Fantastic experience: I woke up with sudden, intense back pain that quickly escalated to the point where it hurt to breathe. I was desperate to find a chiropractor, but when I called SportsPro Health Clinic, the chiropractor wasn’t in that day. Sam, the physiotherapist, was just finishing up but offered to see me right away — and I’m so grateful he did. He explained that the pain was likely caused by very tight muscles pulling things out of alignment, and he walked me through everything he was doing. We did shockwave therapy and dry needling, and honestly, he was my hero that day. I left the clinic still in pain, but so much calmer than when I arrived. By the next morning, I had noticeably more movement and a significant decrease in pain. That was the moment I realized just how valuable a skilled, hands-on physiotherapist is — whether you’re an athlete or an everyday person dealing with sudden pain. Individually they are knowledgeable and skilled with a variety of techniques at their disposal but the other strength of this clinic is that they cross-refer if in their professional opinion you will benefit from the expertise of another therapist. There is no substitute for experience and we’ve only had positive experiences here with physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage treatments. Excellent care whether for elite athlete complaints or chronic wear-and-tear life damage.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with TJ for many months rehabbing a serious knee injury and she’s one of the biggest reasons for my progress. She’s knowledgeable, down to earth and knows when and how much to push someone to take the next steps in their recovery. Fantastic experience: Sam is a master. I've eaten 5 windshields before airbags. Been rear-ended in a civic by a VW Atlas (think hulk smash termite) and basically led a rowdy kinda punchy life. Fantastic experience: My son landed funny after a football game, turns out he got a "stinger" (pinched nerves) and "strained rotator cuff" on his right shoulder...rest with proper rehab exercises has improved his abilities within 13 days already! Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I decided to try SportsPro because I’ve had on going knee pain for years. I’ve seen other physios, chiro’s and massage therapist but it wasn’t until I started seeing TJ that I started getting better. The gym facility and clinic are both well equipped. TJ was patient and explained everything so well

Fantastic experience: I've had migraines most of my life (since I was about 12 years old - I'm 34 now). The migraines would give me blurry vision and intense pain in my neck and head for several hours. I've been to dozens of chiropractors, physiotherapists and doctors. I saw Sam (Sukhjinder) Jaggi because my brother recommended him. In a single session, Sam accurately diagnosed my problem and gave me a daily stretching routine. It's been over 2 years since I first saw Sam, and I've only had 2 migraines. I used to get at least 1 per month. So I went from about 12-15 migraines per year, down to 1 per year. And it's my fault because I didn't stretch properly ;). I couldn't recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Sam is the best, I've been seeing him for a long time, about 6 years. He has helped to nurse my injuries back to health, and takes great care of my si joint dysfunction caused by scoliosis. He's a miracle worker. I have also seen Bryce and he is a talented RMT, who is very detailed to the little things, and ensures you leave feeling better then the you first arrived. The clinic is beautiful, high ceilings, and very clean. Looking forward to my next treatment

He presents himself as a true Professional and he constantly finds ways to solve even the trickiest of injuries I’ve brought in to the clinic. Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to have Sam as my physio therapist after multi-ligament knee surgeries (LCL, ACL and common peroneal nerve tare from a knee dislocation). Sam is extremely knowledgable and passionate for his line of work. Sam helped me recover my balance, strength, mobility and flexibility over a lengthy recover that was shortened due to his customized rehabilitation plan. It was totally customized for my specific surgery/recovery and he even touched base with me regularly outside of appointment hours to hold me accountable for keeping up with my recovery plan. I have recommended him to my whole family now we all see Sam for all our physio needs. I have nothing but great things to say about Sam and his expertise. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my brother to come visit this clinic to help deal my injuries I was dealing with . Sam is a very knowledgeable person and has taught me many stretches and exercises to help my injuries heal and overall feel better than it was before . I’ve done a few rounds of the Electric Shock Wave Therapy and the results have been amazing. I am now able to walk without a limp and overall I feel so much better. I highly recommend anybody dealing with pain or discomfort from a previous injury to make an appointment with Sam because you will definitely feel better after. Sam’s the Man !!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sam for physio for years and couldn't recommend him more. Great new office, nice and bright with large rooms. Reception is great and I love that they direct bill to my plan so I do not have to pay up front and wait to get reimbursed. The new location is a one stop shop which I love as my family does not have to go to separate offices for massage or physio and soon a chiropractor will be joining so even better!
