Fantastic experience: I have OA in my right knee and needed to get a custome knee brace. My original quote at a local clinic was extremely high, much more than my insurance would cover. Jamie Rempel and the team at Langley Sports Medicine Clinic were amazing. Jamie fit me for a Ossur Custom Unloader brace for my right knee at a great price and provided excellent support and service. I would highly recommend Jamie and the team at Langley Sports Medicine.

Fantastic experience: I was having an issue with my right hip walking like a 90 year old and in pain. I was out a few inches on my right leg and whatever magic she performed after only 2 sessions I am 95% pain free and walking normally. Another follow up and I'll be as good as new!

I brought her in to see Alissa on Monday and Wednesday and she is feeling so much better. Alissa really took her time with my daughter to help find the root cause and offer a solution. Fantastic experience: My 3 daughters see Herman and he is phenomenal. His diagnoses are always spot on. He caters to the age and connects well with teen athletes. I love that he empowers them with their own voice and gives them confidence. He is reassuring when needed and has compassion. I love that he focuses on dealing with most injuries via strength building. I cannot say enough about him, he is our trusted, tried and true for our girls'sports injuries. Nikki is also top notch. Super helpful, kind, efficient and warm. Runs the clinic like a charm.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I’ve seen more than 10 physiotherapists over the years for issues I’ve had since high school, and none of them were able to help the way Herman Chan has. He’s genuinely world-class, he figured out problems I thought I’d be stuck with for life and had me improving faster than I thought possible. Everyone I’ve sent to him says the exact same thing, including my kinesiologist. The man is definitely overqualified. I also see Kajsa Tollman for RMT, and she’s incredible. I’m 6'8" and nearly 400 lbs, and she has zero issues working on me. She may not look like she can handle someone my size, but she’s tough, every session leaves me feeling better than ever and ready to get back to work and injure myself all over again. Nikki is the face of the front desk, and she’s absolutely wonderful. Always welcoming, always helpful, always going that extra mile. If you want a clinic that actually listens, actually helps, and actually delivers results, this is the place. Highly recommend.

The exercises he sets me up with are manageable and realistic to my busy schedule. An added bonus to his skills as a PT is how friendly he is. Always fun to chat with through my appointments. He is always diligent in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for any number of sports injuries and more recently some nerve damage due to a car accident. He is invested in his work. Jeff enjoys putting in the extra effort to understand the problem and find the best ways to help heal them. Langley Sports Medicine Clinic has friendly admin/reception that are helpful and informative.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately my sports med Dr passed away and I thought I’d never find replacement as good as he was. Through a recommendation, I tried Dr Banns and am more than happy with what she can do to my beat up body!

Negative experience: Rude and non-sense front desk. A family member under my account (***I’ll use the word “I” for easy understanding***) has an appointment tonight, and I got a short notice of overtime request at work. I was not sure if can finish work and catch the appointment on time, so I called front desk. The lady told me the cancellation fee is $65. Then I decided to finish the OT early and catch this appointment. The lady then FORCED me to cancel the appointment and charge my credit card NOW just “because we have other clients waiting to fill ur spot”. I explained to her, again and again that I will make it and I won’t cancel. She was acting mean and sneered like “oh so NOW you telling me that you won’t cancel? That’s not what you called for”. I tried to explain that I’ll be there on time, but she just wanted me to cancel NOW. There was more nonsense words like “I don’t even know who you are cancelling for”. Well apparently I wasn’t asked or given the chance to explain. She just repeatedly telling me that it’s a late cancellation and she’s gonna charge the card. I have to repeatedly tell her that I’m not gonna cancel, and bear with her sarcasm. I wish I have recorded this phone chat.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with shoulder pain for over 2 years, I have tried acupuncture, prolotherapy, PRP, cortisone shots, massage therapy & I have taken every pain killer under the sun…Alyssa was the 1st to alleviate the pain!! I am pain free at times as well as my mobility in that shoulder is so much better! I have a ways to go still but after just over a month of treatments there is a lot of progress!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing TJ now for the past couple weeks. She is very knowledgeable and great to be around. She’s got me back to how I felt when I was 25 and I’m 37 now. With a stretching routine that’s no more then ten minutes a day and and few other physio specific exercise with her I’m back to golfing and playing ice hockey. A few weeks ago my hips and lower back were hindering me from work, hockey and golf.

Fantastic experience: Herman is the only physiotherapist I will see. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Everything is explained from why the issue is there, what the exercise will do to improve the issue and what the end goal is. He uses many different techniques to both relieve the pain and address the underlying issues. What I really appreciate is unlike other physio’s I’ve been to, he isn’t going to tell me I can’t continue my workouts or need to stop and rest for an extended time to heal. He suggests modifications and tells me when I need to back off a bit, but he is fully aware that I won’t stop and he works around that. Highly recommend seeing him for any rehab needed.

Fantastic experience: I GO TO Langley Sports Medicine Clinic for massage, however they have large staff of physiotherapists and a gym for rehab. Support staff are excellent, informative, and in good humor despite the times and the safety protocol they require. They have a lot of therapists so their wait times are short. Definately recommend to anyone. In the last two years I had total knee Replacements on both of my knees, and I was surprised how important and helpful it was to have a professional massage therapist get me through a lot of the rehab. If you're having me replacement highly recommend getting these folks to help you through it. Special shout out to Tara Mang. Tara is not the only great massage therapist there, but she's the Superstar that's helped me through it.

Fantastic experience: I love going to the Langley Sports Clinic, on the lower level of the Langley Activity Centre. The front assistant is friendly, efficient and knows every one by name. Tara is my go to for massage and I am always pleased with how she has done the deep tissue massage. I recommend this clinic for a variety of services that they offer.

He has worked with both me and my kids many times and always seems to provide an accurate diagnosis along with several solutions that are both effective and simple in method.

The physical therapist Mr. Herman has unimaginable professional knowledge and skills. He has perfectly solved countless problems for me in the past few years, including rehabilitation after skiing leg fractures, Achilles tendinitis in the ankle, etc., and taught me a lot. Methods of self-healing exercises. All in all, this is a very professional physical therapy and sports injury treatment facility that is beyond imagination and satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine recommended TJ for physio as I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for a couple years. Well I should have come sooner because it has been only two months or so and I’m almost completely pain free. TJ is professional, personable, and knows her stuff! Negative experience: Doctor recommended these guys for treatment to a broken left knee involving a road accident When I called them the receptionist was practically starting an argument on whether the claim was still active or not All she had to do was take the claim number & find find out from ICBC directly & if they said no I would let my lawyer handle that Thought if this is the receptionist what’s the rest of the place like End up saying goodbye hung up & called someone else They took the claim number & are going to call me back Wasn’t hard Update after calling Lifemark they where really on the ball Got back to me promptly asking for note from GP at request from ICBC Email note to Lifemark & they got back to me right away telling me the note has been forwarded to ICBC I get that the treatment has to be paid for but Lifemark was no hassles & no feeling it’s more about money than healing My lawyer assured me that my claim is still active & doesn’t think there will be any trouble getting approval from ICBC & if so they will contact the adjuster I noticed lifemark has a higher review rating than Langley sports medicine I guess your office did me a favour

Negative experience: RMT's are great. Receptionist, on the other hand, snotty. Missed an appointment cause I slept through my alarm, during the PANDEMIC. What do you know, woke up with your classic headache and sore throat. Called to let the clinic know what happened. Snotty receptionist wouldn't even hear it, said the clinic will charge half price. So in the event that you made an appointment first thing, and woke up with one of the covid symptoms, according to their pandemic policy, you should not come it. But according to their financial policy, you should because now you are short $55. Now I wonder how many people have had to lie about their symptoms to save them from getting charged for following their "covid policy. And sure, some will say "well you should've called ahead of time." If I woke up when my alarm went off, I would've. I'm sure I'm not the first person to sleep through their alarm when they're not feeling well. Take note that is my first offense of missed appointment. I had the decency to call and explain the situation. I also just pulled a double shift to help out with the covid testing backlog. I see this clinic is very supportive of healthcare workers. Yes, I'm going to use this card because I did not get a chance to explain the situation to the snotty receptionist AT ALL! Won't be going back. Too bad cause I really like their RMT's. I don't support snotty attitudes.

But the star of that clinic is our physiotherapist - absolutely professional, amazing, wonderful Lisa G. Always helpful she does her job with the smile, and amazing knowledge. Fantastic experience: I have been a client here for the past 3 years and have always had nothing but excellent treatment and service by Jamie and his staff. I have been seeing their physiotherapist and chiropractor (Dr. Mitchell) and have nothing but positive feedback for them all. If you're wondering why I still see them if they're supposed to get me better, that's because I see them every few months for an adjustment as my occupation is not very good on the lower back. As mention, all staff here as fantastic and nothing but supportive, including their front office staff!

Fantastic experience: Jeff was fantastic. Worked with him for 18 months after a bad car accident that hurt my neck. He really did a great job and understood where to start my physio and where to end. My neck is back to the way it was before the accident....the people here don't just put you in a machine. They listen, adjust to needs and work with you. Excellent!
