Expérience positive: I’ve been seeing Dr. Heather Hay for orthotics for several years and have always appreciated her care and willingness to help her patients. My most recent pair of orthotics was more aggressive than previous sets, and within a few months I developed significant plantar fasciitis that left me in considerable pain. After my physician suggested having my orthotics reassessed, I returned to see Dr. Hay and explained what I had been experiencing. She kindly offered to send the orthotics back for adjustments and indicated she would take care of it for me. About a week later, I received an email that they were ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was advised by reception that I would need to pay an assessment fee. This came as a surprise and contradicted what I understood from my appointment with Dr. Hay. Unfortunately, when I questioned it, I found the interaction at the front desk to be dismissive rather than empathetic. I understand fees may apply in some circumstances, but unexpected charges and poor communication are frustrating, especially when you’ve already been dealing with months of pain. I remain grateful to Dr. Hay for her kindness, but this experience has left me hesitant to return.

I came into see her for a firing pain in my feet and she thoughtfully assessed my symptoms and showed me digitally what was going on that was causing my pain. A variety of solutions were offered to address the symptoms. Highly recommend visiting her for any foot-related issues.

She was solely responsible for figuring out the cause of my chronic motion sickness and vertigo, and seeing her regularly has drastically improved my physical health. The office itself is cozy and clean, with public restrooms and friendly staff. I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from seeing a chiropractor, so take this as your sign to get a consultation with Dr. Heather!

Expérience fantastique: I have been to Parkway several times for many injuries stemming from dance. Heather has single handedly helped heal ALL of my injuries. She is a miracle worker, and her prices are FANTASTIC! 1000% recommend her clinic!

My husband has seen Heather for orthotics and I have seen Heather for a back injury. I’ve suffered for years and in just 3 sessions my injury is repaired. I have Heather on speed dial for any other body maintenance. Thank you for all you do Heather.

I had some problems with my right hamstring and Dr. Hay let me know what I should do and now it’s feeling almost as good as new. I appreciate how she educates her patients with what is happening with her spine model and teaches you how the spine works and where the issues flare up and why they do. If looking for a chiropractor, I’d recommend her. 2022 Update: Dr. Hay is still awesome and very helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend using her services.

No problems with them using my benefits, and the whole process was very quick and easy to get my foot inserts. My foot inserts feel great and I immediately noticed an improvement in my walking.

She has helped me see where the pain is coming from, actively listened to my concerns and helped dramatically!!! She also has an amazing RMT at Parkway Back Clinic, Amy Turner who has been part of my recovery and has been nothing short of amazing.

Expérience fantastique: Been going here for about 10 years after going as far as I could with physio due to sciatica. Heather & Kim did a great job when I first came hobbling, crawling, dragging? myself in because it sure wasn't walking. With their techniques they got me back in shape and standing vertical again. Advice is straight forward geared towards me based on what they see and how truthful I am, no good saying I'm fine when I'm in pain. They can't treat bravado. Was also involved in being hit from behind by a drunk driver, they patched me up after this as well in regards to my back and neck. I'm going to continue going for another 10 years.
