Fantastic experience: I have discovered Cloverdale Mall Rehab Clinic more than ten years ago and since then it is my place to go to for my health maintenance on regular basis. All staff are very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. At the front desk you are welcomed by very efficient, professional and friendly Sue who will make you feel the most important person. I use services of acupuncture, chiropractor and massage therapist. Dr. Dadoun , acupuncturist Maggie and massage therapists Thuy and Lola all provide an excellent quality of service. I recommend Cloverdale rehab 100%

Fantastic experience: First section of accupunture and already feel the pain diminished.
Fantastic experience: I am super happy with the results so far! I have had five treatments and not only is my back and neck 100 percent better, the hearing in my right ear has improved from the treatment already! I will definatly complete my 12 sessions and continue a monthly visit. I was skeptical at first and did not understand the science of the treatment. My wife had six treatments before me and it helped her out big time. So I decided to give it a try and am I ever glad I did!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to a chiropractor in the past, for many many years, I love this doctor. The treatment that he does is nothing like what a chiropractor actually does where they grab you and crack you and do all these crazy things to you. He uses the special tool which does not insert any pain whatsoever. I have never been to a chiropractor like this I am hooked with one treatment. My back is really bad and I have scoliosis and he knew what exactly to do right away. I strongly strongly recommend anyone that has any issues with their joints or their back or anything to see him first. The prices are reasonable and the chiropractor is very thorough. There is no wait times and the atmosphere is very tranquil.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing and stressful experience with Cloverdale Rehab due to front-desk's aggressiveness and bullying behaviour, along with poor communication, unclear billing, and inconsistent booking practices. On my first visit (Jan 16), I was not given any receipt showing a remaining balance—neither online nor in person. I returned the next day (Jan 18) to clarify and settle any outstanding amount, but no front-desk staff were available. Later, when booking a 90-minute session for Jan 25, the massage therapist mentioned a small additional charge when she was booking on her phone, and I declined to proceed if there were extra costs, and the appointment was cancelled. Despite this, I was still booked for another session on Wednesday, Jan 21, for 4;30 PM. On Wednesday, Jan 21, at 11:15 AM, I received an email stating I had an outstanding charge of $25.98. To avoid conflict, I immediately agreed to pay and asked for any future appointments to be cancelled, as my insurance only covers the $116.96 However, I was later informed I would be charged a missed-appointment fee for the upcoming appointment on the same day (Wednesday, Jan 21 at 4:30 PM), and I also noticed a new cancellation fee on my account that I do not understand. How can people working in healthcare be so confrontational with a bullying nature when they are dealing with vulnerable people? After emailing my concerns, I received a phone call that felt rude and extremely aggressive in tone, with continuous yelling, during which I was told I would be billed because they already explained to me, and the most surprising part is that they made me sign all the papers in less than a minute. (can be verified in front desk camera). The only conversation I had was that please make sure I get 60-minute sessions and nothing else. I never received a confirmation or follow-up call for the appointment—only an automated email. Overall, the lack of transparency, unclear billing(not giving recepit on the same day), inconsistent booking, and how my concerns were handled significantly impacted my experience and caused me distress. I hope management reviews this situation and improves billing communication and front-desk availability. I believe other patients may have had similar experiences, and these issues may have gone unreported.

Fantastic experience: Hi I am Francisco and I have been coming to the clinic now for 6 years and I have been using the service of acupuncture. I highly recommend the acupuncture service under the powerful hands and endless acknowledge of Maggie!!! Maggie is a registered Chinese medicine doctor. Maggie is amazing and unique. Very professional and problem solver! I first came to her in 2017 and she was able to correct my IBS by 50% and helped me to get under control my chronic pain. Fantastic experience: Pooja, the physiotherapist is knowledgeable and helpful. Every visit was thorough and Pooja used all of the tools at her disposal to assist with my daughter's injury. She also provided information and exercises we could use at home to improve and guidelines around getting back to full activities. She was amazing in her assessment and care of my daughter which allowed my daughter to return to the sports she loves.

Fantastic experience: I was in paralyzing pain and was at the point of not being able to work. I emailed Dr. Dadoun early one Saturday morning and explained what was happening. To my great surprise, I received an email back very quickly asking me to come in that day! Dr. Dadoun did some assessments and came up with a plan to get me back on my feet again. After only a couple short weeks, I have no more pain and am living with a much better attitude. The approach Dr. Dadoun takes is gentle and very effective. I am now seeing him less frequently, to keep a healthy maintenence of my body through his chiropractic care. I can state I have had numerous benefits from his chiropractic care, including actually being able to see better! My attention is better focused and I am more productive because of it. Fantastic experience: My mom has been going to physiotherapy for over a month now. She had been experiencing ongoing hip pain. As a result, she was not able to walk unassisted. Pooja, the physiotherapist , is amazing! She assessed my mom and came up with a treatment plan. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is great at what she does. In addition, the staff are very friendly and helpful! My mother is now able to walk unassisted. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: In 2009, I had an accident that left me paralyzed from the neck down. Over the nexts 8 years I was able to get a lot my mobility back but not the feeling in my legs. I also struggled with depression., obesity and headaches. Early in 2018, I came to see Dr.Dadoun for help with my headaches. After 4 months not only had my headaches significantly reduces but I noticed that my legs were starting to feel cold (I forgotten what the cold Canadian winters was like). When I mention this to my wife she ran her hand down my leg and for the first time I was able to feel her touch. Now, after seeing Dr.Dadoun for 18 months my tension and stress is lower and I am able to walk further with the aid of a walker than I have since my accident. Thank you so much Dr.Dadoun for giving me my quality of life back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dadoun is an excellent chiropractor, I have been going to see him for over 20 years. He is thorough, caring, friendly, and a great person. I have been to many chiropractors throughout my life and he is far the best, bar none. My kids and husband also see him on a regular basis. The clinic also has other services there such as massage therapy, physio, and acupuncture. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not sure about the physiotherapist themselves but when I made an appointment at 10am there was nobody there. 35 mins later and being on hold on the phone for more than 10mins, trying to figure out what's happening, I left.
