Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been going to Elevate for years and have seen Megan for just about everything at this point, from my shoulders and back to my ankle. She is absolutely amazing! Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is that she really takes the time to listen and understand what is going on. She doesn’t just focus on where it hurts, she looks at the bigger picture, explains what she is seeing, and gives me practical things I can do to keep moving and get back to the activities I love. Over the years, no matter what new issue I manage to show up with, Megan has always made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident that I am in great hands. She is also just a genuinely wonderful person, which makes every visit that much better. I can’t recommend Megan and the team at Elevate enough.

Fantastic experience: Great service I had today. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail that made sense. Assessed and created a great path to recovery for me. I'm feeling better already and I'm much more hopeful for a full recovery from my full knee replacement surgery.
Fantastic experience: Once again I want to express appreciation for the care and treatment provided by Inderpret at Elevate Physiotherapy & Wellness. The treatments and care to date have provided a great relief. Although it may take a while for full recovery, through continued treatment and care by Inderpret we will continue to make good progress.

Fantastic experience: We saw Jeremy for my 7yo’s neck issue, he was very thorough with it being our initial appointment. He definitely helped de-stress over doctors concerns. Also saw Inder the following day with my broken 9yo, she quickly diagnosed/found the issues with her assessments and treated him accordingly. Great work from both, highly recommend both!

Fantastic experience: Inder is by far the best physiotherapist I have been to! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind! My surgeon (rotator cuff surgery) is always impressed with my progress and has repeatedly told me that I’m in good hands with her. I have her also seeing my daughter for dance and have seen such improvement in her knees already. Cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Hi All. Anyone in Abbotsford/ Mission that needs Physio but wants individual care and feel Valued? Go and see Inder, I can't give more than 5 Stars or I would have... she's excellent, personable professional practical...I had been to another well known clinic twice in Abbotsford with maybe a dozen clients all packed in there, with very little personal interest or care, more like a factory. Inder and Elevate Physio has just expanded to Abbotsford located upstairs at #4-2009 Abbotsford Way. After my two appts elsewhere, I wasn't given any suggestions of how to alleviate pain or any exercises as well as a language barrier, even though I'd had significant pain for 3 weeks previous. Inder gave me some exercises, did deep massage into my neck and then Taped my shoulder and gave other suggestions for my... sleep to be without Pain Can't wait to go back to her taking professional advice and practical steps so I can get back to my Life.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time working with Megan, and it was for our 11yr old son. Her knowledge of the body, her ability to communicate to our son at his level and the professionalism she exudes was top notch, above all. We were so blown away with her attention to detail. We also loved that she related to our son on an athletic level. We would recommend Megan 100/100 times.

Fantastic experience: Went to Sheena and had a FST session. It was amazing ! Felt less cramped up the second I stood up. If you're on the fence about it, just try it once and talk to Sheena. She's super educated on the technique and the fascia itself !
Fantastic experience: Found the whole service professional, and Inderpret is very knowledgeable and detailed minded. All in all a great experience! I would recommend the service for sure. Another great experience, my knee pain left within a few days of the suggested excercuses. I am confident my current treatment will go the same way.

Fantastic experience: I have had the privilege of seeing both Megan and Matt for physio. They are both amazing individuals. They cared so much about my history and injuries and their one on one treatments were so successful in helping heal the areas I was being treated on. Megan has seen two of my kids as well and she had our little shy dude laughing and giggling and responding to her treatments so quickly it was amazing (he usually doesn't say a word to anyone!). I highly recommend Elevate Physio!
Fantastic experience: Megan was great! I went to visit her with a foot injury, and I have been to a lot physios in my time (25 years of Rugby) and she was amazing! Seemed very knowledgeable as well. She was recommended by a work colleague who has also used her, and recommended her. If you live locally or have to drive a bit (I live in Surrey) shes well worth the drive! Definitely Recommend!!
