Fantastic experience: What a different experience! I’ve never been to a chiropractor who adjusts so good! You can really feel the difference. The staff are incredible, always welcoming and always well organized. I love the attention to details. The scans and X-ray were an eye opener since no other chiropractor ever did them let alone showed me exactly what was going on and what we need to do to make the changes I need. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else. This is the new standard and I can’t ever go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I wasn’t gonna write this because it’s a small business but it’s been since march and have seen my old chiro twice to fix what he has done and he can’t cause he refuses to do a pelvic adjustment on me and says he would never do that adjustment on me. If you don’t do mathew’s monthly fee he will continue to do 1 sided adjustments to keep you coming back. You really shouldn’t be going to a chiro that often. Last time I saw him was march and my pelvic has been in SEVERE PAIN and it was fine when I started going. Rule of thumb is you do something to one side then you do it too the other. It’s rare when you don’t need to do that. My low back nd pelvic are so bad they are often numb or numb pain. So bad I went to see a doctor twice as I thought I was having a blood clot in the groan/pelvic. So much yoga a massage nothing is helping. He was the very first chiropractor ever in 8 cities in 15 yrs that did a pelvic adjustment on me and I immediately cancelled the next appointment because he’s never going to stop keeping me in pain. I arrived with a tiny bit of pain in neck had like 10 adjustments each leaving me in pain. I’m hyper flexed in the low back and few chiros can adjust me and that’s the only nice thing I can say about Mathew Posa. Oh yes and the way they bill you good luck getting insurance refunds.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank these guys enough. I called in August 2021 after experiencing sudden neck, shoulder and back pain. They found the issue quickly and addressed it by creating a rehabilitation program for me. The work they've done for me has literally changed my life. I'm pain free, stronger than ever, much happier in general, working better, sleeping better and my stress levels have diminished drastically. They are all so amazingly friendly and accommodating. You soon feel like part of a great family.

Negative experience: I was going to simply walk away and not write a review but Dr Jim’s rude email today was the tipping point for me. This place has a flashy pre care package with X-rays and scans etc. but pay attention to how they actually treat people. Everything is scare tactics. Tons of fear based emails and endless texts. The people are treated like cattle. You scan yourself in, sit in a packed waiting room until your name pops on a screen. They ask you to lie face down on a table until someone comes over and starts touching you, often while having conversations with other people in the room. Completely de-humanizing process. The treatment is under 3 minutes and costs over $60 a visit. It’s very clearly a heavy handed sales process to get you signed up and then a complete focus on pumping through as many people as possible. I’ve seen other local chiropractors since and this clinic is known to have a “reputation.” They also spam you with emails and texts. I left the practice a month ago but yesterday got a text. I replied STOP but then today I got an email. I replied letting them know that they are required to have an unsubscribe button per CASL laws and Dr Jim personally replied “retracting” his new years wishes. Wow. Unnecessary, rude and unprofessional. That’s how they treat you. I recommend you avoid this place.

Negative experience: Although the initial consultation was impressive and pre care excellent, the actual chiropractic care and attention was missing and I felt any care was available only to people willing to pay a great deal of money and commit to a 3 day appointment schedule. I I wasn’t even finished my 1st visit there and I get a survey text asking me to rate them. Runs like a business not a clinic with patients care as the top priority. This has not been my experience with chiropractic care before and frankly I was disheartened by it all

Fantastic experience: Can’t comment on symptom improvement as it’s still very early into my treatment, have only had three adjustments. However I can say the staff are very welcoming, informative, helpful. The office is not your usual chiro office, they do various scans to understand the health of your spine and nervous system then base their detailed treatment on that. I would highly recommend for someone who has any issues really, as the spine / nerves affect everything in your body. Their first appt and scans promo are very reasonably priced at the moment. You don’t lose anything to go for scans and consult then decide if treatment is beneficial. Dr Matt is very kind, willing to listen and explain and genuinely wants to help.

Negative experience: I had my initial appointment last week and it had gone okay. I was on time and met with Manijah initially and she was very lovely and kind. As someone who has never seen a chiropractor, I was hesitant and shared my concerns and she made me feel very comfortable and was super sweet. I had met Dr.Matt after and had booked my 1.5 hour appt for today. Unfortunately I was stuck in a very bad traffic jam and had called to let the office know I was running 10 to 9 minutes late (ended up being 8 minutes). The receptionist was not kind or empathetic even after I had apologized. She instead told me that I would have to reschedule because the doctor always starts on time. I find that particularly interesting considering the fact that I was made to wait 15 minutes in the room for the doctor (which I didn't mind tbh). The receptionist told me to hold while she asked the doctor and then, said I guess it's ok in such an off putting and rude manner. I was around the corner and decided not to continue as I didnt want to be made to feel uncomfortable for walking in 8 minutes late, after the receptionist was being passive aggressive. I rarely ever give bad reviews! My experience here was not welcoming and to be frank I was harassed with calls for reminders for my appointment, when I was at work! Saying that you are a family chiropractor clinic and that you have values like empathy, etc should be reflected in your staff!

The entire atmosphere of the clinic is so warm and welcoming. The whole team is absolutely amazing! The ladies are so helpful and accommodating as well as a pleasure to talk to. You're always acknowledged and greeted by name with a friendly smile by them every time you walk in. The dedication that Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim have toward their patients' health and wellness is very evident. This is definitely not a one and done kind of clinic...... Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim genuinely care about your long term health and want to help you to understand the root causes of your pain and/or discomfort and help you to progressively improve with each adjustment and not just treat the surface symptoms that you're experiencing. They get to the root by identifying the issues with thorough tests including x-rays that are done at your initial visit to the clinic. I started getting my adjustments from Dr. Matt after my hip, lower back, and shoulder pain had gotten so bad that at night I was sleeping with a combination of ice packs, heating pads, and every limb propped up on multiple pillows. Dr. Matt took the time to properly identify what was going on and made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and what our game plan would be to help alleviate and remove the pain that I was experiencing. I am so happy to say that I have not had to sleep with any of those things for quite a while now and my mobility and strength are progressively getting better every day. Dr. Matt is an incredible chiropractor who takes the time to listen to what you have to say and never makes you feel rushed. He is extremely knowledgeable and his genuine care for his patient's overall health, evident passion for what he does, and his calm, friendly demeaner makes him a standout from the crowd! Fantastic experience: Dr. Matt is awesome - I'm walking normally again without a cane - his subsequent care has kept me mobile. Everyone who works at this chiropractic office is wonderful - so pleasant and so adaptive to your individual needs.

Negative experience: This place has caused so much stress and anxiety for me. I initially thought the doctors cared, and I appreciated their initial perspective on healing and wellness. However, the amount of text messages, calls, and emails I’ve received the last few days are unreal. I was going to pay for this service through my insurance, however, my insurance had halted for some reason. As a full time student I am unable to afford the care without it. I reached out and explained my situation and said that I would reach out in a few days once I get my insurance sorted, and to put my file on hold. The woman on the phone kept pushing me in to see the doctor, kept telling me I had to call and to come in to discuss my care. I said there’s no issue with my care, as I only had one session. The woman told me she’d call back to check on my status. A day goes by and I’m getting calls at 8am, I am at work. Then I get a series of texting telling me to pick up, call the office, and that I HAVE to speak to the doctor. I asked them several times to stop calling me, and they wouldn’t stop. I asked them several times to close my file as I was uncomfortable with the way that I was being treated. I am very disappointed as I was really excited to start my treatment, and now I’m forced to find another location. I am not sure if others have had this experience or my circumstance was an isolated situation, but when clients communicate their needs or situation- they should be heard. They shouldn’t be instructed or forced to do anything they don’t want to do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for two years and within a few months of consistent visits I was returning to an active lifestyle with confidence and strength. Dr. Matt and Dr. Jim are very knowledgeable and caring for my chiropractic needs, they have answers to all my questions. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Jim at your clinic for about 4months. In the past I have tried several different types of treatments including physio but to no avail. I was unable to get up on the adjustment bed without assistance. Even getting out of bed in the morning was a challenge. After following Dr Jim's program, I can now say that I have seen a big improvement in my ability to move and walk. I can now get on and off the adjustment bed by myself.Thanks Dr.Jim .

Positive experience: The owner of the practice is wonderful and really listens to his patients. The other chiropractor would not listen to me and caused me a lot of pain with no relief. I have a seriously tender lower back. I can't even scratch it most days and I told the chiropractor that. He ignored me and shoved his fingers into my back so hard I couldn't walk properly for 3 days. I begged him outright on the table not to adjust me there and he ignored me. The owner listened to me and was wonderful. He adjusted everywhere else and I felt good about going back. But he wasn't my primary chiropractor and I honestly didn't know if I could request to switch so instead I ended my plan with them. I think the other chiropractor needs to take a lesson in listening to the people he treats. I'm not paying that kind of money to be in pain for days because a man didn't want to listen to a woman about her pain.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness at The Heathly Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre. From my first visit, they gave me a warm welcome and it's been nothing but great since. I was shocked to learn they actually perform X-Rays before hand (super cool) and they take pride in teaching patients about chiropractic care and wellness. They also have an incredible amount of technology that makes the process and each visit super smooth/seamless. Reception even made me a 12 month calendar for all my visits with details of what's going to occur. 10/10!

I've also sent my own clients and other referrals there. I've had great improvements in my spine and neck, and rarely get sick.
