I sought treatment for a compressed lower spine and poor shoulder mobility, and Dr. Jefferey was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience. Fantastic experience: It's been a few weeks since I first hobbled in the door, and let me tell you. The staff here have been amazing ( and even laugh at my stupid jokes). Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Jeffery for issues with fullness in my ear/jaw/neck area. These issues have majorly impacted my day to day life for many years (fatigue, dizziness, pain). Fantastic experience: I came into Longevity with severe pain in the lower right part of my back. This is my first time doing any type of chiropractic care, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an extremely streamlined process with Dr. Jeffery walking me through all my scans and explaining to me what they were showing. Also worth mentioning is prior to going through my scans, Dr. Jeffery assured me that if she didn’t feel like she could make a difference for me, that she would guide me to someone who could. With no pressure whatsoever to start chiropractic care, I was explained what the process would be. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed into Longevity and began 12 sessions of treatment, with major improvements within the first few sessions, only to improve by session 12. I am very grateful for the equipment used at Longevity, as I have only seen chiropractic care where they move/twist your body around and crack. Longevity uses a gun type equipment that is not painful, not scary and I feel targets different spots more accurately making my first session WAY less intimidating than I expected. After 12 sessions, Dr. Jeffery and I re-assessed and I could see significant changes from my original scans. She asked me if I would like to continue care, with the end goal visiting only once a month or if I would like to stop care. Again, with no pressure or expectations. I can’t explain how appreciative I am of the warm and welcoming environment that Longevity provides and I would recommend them to all my friends and family that need chiropractic care. I had my treatment and I feel great. The treatment I went through was non stressful, relaxing and they explained every step. The price for the treatment is managable for the most part and is a good comparison to others places you could go too.

Fantastic experience: I went to Longevity Chiropractic clinic in search of improving my breathing with the hope that I can produce more body heat in cold environments like Buddhist and Hindu monks do in the Himalayas. Why chiropractic you may wonder. Guess what? Breathing has something to do with the spinal curvature and the nervous system. When I met Dr Claire J at the clinic and explained my need to her she said that is something she can help me with. She explained to me patiently what chiropractic interventions can do and cannot do. Fantastic experience: I met with a minor accident back in 2022 and I started getting so much of neck pain. On top of the damage, my work posture deteriorated the situation pretty bad and I was almost at "not getting better" with normal massages and physiotherapies. I was referred by my acupuncturist to visit Dr. Claire. At first, I was scared of adjustments and cracking my body but the pain pushed me to reach to her. She was just amazing from the day 1. She listened and understood my situation, started my adjustments and believe me, all the fear of it went away in seconds. I was so relaxed just in my first appointment only though it was a long trip to do after that. But a year later, here I am with little to zero inconsistent neck pain or lower back pain. After every visit, I feel the difference. I recommended to my wife as well and she felt the same. Have received treatment and relief on my knee, lower back and neck/upper back as well as exercises to help with preventative care and maintenance. A great treatment plan was provided at my first visit and the staff are very friendly here!
