Fantastic experience: Mitalee is very knowledge and creates treatment plans with through a holistic approach. She is extremely thorough in assessments, considers the patient's goals, and is realistic with timelines. Mitalee explains all aspects of the process. Considering how hard it is to find a pelvic floor therapist that actually produces results, I would definitely recommend Mitalee!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Mitalee Dalvi for over 6 weeks, initially for soft tissue injury in my back. She identified the initial problem but also delved into the root cause - the weak pelvic floor area. We have been working on treatment, which includes hands-on manipulations, ultrasound and tens modalities and at- home stretches. Happy to say I feel stronger and more importantly, put me on a consistent self-care routine.

Fantastic experience: I play sports at an older age and I would like to keep playing as I enter my 50’s. 7 weeks ago I severely injured my lower back. Some of the worst days of my life. Negative experience: EDIT: What are you talking about in your response I left a 1 star because I booked a consultation for a wrist injury at a certain time and when I arrived the business was closed during BUSINESS HOURS, nobody answered the door or phone. Nobody asked for "sexual favours" and that is insane that you would accuse such things. Completely and utterly unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Mitalee by another mum for pelvic floor physiotherapy. Since the beginning she has been very professional in assessing my situation, creating and explaining me a plan to move forward. In the meantime she is a very friendly and approachable person creating a safe space where I confidently go and know I am very good hands. I really appreciated her knowledge in assessing my specific situation by considering my whole body and structure and planning a way to re-habilitate the whole and not just the singular issue.

Negative experience: office hours say 9 am to 7 pm, booked appointment for 5:45 and showed up only for the office to be closed, no doorbell answer and nobody picking up the phone. why even have business hours?

Fantastic experience: I found Get Back Physio through a general web search and I’m so glad that this is where my search took me. My daughter had an injury at school and was in extreme neck pain and couldn’t move. I brought her to Mitalee and she was so kind and sympathetic and spent so much time with her, helping her over the worst of it. With a few visits, my daughter was no longer in pain and focusing on making sure it doesn’t happen again. Because of the excellent care, my whole family now sees Mitalee. We’ve also started seeing Dr. Chan for acupuncture and that’s been so beneficial as well. Everyone at the clinic is lovely and we enjoy our visits. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Got recommended to go here for a shoulder issue that I was having and could not be happier for it. Mitalee was very caring and knowledgeable about my issues and worked with me to help improve my range of motion and mobility. She used a variety of techniques (resistance training, cupping, manual therapy) to help me feel the best I have felt in a long time. Fantastic experience: I received treatment at Get Back Physiotherapy for my Motor Vehicle accident injuries like whiplash, low back pain, sacro-iliac joint/SIJ pain and upper back pain from Mitalee Dalvi and Inayathullah Samiyullah. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Get Back Physio for 8 months and the treatment has been fantastic! Mitalee Dalvi is a wonderful, intelligent, caring professional. I've been seeing Mitalee for issues with my knees, as I've been trying to put off knee replacement surgery. The knee problems then led to plantar fascia but Mitalee has been instrumental is reducing my pain and providing exercises to get me ready for my surgery. Negative experience: I had called the center to confirm if they are a pediatric center but they dint confirm and they just asked me to come in. When we went there the physiotherapist was completely clueless and was just making guesses and asking us where do we think the issue is. She pressed a couple of places and our daughter so uncomfortable and crying and clearly they werent qualified to handle infants. Our bad that we dint research the place but then we went to butterfly clinic and they took care of her. Would not recommend this place.
