Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Ms. Ruta for quite awhile now to help me with my muscle spasms especially my right shoulder and lower back. She is very gentle with words but has strong hands to help relieve my pain. She is very kind and passionate with what she does.

Negative experience: I was happy with Dr. Sue and Dr. Amini. Today I called to book a massage appointment and the new person received the call was extremely rude and impatient. I just received an email and a response from the chiro at main. I don't know who responded this, because this is an utter lie. Who said, 2 years ago? What are you talking about? I said last December. Two years ago? That means your receiptionist even didn't listen to what I was saying? And I didn't call in the evening, I called in the early afternoon. These lying are ruining your reputation. And you are doing it by yourself, not me. These lying and blaming attitude will automatically ruin your reputation gradually.The new receiptionist was extremely rude and she said, I have to go now , didn't want to talk to me and wanted to hang up the call in me. I was trying to talk and tell her that since I didn't get any appointment previously I need an appointment soon, because I broke my leg, had a major surgery and I needed the massage. And it's an extreme lie that" I was upset "! That specific receiptionist was unable to handle a regular patient and was impatient enough to talk normally with a simple regular person trying to put the blame on the customer ratgee than admitting her bad attitude and rude behavior.That's the reason I had to say that their charge gone up and I don't want to book the massage appointment. The receiptionist is a big Liar. She did not call me back in the evening and she didn't apologize or anything. I hope you serve your Milton community with proper respect but lying publicly won't make it perfect. I'm a highly educated professional banker and I'm a decent woman. I don't have the habit of lying. The way you acted and now lying about your behavior, one day other patients will face that too. The previous people working in reception were well mannered and decent, but not this one. I'll never come to your clinic again but others will. And one day they'll face the same bad attitude from this person.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amini is absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, caring and willing, she wants to heal and do her utmost to provide pain relief no matter what it takes. Takes safety very seriously also for Covid protocols. I trust her implicitly and highly recommend, second to none!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Dr. Amini this morning. I found her to be very professional and friendly. She asked about my problem and any underlying health issues. After an examination, she explained the physiology of the problem area and discussed the proposed course of treatment. She welcomed and answered my questions. After the treatment. Dr. Amini suggested exercises to perform until my next treatment. Throughout the entire process, she was noticeably thorough regarding sanitation procedures. I was also pleased to see her concern for the community as the clinic had a very full box of food she was collecting in support of the Halliburton food bank. I would highly recommend Chiro on Main to anyone seeking chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with the level of service provided as it was both professional & personable. Dr. Amini walked me through each step as we went along with every treatment. The first treatment (for a hamstring realted injury) was a revelation as I was able to function without major pain for the first time in a week.
