Fantastic experience: Vertigo. I found on various occasions that I would wake in the morning feeling odd. When I stood up I felt unsteady, dizzy and nauseous. I had to spend the majority of those days in bed until the symptoms subsided. I saw my family doctor who suspected I was suffering from vertigo, and recommended I see Dr Corey Cipolla at Foundation Physio. For myself it took only two sessions with Corey. The first included an assessment to confirm my symptoms. Corey was patient, and professional. He explained the diagnosis and his method of care. After the second treatment, my symptoms were gone. Needless to say, I was very extremely with the success I experienced with Corey treating the Vertigo. I now refer anyone I know, who is suffering from this very debilitating condition, to see Corey. My experience was excellent.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Will at the Lakeshore location since June following a concussion in May, and the care has been excellent. From my initial assessment, Will took the time to thoroughly evaluate my symptoms and clearly explained the mechanics behind what I was experiencing. Early on, he was very mindful of my light sensitivity and adjusted the room setup accordingly. What I appreciated most was how practical and structured his treatment plan was. He provided a comprehensive set of recovery tools—covering physical exercises, breathing techniques, and a cognitive support app—and scaled them so they were manageable to maintain alongside caring for a toddler. The exercises provided noticeable relief early on, and he was consistently thorough in answering all of my questions. He and the staff was also really accommodating when I had to bring my toddler in. I an able to return to most of my normal activities which I didn't think would be possible when this first happened. Thank you Will for your support and friendliness . Also, The front desk team—Nasha, Maryam, and Danielle—were also great to work with.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience with Dr. Corey, I came in with chronic lower back pain that had bothered me for weeks following a heavy lifting incident. He was able to fix the misalignment in just a few visits(6-7). Very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about fixing the root cause. If you have back pain, this is the place to go

Fantastic experience: I had recently injured both of my elbows and forearms at work. Unfortunately, I was unable to manage any of the pain on my own ,so I began seeing Mina @ Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness and saw results instantly. She was comfortable using various treatments and modalities to ensure I had the best possible care and a quick recovery. I was back to work in only a matter of weeks and feeling much stronger and healthier because of the time she took, and the education and rehabilitation she was able to provide. Fantastic experience: I recently experienced shoulder pain that is caused by joint space narrowing. It's a condition that I've dealt with for decades, and the pain periodically returns. I contacted Dr. Corey to see if this was something he could help with. He responded promptly, and when I saw him he provided a very clear plan to not only relieve my pain, but prevent future occurrences. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dr. Corey wanted to resolve my pain quickly, without the need for numerous visits on a long term basis. True to his word, my pain was gone within a couple of weeks. Dr. Corey is professional, personable, and skilled, and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I have been having a fantastic pre-natal preparation experience thanks to the amazing support of Dr. Corey Cipolla (Chiropractor) and Kanupriya Garg "Pria" (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist). Corey has been our family chiropractor for many years, and during my pre-natal, his sessions helped me alleviate back pain and learn exercises to strengthen my core for birth. Pria's expertise in pelvic floor physiotherapy was also invaluable, and together, they worked to make my pregnancy preparation as easy and stress-free as possible. I appreciated their personalized care and attention to detail, and I always felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. I am so grateful for their services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pre-natal support or even outside pregnancy support

Fantastic experience: I came here to figure out what was going on as I’ve been clicking and having jaw pain for a very long time (decades). I didn’t even realize how bad it was. Met Dr Corey, helped me to realize it was TMJ pain and we began treatment soon. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable and professional. Within just a couple of sessions he helped me with something I didn’t even know could be fixed. The exercises and acupuncture were super comfortable treatments that worked wonders for me. I have been amazed by my results. My face literally looks more symmetrical in a couple of weeks. I didn’t even realize how much pain I was having until it was GONE. I look forward to working with him again to treat literally any and EVERYthing else !

Negative experience: One of the worst physio “therapy” experiences ever. They don’t care about your health they primarily care about your money. Mina, unprofessional “therapist” does not even remember her patient’s issues or even any major details even if the previous appointment is 2 days apart.. does not care to review the ultrasound report. No hands on skills. Offers only 1 modality to help recover, acupuncture. Mina’s approach is 1 dimensional - 1 modality!! No hands on skills… You are better off hiring a gym trainer than have her as your physiotherapist. Talks soo much & does so little to help her patients recover. Does NOT listen, hear or comprehend any feedback (tried 3 different forms of feedback). She wastes most of the session time talking and wasting recovery time with very minimal work. No hands on skills. Her only solution is acupuncture even though she is not a registered acupuncturist, I understand physiotherapist, chiropractors can do acupuncture but I have budget for acupuncture, I’m here for physio! Wastes valuable session time on writing her notes while a student works hands on instead of her, even though she claims the session under a “registered therapist” half the session was completed by an unregistered therapist, a coop student essentially. Which is illegal BTW! I’m okay for students to learn & have hands on experience but should NOT be taken from the very limited session time! Mina used about 8 sessions wasted 2 on assessments and another 2 on students and the remaining were basically are the exercises and you are good to go without any work on recovery. Doesn’t know pinch points. Got the same results from 1 session from a different provider! Do not waste your time or sessions. She needed 8 sessions to tell me I have issue with mobility while others mentioned it from first session. She doesn’t even know what deep tissue and soft tissue hands on work. went to another physio they were surprised 1 month of constant sessions and still have yet to recover. She will not take my injury seriously unless a “concrete brick falls on me” Mina says. And blames patient for not doing enough exercises when my performance is impeded due to injury which is why having various modalities and trying various methods to see what works best should have been done. Mina’s approach is 1 dimensional - 1 modality. Terrible experience. Minimal recovery. Unprofessional, this foundation physio is corporate like, where the patient comes last. They just want your money not your health and well being.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr. Corey as my chiropractor. Came in with neck pain and he made me feel comfortable throughout my treatments and adjustments, as well as taught me exercises to stretch and keep the pain away. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Corey for unilateral pain that started in my back of my head and goes right behind my eye. From the very first visit, I was impressed by his ability to quickly understand the root cause of my pain. His expert knowledge was evident as he tailored the treatment specifically to my needs. After just one session, which included acupuncture, I experienced a 50% reduction in pain. By the fourth session, my pain was completely gone. Dr. Corey's approach was a refreshing change from what I had expected; instead of the usual joint-cracking associated with chiropractors, he used a combination of the right massage techniques and acupuncture, which proved incredibly effective. I highly recommend Dr. Correy. He is truly skilled at what he does, and I am grateful for the relief he provided.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Corey Cipolla for a concussion that I had at work. My symptoms were really bad after the incident and I had so much stress and anxiety about my recovery. I started seeing Corey and it was a GAME CHANGER. Not only did he assess my symptoms and provide me with exercises (stretches and vestibular), but seeing a professional gave me the confidence to do some of the things that I wasn't sure if I "should be doing" (exercise, exposure to sound/light, etc..). Corey was able to assess the root causes of my headaches and mainly treated my neck to help alleviate symptoms (neck massage and strengthening). The experience was so helpful- if you have had a concussion, I can't recommend enough!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience working with Corey (Dr. Cipolla). For so long, I thought that I was being dramatic about my neck and back pain. So I was scared to see a chiropractor. Corey not only validated and explained the cause of my pain, but he also gave me an effective treatment in-clinic in combination with a manageable and realistic at-home plan. Fantastic experience: I recent discovered Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness for their chiropractic services. I met with Dr. Corey Cipolla on February 8th, 2024. We discussed my past history of nerve, back & neck pain, he informed me of ways of solutions to my problems. We set up weekly and bi-weekly sessions to help ease my pain and work on a recovery plan. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with Corey. First in 2019 for rotator cuff issues and again most recently for neck pain and stiffness. Both times, I’ve finished the sessions feeling much better. Corey is friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what’s happening in the body, why it’s happening and the treatment plan to follow. I felt comfortable during sessions and was free to ask questions. He is great at listening and addressing all concerns. Booking sessions was easy and straightforward. I appreciated the flexibility with some appointments because of a busier work schedule. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cipola recently helped me through some intense back pain. I found him to be super approachable, caring and gentle. It took me a few visits to figure out which location I should be at, but once I got the hang of that part, the rest was easy. I never felt rushed, on the contrary, I feel like he spent more time with me than he was obligated to, and I am really grateful for having found him. He taught me how to prevent flare-ups in the future, and that alone is priceless. He was recommended to me and I will gladly pass on the recommendation.

Fantastic experience: There are lots of physio providers out there. Some are good at quick fixes. Others find excuses to keep you coming back week after week...but the really good ones identify not only the problem right away but provide both short and long-term relief. Justin is one of the good ones. Not only has he consistently fixed my issues quickly, he has also—in a couple of cases—identified the structural/habitual issues that actually caused the issues to resurface every couple of years along with providing the solution so that I don’t need to come back again. As an FYI I’m closer to 60 than 50, am quite active and have had enough experience with injuries and recovery to appreciate a high quality treatment experience.
