Fantastic experience: Meeting Rui Was a Stroke of Good Fortune! Meeting Rui was truly a blessing. Her unique combination of acupressure, Gua Sha, acupuncture, and number-based techniques gave me confidence in her approach from the very beginning. Two weeks ago, after an eight-hour drive back from the U.S. to my home in Niagara Falls, my sciatica had become so painful that I could barely get out of bed or walk. Living alone, I was worried about even managing my daily meals, and I already had a flight booked for a Thanksgiving trip just days away. A friend gave me Rui’s phone number, and I decided to give her a call. During a video call, she patiently guided me through several techniques, including acupressure at specific points, writing numbers as instructed, and using a bottle cap as a substitute for a Gua Sha tool. After a few hours of following her guidance, I was finally able to get out of bed without crying out in pain, although walking was still difficult. The next day, Rui took time out of her schedule to check on me by phone and adjust the techniques. By the third day, I was able to drive out to do some shopping! Knowing that I had a flight coming up before Thanksgiving, she recommended an acupuncture session at her clinic to further support my recovery. After the treatment on the fifth day, I drove back to Niagara Falls feeling so much more comfortable and relieved. I even joked that I wanted to become her student so she could teach me her number-based techniques and acupressure methods! Throughout this experience, Rui demonstrated impressive professional knowledge, patience, and genuine care. She listened carefully, prioritized my most urgent needs, and approached my recovery step by step. I am incredibly grateful for the time, attention, and care she gave me when I was struggling and feeling vulnerable on my own. My body felt more aligned, I was able to squat more easily, and I could maintain better posture with greater comfort and ease. These improvements were significant for me and made a noticeable difference in how I felt and moved. After three sessions, I have experienced continued improvement in my neck, shoulders, lower back, and left knee. Each treatment has built upon the progress of the previous one, and I have genuinely felt positive improvements after every session. What impressed me most was not only Mateusz’s extensive knowledge and expertise, but also his excellent technique and ability to carefully identify and address the areas contributing to my discomfort. Fantastic experience: First let me say I have been going to Synergistix since 2018. Was there for Physiotherapy and Osteopath as well. The staff are all caring and kind. Make you feel comfortable and assured. I have now completes 8 of the Aura Matrix sessions and I am very pleased with my results. My back is doing much better, I can sleep without waking up and i am looking forward to getting relief for my other symptoms. I recommend you try it out. You wont regret it.

Fantastic experience: With the new Aura Matrix frequency table, I am 4 sessions in and something good is happening, we have been working on my psoriasis and inflammation. I am down to one inflammation pill a day versus 2, and I am seeing a difference. Also digestion is so much better. Yesterday was session 4 and I came out feeling amazing, my body is still positively responding to the frequencies. If you want a place that truly cares, look no further. Fantastic experience: A goto clinic in case you are in pain. Both the Osteo Mateuz and Physio Nasiba are awesome. They are very polite and great in dealing with treatments. Visiting Rui for acupuncture was just a great experience. She helped me with relieving my pain and get back into normal life. Rui is extremely knowledgeable and great with the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had tried various treatments for persistent neck, back and shoulder pain and felt that osteopathy was something that finally worked to help me long term. Fantastic experience: My very first visit to Osteopath Joe Peternel was great. I knew I needed to get treatment but I was surprised at how badly I needed that visit. That was in April. Once the treatment was over I felt great after a few days. Joe took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me exercises to ensure I was going to benefit from the treatment in the long term. Needless to say I returned for more treatment and this time around it was even BETTER. So knowledgeable and treatments are effective. I will keep him in my back pocket because the treatments are very helpful. Thank you Joe.

Fantastic experience: Just to update my review: I’ve now tried spinal flow and wow, I can’t believe the difference. Previously I was living pain free thanks to Mindy’s wonderful knowledge of osteopathy but spinal flow has given me a new sense of calm and a level of energy I haven’t had I years. Truly amazed and thankful. The staff is knowledgeable and have truly made a difference in my physical health. It took me ages to convince a friend to go and see Mindy and he is so glad he finally did. I can’t be happier I found her because I lived in pain and now I don’t.

Fantastic experience: Dr Colleen is a great chiropractor, I have been with her for almost 2 years now, and she has helped me gain mobility in very tight areas with periodic adjustments. She is very knowledgeable, and is focussed on the holistic health of the physical body, as opposed to just the treatments in our appointment. I’ve also had a few stretch therapy sessions with Glen and can honestly say that I’ve never been able to achieve the level of stretching with him on my own. Glen is VERY knowledgeable about the muscular system and has educated me on how to improve on my own.

Osteopathy with Mindy has completely changed my outlook; I walked in after dealing with severe hip, back and leg pain for over a year that left me feeling hopeless and depressed. Every move hurt. I had an Osteopathy appointment with Kayla and had a great experience with instant relief; can’t wait until my next appointment. I’ll offer one piece of advise to the newcomer: the pin pad is a slender black box attached just left to the second entry door on the glass partition wall. UPDATE: I have been coming to Synergistix for the past couple of years and it continues to be an inviting and pleasant environment. Kayla’s treatments continue to be compassionate, skilled, and an essential part of my healthcare.

Fantastic experience: My journey started in February 2021. I was experiencing constant pain on the left side of my body. It was causing sleepless nights, headaches, swelling and extreme discomfort. I went to see my doctor and after 8 months of countless appointments, specialist referrals, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, bones scans and the list goes on they could not find any answers and I could not find any relief. I decided to look into alternative options outside of modern medicine. That’s when I found Synergistix Health and Wellness Clinic. I began by meeting with Mindy Parmar, Osteopath manual practitioner I started seeing her on December 31st and it was the best decision I ever made. With every session I feel improvement. The pain and swelling has subsided. No more constant headaches and I am sleeping great. Feeling well rested and more energized. The best part of of Synergistix is that they are multidisciplinary and all their team members work together to bring you to optimal levels of health and functionality. I then met with the naturopath, Dr. Vishaala Singh working on restoring normal body function by enhancing my body’s own healing abilities and recognizing any underlying issues. In my case I’m looking to do this more through natural food sources as opposed to supplements, however I am finding that both are beneficial in combination. Dr. Singh takes her time understanding you goals and finding a customized plan focused on your needs. I’m also working with a somatic therapist, Avdeep who has been a great addition to me not only dealing with my physical health but mental health as well. And finally now that my body and mind are working together to keep me in optimal health I am taking the next step to meet with their physiotherapist so I can get back to a safe workout regime. I’m so thankful everyday for finding Synergistix and their wonderful team. They are passionate about what they do and they take their time to understand your goals and work on a plan designed to you and your lifestyle

I tried litteraly every service they have to offer and my expectations were not only met but exceeded by far. Fantastic experience: After posting the review below I was contacted by the business owner who apologized for the terrible experience and assured me the individual responsible no longer worked with the company. I was offered a massage with Maiya. SHE WAS FANTASTIC. Professional and good at her job! A much better experience. I had one visit here and it was a terrible experience. I had a massage booked with Bill. He was unprofessional, did not respect my privacy and incompetent. He did not greet me or let me in the building for my appt. when there is a “Do Not Enter. Wait for your therapist” sign on the door. After my appt time passed I entered the building on my own. He began a case history in the hallway and not in the privacy of a therapy room. His massage was terrible, repeated the same movement over the same spot on my back for 10 mins, to the point where I had to tell him to move to another area because my skin was getting irritated. The massage was changed from a 45 min to 30 min during the massage because it was so poor. Upon getting dressed and wanting to leave, I found him zipping up his fly in the hallway. Then I was asked to use his phone to type in my credit card info to pay for the appt. 0 Stars.
