Fantastic experience: Since my injury, I have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff at this location. My massage therapist Rona has been absolutely incredible in the professional RMT world not only is she got a great sense of humor, but she’s incredible at her job I combine my treatment with Krishna who is my physiotherapist and the exercises that she’s conducting are showing very positive results for my healing and rehab rehabilitation this is a five out of five star location

Fantastic experience: Meryl Da Costa was highly recommended to me after a long period of being unable to sit without pain or discomfort. An MRI showed disc related problems but the key to recovery has been stretching and strengthening of the muscles that I now realize atrophy at a much quicker pace as we age. Following a few sessions with Meryl, I enrolled in her weekly mat pilates class that is progressive, well paced and small enough for individual cues as needed. Another class member and I agreed it feels as though we are getting a physio treatment and pilates class all-in-one. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the clinic, and the staff couldn't be more accommodating or helpful. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking physiotherapy and pilates care.

From day one, the level of care, attention, and professionalism has been next level. Huge shoutout to Akeem, Bakair, and Aimee — they’ve been incredible every step of the way. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they genuinely care about your progress and take the time to make sure you’re improving the right way. From the moment the session begins, it’s clear that she’s deeply in tune with what your body needs. Her approach feels thoughtful and intuitive, not rushed or generic. Mona has a great ability to find areas of tension and work through them in a way that feels both effective and comfortable. The massage feels personalized, as if she understands exactly where to focus without needing much direction. After a session with Mona, you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely amazing—both physically and mentally. It’s the kind of experience that makes you realize how much of a difference a skilled, attentive massage therapist can make. I highly recommend!!!!!!
