Fantastic experience: My husband and I have both seen Brett for different concerns, and we can’t recommend him enough. He’s friendly, efficient, and really takes the time to tailor your treatment plan to you. I noticed real improvement quickly and always felt well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I saw Brett for 6 or 7 sessions to help rehab some minor shoulder and foot injuries, and it was an excellent experience. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable, working to develop a recovery plan that fit my schedule and personal fitness philosophy. I didn't feel judged or critiqued at any time, just supported and encouraged. Would gladly go back if I ever need to, but hopefully I won't!

Fantastic experience: My job involves working long hours at the computer and driving, and I'm not always great at taking time to stretch and move my body.... so I walk around day-to-day with chronic pain, and woke up today with acute pain in my neck, shoulders and low back. I was very lucky that Eramosa Physiotherapy in Elora was able to offer me a same-day appointment! I got a massage with one of their RMTs named Paul, who took the time to ask questions about what's going in my life that has contributed to my chronic muscle pain, and explained how different muscles are connected which demystified why I was in so much pain. He used effective techniques to release muscle tension, and I felt noticeable pain relief after the session. I've had a lot of experience with RMTs and can confidently say that Paul is a very skilled RMT. Paul also taught me some easy stretches with practical cues to address the ongoing issues in my shoulders/neck/back so I can do some self-care at home. I don't usually post Google reviews and wanted to take time to give Paul his flowers because I am very grateful!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the pilates class with Jackie. She's a wealth of knowledge, a hands-on teacher and customized everything to meet individual needs and skill level. I look forward to the next round of pilates classes!

Fantastic experience: I have a chronic problem. Brent listened, and has been able to propose some new solutions. Best of all, they seem to be helping. The other staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I underwent shoulder surgery which resulted in an extremely stiff/frozen shoulder. I was incredibly fortunate that a health care professional recommended I see Brett Lyons while he was working at the Health & Performance Clinic located in the University of Guelph. After the first visit I knew I found the right physiotherapist. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped me through this difficult challenge. With his help my shoulder made a full recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend Brett for any physiotherapy needs. Elora is a lucky to have him!

Negative experience: Avoid this clinic, they will cancel your appointment and leave you with out any treatment options. They canceled an app appointment on me because I was less then 10 mins late ( I got held up in traffic) they then cancelled my next appointment the following Friday and acted as if I was in the wrong when I complained. The two receptionists were rude and defensive. Bore I’ve got to go two weeks with out treatment on a serious Achilles tendon tear. Literally any other clinic is a better choice.

They helped me fix my back pain due to herniated disc, shoulder overuse injury, and just recently a weird ankle injury. Would recommend 100%+. They make me feel like I can and should be able to move freely and do the things that I love.

Fantastic experience: I had great success with my first experience with G.L.A.:D which I did at the Guelph location of Eramosa Physio. It helped me have a fantastic ski season! So I was thrilled to see it come to Elora and did it again with Heather. Extremely helpful! Anyone with an ache or pain from osteo-arthitis, go to this program to strengthen all the supportive muscles and feel relief!

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old daughter saw Derrick Owens for knee pain related to Osgoode Schlatters disease for around 10 months. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made my daughter feel completely at ease. The pain she experiences now is very infrequent and she now has the knowledge and exercises that she can use to manage the pain. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Meredith saved me!!! After having my first child via c section I was suffering from some lower back pain and was lost with what to do with my incision. Her expertise helped me recover quickly and fully! I returned to her for a foot injury and she worked magic on that as well! She’s brilliant and lovely! Highly recommend!
