Fantastic experience: Recently had shoulder surgery and Cameron was recommended from a few different people. The absolute best. Made my recovery smooth and easy and very helpful with exercise guides he provided. Would recommend Cameron to anyone who is looking for amazing physio therapy treatment.

Anmol Bajaj was my Physio Therapist and worked magic to get me back in shape. Today was my final day and from start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with the entire team.

Fantastic experience: If I could give CBI and team more than 5 stars I would. I've been going there steadily since October 2025 for knee and shoulder issues. From the moment I started there I was welcomed with open arms and kindness. Having to put yourself out there and being vulnerable is very tough, everyone at CBI ensures you are cared for so that vulnerability goes away. Carlene has always been my therapist, she is a miracle worker, has magic hands nevermind her positive attitude which helps too. I just started with the kinesiologist Pawan he's super as well. Very calming and has a great attitude. I had a TKR on April 21, recovery is going so smoothly because of them. Preparing for the next knee in the fall. I would trust any other physiotherapy clinic for all my needs.

My transition time from treatment to work was made so easy and phenomenal!! Their communication and dealing with insurance companies directly makes the procedure more efficient. Above all the centre is listed among the top treatment centres!!! Fantastic experience: I always have such a great experience at CBI Health. They are very caring and knowledgeable. I have been working with Pierresen (Kinesiologist), Cameron & Carlene (Physiotherapists) for the past 2 months and they are all wonderful. I already feel a great improvement with the arthritis in my back, hips & shoulders. I recently had 2 knee replacements and they are also helping with getting my legs stronger everyday. The pain has been alleviated and I know will only get better. I am very grateful for the help I was given. The whole team at this Georgetown location are all awesome, great service always. Fantastic experience: Great experience dealing with Gerry Ross. Gerry is quick to diagnose and identify issues, and puts effective program in place to aid in treatment. Even more impressed with personal follow up after treatment. I have travelled from Toronto to see Gerry because of my confidence in his abilities and the positive results.

Positive experience: Therapy in open place. I had to ask to pull curtains and asked for pillows which they said that they will provide next time. They provided kit which is useless. Pillow is not comfortable.

Fantastic experience: In April I saw Zarna for my sciatica. I could not sit on any chair or stand for longer than 5 minutes. I was doubtful that she would be able to rid me of this excruciating pain running down my right side. I even told her I was skeptical. After 2 months of seeing her and dutifully doing the assigned 13 stretches daily, I have to say that I am feeling 95% better. No more pain down my leg. I can stand. I can sit for dinner. I have a little twinge if I bend to pick up something heavy, but I can do all the daily things again without pain. Thank you Zarna! You are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have Cameron as my physiotherapist. He was great, very knowledgeable and super helpful. He answered any questions I had and designed some exercises for me, specifically related to the sports I was eager to get back to playing. I had a broken fibula, did 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks, 8 total sessions and can confidently say that I am further along in my healing process now than I would have been had I decided not to do physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Had appointments with Gerry to assess and improve hip and shoulder issues. Felt very comfortable and confident his treatments would help. Staff are professional. Treatments were very helpful

Fantastic experience: I have been attending CBI Health for several months due to multiple vehicle accidents resulting in specific injuries. The administration staff are incredibly professional and friendly, I feel so fortunate to have found this place. I couldn't have asked for a better therapist; Sneha has been great and has helped me with my recovery, from treatment to tailored exercises that significantly improved my mobility and strength. She has demonstrated extensive knowledge in diagnosing my injuries and creating effective treatment plans. Sneha's encouragement during my toughest days has been invaluable. Her assistant Christina has been instrumental in my recovery process. I am extremely grateful to them and CBI Georgetown, and I highly recommend this clinic, especially Sneha. Fantastic experience: Sneha is wonderful. I followed her here from her last clinic she worked at because she knows my history and has such a calming presence. She’s been helping me navigate my broken shoulder, and she’s been nothing short of fantastic and always super supportive, informative and encouraging, especially in those moments when it’s youre so frustrated about your body. When she was away on vacation, Cameron took care of my physio, and he was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend either practitioner to help you through the healing journey post fracture. I like how my Orthopedic surgeon office is also in the same building, makes me trust the clinic even more.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the care and dedication of Sneha with my recovery. She is always positive. She takes the time to listen and will put a great plan in effect for your recovery. She puts her total effort into every session. My lower back was so sore prior to her treatment and now I am pain free. I have recommended her to many of my friends and they all tell me they are so happy with Sneha. My friend had knee surgery and her recovery has been amazing. I do not recommend easily but Sneha deserves 5 STARS.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing physiotherapy clinic. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming when ever I or other clients walk in and they are very accommodating with booking times that work for you. As for the Sneha Sathe and her team they are terrific she is dedicated to all her clients and takes the time with each of her clients to insure that the injured body part is thoroughly worked on And is well informed of all types of injuries and how to correctly heal these injuries with very exercises and machines to help with healing process.she also excels at explaining and showing things to her assistant to help aid the healing process for clients. She has a great bedside manner and takes the time to get to know her clients through conversation and always asks at each appointment how you are doing. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Negative experience: 1 star is generous based on my experience. 25 min wait from my appointment time. They informed me, it would cost 4-$500 uninsured expense to use a machine recommended to treat me. After I denied, they altered the plan and proceeded to have an assistant associate work on a body part unrelated. I again found myself waiting for the therapist to attend to me but because I was an hour past my appointment time, I had to leave, before I got any real "therapy." But not so fast, I was given a credit card machine to make full payment and wasn't even provided a receipt or invoice. If you require any therapy and appreciate attention to detail, I would look elsewhere. This is a business production clinic.

Fantastic experience: I became a patient in 2023, i think, for sciatica as it was so insanely uncomfortable and quite painful. Going from multiple visits weekly, to once a week, to approximately once a monthMy physiotherapist is Shail. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and gentle. Explains everything thoroughly. My experience is always wonderful, and the receptionists are very kind as well. I now have the sciatica under control thanks to Shail. The facility is also very clean! Always enjoy my appointments! Fantastic experience: The best Physiotherapy clinic I've been into. The staff are great and very professional. Always have a big smile on their faces. Pierre does above and beyond to connect with the service users. I have had an elevated blood pressure, I was so touched when he called to follow up the next day. Advised me to go to the emergency or see my doctor ASAP. I feel deeply valued. Cameron and Pierre did a great job in my lower back pain. When I started the therapy I could hardly move. There's a heavy load on the right side of my hips. After few weeks of dedicated workout and therapy, I was able to do a bit of gardening and a bit of walking. I would love to recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you Jeanette, Pierre and Cameron. You are incredible ❤️.

Fantastic experience: I had an episode of vertigo and was referred to CBI Health by a walk-in clinic to learn the Epley maneuver . I was able to get an appointment for the next day. My physiotherapist Gerry, was very good at explaining everything. He did some assessments and discovered that the underlying cause of my vertigo had already resolved itself, so he gave me a handout and access to a video demonstrating the maneuver. If I ever have another episode of BVVP, I will definitely call CBI again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff at the front - very attentive and welcoming. But the main reason for this review is Danielle Tischart aka queen physiotherapist. Honestly, it was so hard for me to find a physiotherapist closer to home as mine is in Toronto and I’ve been with her for over a decade…but I tried CBI and Danielle - you surpassed my expectations. You are a God send and I thank you for everything. A few weeks in and you have already made such a difference. I hope my neck continues to heal from my injury and I am so thankful for your kind, dedicated and caring support! It’s because of you I am doing acupuncture again which I was always afraid of :) Danielle you are the best and you have a new regular for life :)

Fantastic experience: I had injured my lower back two weeks ago and instead of going to my physiotherapist that I have been seeing for about ten years I was told about Ross physio Therapy C B I Health in Georgetown. My Therapist name is Danielle Tischart and she is absolutely amazing and without a doubt the most knowledgeable therapist I have ever met in the last 25 years. Danielle has shown me that with a friendly smile and a friendly ear she wants to understand your problems and concerns before giving you a solution and a plan. Trust me when I say you would be in great hands with all the staff at CBI Health from the ladies at the front desk who great you with a warm smile to all the people ready and willing to get you back to living your life pain free. Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident in December of 2022. My insurance company gave me a list of places to help with my injuries and after reading the reviews, I chose CBI Health. Gerry, Kristina, Megan and the support staff worked as a team to get me back to health and they gave me good habits to continue in good health as I age. Their combination of professionalism and compassion got me through a very rough period. They took the burden of red tape off my shoulders and made it easy for me to focus on getting well. I was also extremely impressed that they could offer the care and personal support and still keep us to a schedule. I was always greeted like a friend and never had to wait. Fantastic experience: All staff members are very professional, polite and friendly. Gerry Ross is an excellent and experienced physiotherapist who is thorough and super accurate in diagnosing, finding the root cause and provides excellent treatment and easy to follow exercises to help patients recover quickly. I once "threw my back out" was in excruciating pain. What I thought was a pulled muscle turned out to be "lumbosacral facet joint syndrome", and Gerry was able to relief the pain after 1 session, with a few follow up sessions that helped me recover very quickly. Ivan Bokanovic is a very good professional RMT who also specializes in athletics therapy. He is also very accurate in his treatments to alleviate aches and pains, and finding the root cause of what caused the pain. I am an avid horse rider and this place is a gem to help me continue doing what I love to do. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I started physio with Cam last year and he did an amazing job from explaining all the issues with my torn quad, back issues and fractured ankle to getting me back to normal. I've dropped in recently for further knowledge on how to avoid injury and perform more comfortable exercises to further improve. Great guy, he really knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: Originally brought in my 11yr old son with a damaged rotator cuff and I was healing from a 6 month old dislocated shoulder (and was only given home exercises ). After seeing what Dr. Chinten was able to do with my son in such a short time I asked to be seen. I took much longer with the damage to my shoulder but reached my healing point. But that wasn't my end to Ross physio and Dr. Chintan. I mentioned I had neck pain for years. Felt like a knot but turned out to be more. I spent another 3 months with Chintan and never knew I could be be free of this neck pain I've had for 15 years. I would highly recommend you see Dr. Chintan if you're in need physio.
