adjustment on my back at first I was very sceptical about any kind of chiropractic work, but she quickly reassured me that everything will be OK baby steps. She did a baby adjustment to the middle of my shoulder blades the last three days I’ve been getting some really good sleep without pain I can’t wait for the full treatment Siri is a real keeper, an asset to your business.

It was really incredible experience as i had huge pain in my upper back with stiffness and bit slouching. In just two sessions my back is straight and my stiffness is gone. He is a really great guy with great experience and better understanding of exact muscle issues. I really appreciate the humbleness and quick catching and treating such 4 month old problem. Fantastic experience: Michael McGarr is fantastic! I have had a loss of sensation in my fingers from a pinched nerve for 3+ yrs. I have seen many different types providers, and many different forms of treatment, and none have been able to pin point the source. After only 1 visit, a slight feeling returned to one of my fingertips. He not only adjusts, he also works on the muscles and joints manually. Most chiropractors I have been to have me in and out in 5mins. Mike's approach is different, and effective. I highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Siricca Hill has been my RMT for the past several years, she is friendly, professional, and adjusts her treatment plan to address specific complaints and concerns each appointment. I especially like that she's continuing her education to provide more and better treatment options for her clients. The facility itself is clean and welcoming, and has the benefit of also offering other specialties in-house like chiro and physio, which will be great if I ever have the need for those services. It would be nice to see more signage at street level indicating as to where the building was. I wasn't sure where I was going the first time I went and drove right past the two distractingly obvious fast-food establishments bracketing the parking lot entrance without seeing the signpost advertising the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a reassessment with Tanay Vasavada. Tanay has seen me before and after my knee surgery. His caring and understanding nature has made my journey thru this better. I will continue to "check in" and follow his advise to getting better.

Fantastic experience: Impact HealthCare North is a fantastic place that works with its patients to ensure effective and necessary care is given. I hurt my neck, shoulder and back at the WORST time of the year (Dec 2024) and Impact HealthCare accommodated me however they could despite the busy season to ensure I got the best treatments possible for the fastest recovery. Their RMT Siricca (sp?) is FANTASTIC. Do not be fooled by her size, she is a WIZARD with Massage Therapy!

Negative experience: Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The massage was very painful I get the purpose of massages but I just wanted a therapeutic massage. On top of the fact it wasn’t pleasant; the lady didn’t actually do much it felt like random touching and elbow pinning for no other reason than to inflict pain. I did not enjoy it. I would not recommend it. Sorry.

Fantastic experience: I was in last weekend with Yuki. She is probably the kindest human being I’ve ever come across. She was calm, well spoken, relaxed (I was coming in for the appointment in chaos-car problems on route to location) and she was literally everything I could have asked for in that moment. The stress I experienced going into the appointment was unexpected but also unfair to her. She provided an absolute optimal environment for me to calm down where there was like 27.22 mins during the massage where I just existed in that moment and forgot about what I was existing to deal with. In 15+ years of receiving massage I found someone who “takes the cakes”. Everything felt right, I wasn’t leaving sore or tender. I felt relaxed and mobile given my extensive health conditions. I left there booking my next appointment (on my birthday-early Jan). I would follow her around the world (IF I could) because she is worth every second her education brought her! I will say every experience I’ve had here at Impact Healthcare has been amazing; my son is comfortable, my husband and I all enjoy coming in. The company as a whole has wonderful people working for them and all have been amazing and positive and accommodating! Highly recommend them!! Wonderful person and even better massage therapist. Highly recommend. Given my medical history I can’t normally handle pressure or deep massage. She’s the only person who in 15years has been able to go as deep into my muscles as she did! Will absolutely be back to see her. She has wonderful energy, is kind and lovely to speak to. Her outlook on life made the environment feel warm and welcoming-it was a wonderful hour! Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience today with Siricca.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Brooke Hollywood. After my consultation for new patient care, she began to find most of all my lumpy tight muscles. With 45 minutes of good pain and massaging I felt fantastic when I left. My neck was already experiencing relief and gaining mobility. To add to this, the admin staff are great and very professional as well. All in all I give a five star and have booked myself two months in advance!!
