Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at CBI Health! Aaron helped me with my TMJ issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to assess my concerns and create a clear, effective treatment plan. His help was really informative, and gave me the confidence to manage my symptoms independently. I’m extremely happy with how quickly everything has healed and I feel well-equipped to maintain these results moving forward! I would highly recommend CBI Health!!

Fantastic experience: Its been a life changing experience. I came for a work injury and am truly healed both from the injury AND the underlying issue. I have seen many physiotherapists over the years and tried many different therapies and I have learned that its all about the therapist. I will be coming back here to see Christian Zapata! I want to give a special shout-out to three incredible team members who made my recovery journey not only effective but also genuinely enjoyable. Aaron, the physiotherapist, is absolutely outstanding. His knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach to treatment made a huge difference in my progress. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. John, the kinesiologist, was equally fantastic. His sessions were engaging and tailored perfectly to my needs and goals. He brings a great energy to every appointment and really helped me build both strength and confidence in my recovery. Zach, the occupational therapist, also deserves huge praise. He was incredibly insightful and supportive, helping me make meaningful adjustments that improved my day-to-day life. His calm, compassionate approach made a big impact. The teamwork and coordination among the staff at CBI Health are second to none. I felt truly cared for and supported throughout my time there. Fantastic experience: I had Aaron and John both helping me comeback from being unable to work for over a year. They both were very friendly and professional, the facility is nice, clean and has all necessary equipment.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to CBI Health (Mississauga location) and their courteous and professional staff. Michelle at the front desk was very accommodating with the last minute appointment changes and cancellations. The office is well run and very organized. Appointments are always on time. Special thanks to Aaron (my physiotherapist) for establishing an exercise/stretching program that resulted in a “textbook recovery” for a broken ankle. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and patiently took the time to answer any questions I had or address any concerns. An overall pleasant experience during a difficult time. ~Lisa A

Fantastic experience: The staff at CBI were so professional and friendly. Youssef was very understanding and easy to talk to. With his great knowledge and skills, he helped me regain my active lifestyle after a ski accident. He taught me the right strengthening exercises for continued back health, for my skiing and everyday activities. (Hilda)

Fantastic experience: Great people. Great service!

Negative experience: Possibly the worst run company on earth. There are always issues. A few great psw’s but most of the time they can’t fulfill the time so my 93 year old father with Alzheimer’s is left alone on his own. They send new people who have never been here so we have to train new people just about every week. We have been clients for 6 years. Nothing but issues. First one today… scheduler told me they have a two hour window to show up. Lol new one to us. My dad has been in very unsafe situations because of CBI. Thank god there are a few PSW’s that are our angels. I get it’s a tough job. It’s not the PSW’s fault it’s CBI that is so horrible. Can I give a minus 100? Ok update. September 13. Again no one shows up. No call nothing. I call and their response to me stating my 94 year old father is alone and vulnerable is we can’t find anyone. Great care CBI. The worst agency. Never rely on this company.

Negative experience: Absolute worse physio experience. Only did a bit of massage if that's what you can even call it and had me do excersises that made my condition worse and pushed me to do more. I was approved for more physio and most of my appointments were canceled due to staff shortage then my time ran out. Also told WSIB I'm the one didn't show up for appointments. My new physio I finally have approval for gives me massage heat electrical pads and ultrasound. Huge difference HUGE.

Negative experience: Constant issue with psws, won't show up on time, can't do what is required and the office won't take complaints off hours. This is a sham of public money designed to assist the inform and vulnerable. I love how the positive reviews have corporate profiles in their pictures and they sweep complaints under the rug. Someone needs to be accountable. I have recorded my last four calls with the after-hours board and I only wish I could upload them to show everyone what they are going to deal with. It's disgraceful to deal with sick people this way.

Fantastic experience: we are very happy with the services, Kripal is really good, shes a great help, shes very caring to my grandpa, she goes above and beyond for him, shes very dedicated, we love her, we also really like jean, she is a very caring individual, she always is so kind, we have great conversations and shes so helpful to my grandfather, so i highly recommend asking for them both if needed, there are many great people!! John is also great!

Fantastic experience: I recently went to CBI for treatment for a sore neck. I had excellent help from Aaron, a physiotherapist who helped me improve my problem after six sessions. I highly recommend this business.

Positive experience: Review of physiotherapy A comparative evaluation of the CBI clinic based on my recent five-session Home Exercise Program for my lower back numbness and pain. Pros: 1. Staff was friendly and inviting. 2. The exercise program was prepared by a Physiotherapist according to individual health situations. 3. Each session of personal exercise was instructed by a Kinesiologist. A printed copy with the exercise procedures showing on drawings was provided for home practice referral. 4. I found that practicing the correct exercise of each session assisted by a Kinesiologist and conducting home exercises according to the instruction were helpful for recovery. Cons: 1. Took a longer time to get admitted. Difficult to get appointment times. 2. Parking was scarce. Fortunately taking the Mississauga Transit helped solve my parking problem.

Fantastic experience: The staff is knowledgeable polite & very helpful.The equipments are good and up to date. The staff helps you with their professional skills to achieve your goal.whether they take online sessions or in person you get feeling of being in the comfort of your own home.My experience with them all is quite satisfactory.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy and pleased that I went to the C B I ,101 Queensway Location for Phsio treatments.The group of professionals at this location treat you like family, from the Ever so Welcoming front desk receptionists Jerusha and Jennifer who greet you by your name and alway with smiling eyes right through to the Phisiotherapist Aaron and the Kinesiologist Miguel. Miguel and Aaron are not only very knowledgeable in what they do, they are very patient, understanding, answer any questions or curiosities you may have and are over all Super People. Fantastic experience: Came here after accident injury to lower and left upper back. The insurance recommended this place. I was skeptical at first but after being here for over a year and though covid they helped out. Kyle - Kinesiologist (left to different location) was tremendous help and great to work with. After his departure Miguel took over and he did not disappointed. Very knowledge helpful and can ask anything he will gladly help. From exercise to routines to incorporate in you gym/ day to day to stretches that help with with the injury. Aaron - physiologist took care of the physio needs for my lower and upper back. He relived my tensions and gave great advice and as well as stretches to do help alleviate the pain and tension. Both Miguel and Aaron were great help in my recovery process. Would highly recommend talking to them. They are easy going and fun to chat with.

Fantastic experience: Amazing care at CBI Queensway! I was referred to the clinic after a concussion at work and could not be more satisfied with the treatment I received. Aaron and Miguel were extremely professional, courteous and very easy to have conversations with. They helped me with a full recovery and sent me an updated exercise program to work on at home in addition to our sessions. Jerusha and Jennifer were also great and helped work with my hectic schedule. I have already mentioned this clinic to others and would continue to recommend it to those with physio/rehabilitation needs. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to CBI by my family physician for physio for disk degeneration, after failed success at another clinic that was just treating every patient with the same techniques, and machines. CBI treated me with a plan catered to my injury, which consisted of zero machines, but natural body healing, and it was extremely successful. I have now gone back to this clinic several times after for other issues, and treated with, again, specific plans, and exercises catered to my needs. I am also emailed a copy of all my required exercises. Aaron is wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and a great conversationalist. I can't recommend this clinic enough. Always available parking, and Sam at the front desk will give you a parking voucher

Negative experience: I tried this place for Physiotherapy, and I was disappointed. They don’t give you the time you paid for. The physiotherapist is treating many patients in the same time with no concentration on your treatment plans. They will do lis than 5 mins massage then hot packs then you are cured. If you had your kids at home do the session, you would get mor benefits.

Fantastic experience: Amazingly accommodating and welcoming staff. Everyone you meet, beginning with Jenn at the front desk is truly there to help support you through whatever brought you to them. This team was the best thing that came out of my car accident.

Positive experience: Very good place for physical therapy and other activities that are important if you have been injured in some way. The staff is nice and they Provide you with a ticket for parking.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience of physiotherapy and it was very positive. I went with mobility issues related to my lower back and also mild degenerative arthritis in both hips. My team - physiotherapist, kinesiologists – were excellent. I was given exercises to do at home which helped quite a bit. My physiotherapist was knowledgeable, professional, and personable, keeping tabs on my progress and adjusting the sessions as needed. The reception staff were super friendly and efficient. After a couple of months my mobility was greatly improved. I would definitely recommend CBI Mississauga!

Fantastic experience: Physiotherapists & RMTs are extremely knowledgeable, and will ask you each visit what you have been experiencing to ensure that their work will benefit you - vs. other centres where they ask once, and then do the same routine over & over. The most pleasant reception team EVER - they make you feel comfortable and welcome, always.
