Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with neck, shoulder, and hip pain for years, ever since a car accident in 2014. Earlier this year, the pain got worse. I was having trouble sleeping, constant headaches, and even experienced dimness in my eyes that made me feel like I was going blind. When I saw my eye specialist, she said everything looked normal and suggested it could be fatigue or something else going on in my body. She recommended that I try seeing an osteopath. That’s when I decided to look for one and found Mira through a web search. Her amazing reviews caught my attention. What I love about Mira is how hands-on and educational she is. She doesn’t just treat you, she helps you understand what’s happening in your body and how to correct it. She explains alignment, posture, and how everything connects, which really enables you to feel in control of your healing process. After my sessions, I always feel relief and improvement. She also gives helpful advice on what to eat to reduce inflammation, the best sleeping positions, and things I can do at home to support my recovery. I’ve noticed a big difference since starting treatments with her. I’ve already been recommending Mira to everyone I know, even trying to get my husband and daughter to book an appointment! If you’ve tried other treatments without lasting relief, I’d really suggest giving it a shot to book with them. You’ll see the difference!

Fantastic experience: My mom was suffering from sciatica and was in a lot of pain and had trouble moving when we visited Mira for the first time. Mira came up with a personal treatment plan for her which included exercises, posture corrections, relaxation techniques and manual therapy that were adjusted based on the progress of treatment. We are very grateful to Mira for making my mom feel much better, help her to heal and for her positive energy. Mom is feeling well now and returned to regular activities.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Mira by my grand daughter. She is very accurate at finding what you need physically. Because I would have to travel so far to see her I made the decision to have someone near my location. I do highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Tried to book appointments with them for an initial consultation. Their website is good for booking appointments but they called me a few hours before the appointment to state it was no longer available. We rescheduled a few days later. Went to the clinic in time for the new appointment and it was closed. The phone number also did not work. The administrative competency is poor. Never got a chance to see if they are good physiotherapists

Fantastic experience: I met Mira at a health event where she was promoting the Physio Osteo clinic. When she did an evaluation, she was able to pinpoint certain challenges that I was facing. A few months later, I made the decision to invest in myself and take advantage of the services that she offers. Upon entering the clinic, there was no question about the quality of services received - from the attention to cleanliness to the warm welcome received. Mira's knowledge goes above and beyond the scope of her work. She is constantly seeking knowledge in other areas and she shares what she has learned. Her team of practitioners are all very welcoming and knowledgeable in their own ways. My own quality of life has improved as a result of allowing myself to become a patient here. I highly recommend booking a consultation and seeing for yourself!

Fantastic experience: I had pain in my left knee due to bursitis and inflammation, making it impossible to sit, walk, stand, or sleep comfortably. The pain began in early November 2023. I tried anti-inflammatory medication, which decreased the pain but didn't make it any easier to go to work. A friend recommended Mira after she helped him with his back problem. I stopped working, I started resting more, which helped, but nights were still difficult as I couldn't find a comfortable position to sleep. Coming to this clinic was the best decision I made. Mira didn't just focus on my knee; she addressed my whole body. She gave me exercises to do at home that helped strengthen my core and back. Gradually, I started feeling less pain and was able to walk, stand, and sleep better. I stopped taking painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication as Mira suggested. What I liked best about visiting this clinic was Mira's holistic approach and her positive attitude. I had lost hope and thought the pain would be long-term. Her hands-on therapy was incredibly helpful, and I appreciated that she didn't use any machines. To anyone unsure of whether to come to this clinic, I can say that I was able to walk, stand, and return to work in a short period, which felt almost magical. I know the process requires patience, but her treatment and advice were worth it. I highly recommend getting treatment here.

Fantastic experience: In 2022, I broke my ankle, which limited my movement for a long time and caused pain in both knees. Walking and moving around was very difficult, and I even struggled to get dressed. I've had back problems since I was 16 years old when my spine was put in a cast. Since then, I've always had back pain and was diagnosed with a herniated disc in 2004. I had cortisone injections in my knees and tried inserts in my shoes. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking anti-inflammatory medications due to side effects. A few years ago, I had a severe back pain episode and visited a physiotherapist near my home. They only put a wet towel on my back, and I felt much worse afterward, which made me hesitant about physiotherapy. After my ankle injury, the doctor recommended physiotherapy again. Initially reluctant due to my previous experience, my daughter suggested I try Healthier Living Health Centre after receiving an email from them. Knowing that Mira was both a physiotherapist and osteopath comforted me. I had tried osteopathy in 2004, and it was helpful, so I wanted to revisit it for my ankle and knee. The clinic is very close to my home, within walking distance. Since coming here, I've noticed a huge difference in my quality of life. My movements were very limited before, but now I have minimal to no limitations. I have a lot less pain and feel younger. When I started treatment, I felt older than my age; now, I feel my age. I have hope now, whereas before, I thought nothing could be done. I have more control over my body. Before, I wanted my body to do things, but it couldn't. My family has noticed improvements; I'm more joyful and less emotional. When you feel there's nothing to hope for, you look visibly down, and others see that. Everyone in the office is very professional and genuinely wants to help you. Feeling that your therapist wants you to feel better makes a big difference. All the practitioners wanted me to feel better; I never felt any indifference. It bothers me when I go to a place and feel like the people working don't care and just want to get their work done and go home. That was never the case here. To anyone who is unsure, it makes a difference if you try and come. On the same day you arrive, you will see some degree of improvement depending on your case. If you come more often, the improvement can be greater. This really helped me. Money can be a limitation, but professionalism and results are not. You need to be consistent, and if you come frequently or regularly, there will be improvements. I highly recommend Healthier Living Health Centre. I've already recommended it to two others. There are several therapy options you can pursue, not just one. It also helps if you have a combination of treatments, such as naturopathy and physiotherapy. Take the advice you get at the clinic, as other services complement the treatment you are already receiving.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with Sciatica for about 8 months and had excruciating pain down my right leg all the way to my ankle. My leg felt as if it didn't belong to me. I was awaiting surgery to remove one of my lower disks and have a ‘cage’ put in because of a nerve being pinched and causing sciatica. Due to COVID, everything was closed down and I had to wait to get the date for surgery. I ‘ve had treatments with a chiropractor and have been going to a physio clinic for treatments but nothing was helping. I also went to a pain clinic where, on two occasions, they injected something into my spine which didn’t make any difference. At first, even though my friend Laki told me that I should go see Mira several times, as she could help me, I was reluctant as I live on the east end of Toronto and the clinic was too far. Since I was desperate at that point, living with agonizing pain all the time, I decided to give it a try to help me bear the pain while awaiting surgery. Physio Osteo Clinic / Healthier Living Health Centre has made a tremendous impact on the quality of my life. Soon after I started therapy with Mira, I canceled my surgery as I felt that I no longer needed it. My pain was dramatically responding to treatment and eventually I totally got rid of the pain and my sciatica was gone! Mira did some hands-on therapy on my back and my body, and taught me to understand my body, what was happening and how I could help remove the pinch on my sciatic nerve. Since my sciatica pain is gone, I got my life back. I am again able to enjoy time with my grandkids and I am back to doing pilates classes. All Mira’s talks and work with me has finally clicked in. I think of her often, as a strong, kind, caring and amazing woman. What I liked most about coming to this clinic was Mira’s friendliness, the caring attitude and how knowledgeable she is. I was impressed with how she explained everything to me, the reason for my pain, and what caused it. I’ve been really looking forward to my appointments. I would like to tell anyone who is skeptical, undecided, reluctant to spend even more money on trying yet another therapy and might be even considering giving up - Give it a try with Mira. Her knowledge is impressive and results are amazing. She knows what she's doing and knows what she is saying and it really makes you feel confident doing what she is telling you. I am a living proof. I avoided back surgery which could’ve caused more harm than good. For me, it was just chronic pain, all the time and it is just gone! I got my life back! I absolutely recommend Mira! Fantastic experience: After stumbling upon Mira by luck and chance on google, in search for a good osteopath, I am so thankful I had came across her and the absolutely wonderful team at the Healthier living clinic! I had suffered from back issues, neck and shoulder pains, headaches and migraines that stemmed from those aches and pains. Which all came from a bad car accident back in 2017. I have been to a couple chiropractors, physiotherapist, massage therapist, and their treatments never seemed to stick. Fantastic experience: I went to see Mira for my upper back, neck and left knee. I have been suffering with these ailments for over 3 years. Fantastic experience: The exercises here are easy types but those work to tone up and those exercises are researched and tested. This is what I liked the most. I expected more relief and less pain after the Physiotherapist recommended exercises. This is what I observed at Mira's clinic.

Fantastic experience: Mira is truly heaven sent. After suffering from various injuries head to toe and chronic pain from an MVA in 2018, I managed to find Mira in 2020. At the time I saw her, I was suffering with a constant nerve pain in my neck shooting down my arm and in one visit she was able to get it to stop. Mira is very focused and pays great attention to detail and determined to get to the root and bottom of your pain and heal you. Unfortunately I live out of town and unable to continue treatment with her but I can not highly recommend her enough. She's the first practitioner I've worked with that genuinely listened to my concerns and was devoted to help me heal and gave me hope that life can get better without the use of awful medications and painful injections. Both of which I tried and which don't sit well with me. I wish I was closer so I could work with her again. Thank you Mira for everything ❤️

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Mira from Physio Osteo Clinic. I was suffering from severe back pain for almost two years; especially sitting was almost impossible. No family doctor was able to help: They just gave me pain killers. With only 42 years old, I was desperate to find a solution. After a lot of research I found Mira. The first assessment was very detailed. In the following treatments I learned a lot about how to help my body and to protect it, while still being able to move around and do everything I want to, for example I love gardening. The pain did not leave right away, it required patience and getting aware of my body and doing some very specific exercises, that Mira showed me. But now I am at the point, where I am not in constant pain any more and know what to do, when pain is coming back. I am really happy, that I finally found treatment that actually helps me!

Fantastic experience: I saw Mira for ankle arthritis that I have suffered for 2+ years. I had seen multiple practitioners earlier, but I would say that she is the most experienced and best of all. Fantastic experience: Good day and thank you for setting up my next visit with Michael. Today was my 3rd visit and wanted to share with you my observations, and experience. Your office always looks organized and welcoming. It’s nice to be greeted by nice people. Both Cree (please forgive me if I have mis-spelled your name) and Michael make me feel comfortable. My session with Michael was very positive. Michael is very adept at somehow knowing what is ailing me. Today, unannounced by me, Michael worked on my right shoulder, more so than in the previous sessions. My shoulder has been sore this past week from playing hockey. I did not want to inform Michael of this, more so because I don’t want to micro-manage our session. I asked him what made him work on that specific shoulder and he mentioned that it felt tight, tense, more than normal. It gave me even more confidence in that I was in good hands. Thank you Michael. Fantastic experience: I have never done any Google review before. I usually just mark with star rating whenever possible. But this time I want to do it. I am 58, working in a production facility, diagnosed with spondylisthesis. I've been suffering with back pain for more than 10 years. I want people like me to feel that there's hope. It just has to be with the right person. And that is MIRA. Mira is a very knowledgeable. She is executes her job very well, in all aspects. I've seen several physiotherapists and chiropractors. They may have the education or training. But Mira showed me the difference. LOTS OF CARE AND CONCERN. These are the very strong foundation of her treatment plan. My journey is not easy. But with Mira's help I was able to pull through. I can write long letter because each visit to her clinic is a pleasant healing experience. But I will just sum it up this way... get the help from Mira. Mira thank you so much for helping me enjoy summer. :)

Fantastic experience: I've suffered from chronic upper back pain (from a car accident) for almost 10 years! Mira was the first healthcare professional to actually listen to me and work collectively to heal my back. I've seen chiropractors and physiotherapists, and done cupping and acupuncture, and the best results I would get were only temporary. I have to say that Mira took the time and effort to work on healing my back and fixing the core problem (rather than treating the symptom). She is super knowledgeable and gave me the tools/strategies to heal my back and significantly reduce my pain. I would highly recommend Mira if you've suffered the way I have and need a glimmer of hope that healing is possible, even after years of suffering.

Fantastic experience: I had an excruating pain in my back for couple of months and had no relief with anything i tried. I was fortunate to get treatment from Mira. After the session I had an amazing relief .She thought me what to do to maintain the gains.Whithin a week my pain was gone. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis for years. Mira has been helping me throughout to overcome numerous challenges I've been facing. Since we live far away, I wasn’t in position to receive hands on treatment as often as I would like, so I have been receiving online treatments instead. Mira taught me numerous exercises and gave me instructions and advices on how to overcome various problems I’ve been facing. Her caring personality and passion to help me meant a lot to boost my sometimes broken ego and feeling of hopelessness. She taught me how to improve ability to function around the house, while avoiding flare ups, how to sit down and be able to get up from it, which I after thought to many people I met over the years suffering from the same problem while visiting Rheumatology Institute. She helped me improve strength in my arms and legs, and be able to carry things, which appeared as something impossible considering my condition. I ‘ve been in a very critical condition over last couple of months and since Mira treated me several times, as she came over here, my condition drastically improved. As per her advice, I consulted Dr. Radulovici who was of a great help with her advices on what to eat, what to avoid and which supplements to take to further boost my immune system. I also received an overhead pulley as a gift from Mira, which was greatly appreciated as it significantly improved the use of my arms and range of motion in my shoulders. Fantastic experience: Dr. Radulovici is extremely knowledgable physician. I was diagnosed with a serios illness and I was in dispear. Dr. Radulovici helped me transform my life and regain my health back. She thought me how to prepare my food to be extremely tasty while being extremely healthy which I thought was imposible, as I was a big gourman. Dr. Radulovici is well known in my community as a 'go to' person for various health problems. Fantastic experience: Had a torn muscle playing tennis.. Clinic was recommended by my friend and luckily, it was excellent choice. Mira was able to access the damage and to advise the proper physio. Liked her patience, knowledge and explanations to tons of my questions.

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder injury and i needed a reliable and experienced therapist. Mira was recommended by few friends. She delivered: she was very flexible in accommodating my schedule and she helped me with the right combination of massage, exercises/stretching and electro stimulation for my shoulder. She was careful and she always asked for the feedback to make sure we are doing the right thing. Fairly quickly I felt better and swelling started to pull back. I was pleasantly surprised with the progress. After few sessions the range of motion was back and I felt good enough to get back to my usual activities. However, I kept going to Mira for manual therapy. I am quite sure that the massage enhanced effects of the therapy. I do not have a proof for that but I do not regret doing that and would do it again. I recommended Mira to my few of my friends and all of them were very pleased.

Fantastic experience: My mother was 77 when she fell and broke her hip. After the surgery, she needed physiotherapy to help her regain mobility. We consulted with many friends and narrowed down referrals to Mira Miskovic. She came to the house and instantly connected with my mother. She was pleasant, sympathetic and caring. Mira immediately knew how to work with my mom, teaching and supporting her during therapy sessions. Mira taught my mom to do some exercises on her own and we were able to see the first results very soon. At first, I was not sure if her very gentle treatment was going to help me at all, but it made a great difference. Withing couple of visits, my pain was gone and my arm was moving much better.
