Fantastic experience: I recently started doing RMT with Will at PureForm. I’ve been on a year long healing journey for a back injury And with a little bit of Physio added in, Will has done wonders for resolving and healing the muscles in my back. He’s great at advising different stretches and figuring out the root of the problem. If you’re looking for any RMT, Pure Form is a fantastic place to go.

Fantastic experience: Matt is the man! Such a knowledgeable Physio who actually spends time with you explaining what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and how it will help. He doesn’t just throw a machine on and walk away. He actually cares about you as a patient and works with you to achieve your goal! Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Pure Form Physio about 8 months ago. After seeing other physio therapists I was skeptical about any positive results I might see but I was desperate. I can honestly say that Emily has totally changed my opinion on what a dedicated and professional health care provider can do for your quality of life. I am not cured but on the right track and feel fortunate to have someone I can count on to help me out.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Pure Form Physio for a massage with Michael Tal a few times and was blown away. He was very attentive to where I was having problems in my neck and forearms, and honestly I have never felt so much relief. He also took the time to answer my questions and was so absolutely professional about it all. I generally am uncomfortable when I go for a massage, but Michael didn't make me feel that way at all and I would highly recommend him for anyone that is looking!!

He has a deep understanding about muscles and how best to help/support my body. He cares about my journey and the struggles I’m having. They communicate with each other to give me the best, most comprehensive care possible. I can’t ask for anything more really. Last, but certainly not least, the ladies at the front desk are also so friendly regardless of the day. Highly recommend Pure Form Physio!

He’s been really encouraging in my recovery, pushing me enough to build strength, and furnishing me with quality stretches to ensure a solid return to coaching and running. Fantastic experience: The clinic is super clean and efficient. My physiotherapist is knowledgeable and pushes me just enough to get stronger, but not so far that I’m in pain or set back in my recovery. They use exercises, new machines and IMS to treat not only the injury, but what could have led to it in the first place. The front of house staff is always very warm and welcoming, and they really go the extra mile to make things work for your needs. From billing to scheduling, and answering any questions you may have along the way, they’re reliable and incredibly kind. The facility is very clean and tidy which is exactly what you want to see in a clinical space. You can rest easy knowing that your health and safety is well taken care of here. The physio therapist that I see is Simmy Kaler. I truly cannot express how amazing she is! She is incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled, consistently providing effective treatments and insightful advice. Simmy is an expert in her trade and I fully trust her to treat my injuries. On top of that, she’s really fun to be around and chat with, we laugh a lot and she really brightens my day in the midst of the frustration that comes with being injured. I highly recommend this clinic (both locations) and Simmy to anyone looking for professional and caring physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Pure Form Physio and Simmy enough! The front desk staff are great and made everything so easy and smooth. Simmy was able to help solve & get rid of a bad flare up pain I was having and gave me the tools to prevent it from happening again. So happy I came here and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My amazing physiotherapist Walee made a huge difference in my shoulder health and pain management. In only a few sessions, my shoulder pain reduced significantly. It wasn’t long before I was strong enough to get back in the gym doing the workouts I enjoy. He is professional, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Dan is absolutely amazing. Dan has been my physiotherapist for almost 10 years. I suffer from neck and back pain following a car accident. I was told by a Physician that I wouldn't be able to run again. With Dan's guidance I was back to my regular running routine within a year. I have a busy job in health care and work long hours. I often have flare-ups of my neck/back pain. As soon as I see Dan he is able to sort out the cause of my pain and with IMS and manual therapy my pain significantly improves as soon as I walk out of the clinic. Without Dan I would not be able to work the hours I do providing care to patients and would not be able to enjoy recreational activities. The clinic staff are very professional. On occasion I have seen other Physiotherapists in the clinic and they are also very knowledgeable and professional. Dan is the clinic owner therefore he is a mentor to the other Physiotherapist that work in his clinic. I definitely recommend Pure Form Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: After I injured my knee badly from soccer, Matt was recommended to me for Physio from my RMT. Matt is so good at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he is so kind and personable. I always felt acknowledged and cared for during every treatment. Matt has treated me since my initial injury and has continued to support me since my recent knee surgery. He is so encouraging and always pushes me to reach my full potential. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my amazing experience getting treatment from Walee. I’ve been seeing walee for my rotator cuff and meniscus treatment for the past couple of months. Walee is super knowledgeable and displays his passion for helping people recover. He pays very close attention to all the pain I express in my shoulder and rotator cuff. Fantastic experience: I met physiotherapist, Matt Redekopp at Spineworks Dec. 2017. Matt supported me with exercises to strengthen my knee, pre-knee replacement surgery (Jan. 2018). He also provided support & expertise post-surgery which gave me with the best outcome for resuming all my activities including snowboarding, hiking & cycling. More recently (Oct. 2022), I located Matt at Pure Form Physio & consulted him re strengthening my right knee to delay knee replacement surgery. Matt knows the body & is able to clearly explain body mechanics. He encourages his clients to go beyond what they think is possible! Fantastic experience: Matt at Pure Form Physio has been working with me for over a year and a half. I was in a terrible race car accident. I fractured 3 vertebrae in my back and tore up my shoulder really bad. I’m a carpenter by trade and Matt has worked with me to get me back to work sooner than I thought possible. He really knows his stuff, listens to get a full picture of what needs to be treated, and also offers lots of different treatment modalities. It's also very easy to book appointments- online or over the phone. You can get on a waitlist and get in faster too.

Fantastic experience: Matt R has been treating me for some severe sciatica and extreme lower back pain for the last 6 months and while my pain still exists due to the severity of the issue, Matt has been extremely helpful in so many aspects of helping deal with the pain but most importantly he has helped me to manage the pain quite well and also help educate me on what I can do when I am not able to see him to help my progress continue. I recommend Matt very strongly as he definitely has a strong knowledge of everything he has supported me through and I will continue to see and follow Matt wherever he goes. Thanks so much Matt!
