Expérience fantastique: For any athletes, fighters, or anyone that has any joint or muscle concerns I would highly recommend going to get checked out at Gordon Street Chiropractic. I’m a Muay Thai fighter training on average 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week, and with that comes a lot of mobility and injury concerns. My first session I walked in the door to smiles and warm greetings. I was immediately brought to a treatment room, and Dr. Braden Lunnen was over within minutes. After a brief but incredibly comprehensive explanation about what chiro is, why it’s important, and the exacts benefits, we went over my specific concerns and proceeded with a full body examination. The first session didn’t take up much of my time at all, but left me feeling much more confident as I understood exactly what was causing my body issues, and having the clarity of knowing that it could be treated. After my first chiro session I had a lot of intense training the same night and in the early afternoon the next day, which left me with a stiff neck, tight hips, and lower back tension that was killing me. I came in for an adjustment, and within 10 minutes of entering the treatment room my neck mobility was back, my hips felt loose again, and I could finally sit up straight without straining, it was seriously like magic. If you train or compete in any sport and haven’t come to Gordon Street Chiropractic to get yourself examined yet, you’re definitely missing out, because I know I was.

Expérience négative: Very rude and mean behavior from Front desk(Emily). Today I have to cancel my appointment due to some emergency and I have called to front desk to let know my situation and requested for adjustment of schedule or cancellation, they were very rudely said no to rescheduling and I requested to cancel the appointment. Emily from front desk mentioned that I will be charged $50 no matter what due to cancellation, I tried to explain to her again and she was very rude and demanding that is our company policy to enforce the charges . It’s unfair and trying to exploit the customers and I am being regular customer to them they let me be in this situation. Somedays there might be emergencies and issue in the people’s life and they don’t care it and they just want to charge the fine for canceling. I had a pleasant experience in terms of massage and chiropractic treatment, but this one situation makes me to have a negative impression on the clinic. This 1 ⭐️ is purely for trying to exploit the customer. Thanks

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Braden is a life saver. I felt a major tweak and a few pops in my back during a home workout that left me keeled over and in a ton of pain. Dr. Braden was able to see me the same day (as a brand new patient!) and confidently explained everything that was going on. He accurately diagnosed my injury and although I've only had 2 treatments so far, the plan is absolutely making a huge difference and putting me on the path to being pain free and doing normal household activities again. Dr Braden is patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed to his patients getting better. Its such a treat learning about what is going on in a way a layman like me can understand. The clinic experience itself is also great. Everyone is warm, empathetic, and wildly competent. I am in good hands and you will be too!

Expérience fantastique: Have recently used the Chiropractic Care from Gordon Chiropractic, through Dr Braden. He is very knowledgeable and explains the treatment every step of the way. If you are someone with Chiro knowledge or not Dr Braden is amazing in making you comfortable in the environment and as humorous as he can. I strongly recommend him :)

Expérience négative: I had booked my first appointment with the chiropractor there about A week ago and had been confirmed for Monday July 5, at 2:45pm, following their long weekend closure which the receptionist had explained over the phone. That being said I had arranged to have my work day covered so I can tend to the appointment and have my pain addressed. Upon my arrival, it appeared that my appointment was not in fact scheduled into the system and they were unable to accommodate me as the practitioners were busy seeing other clients. They offered to have the practitioner late after their workday ends to see me following their last client — to which I cannot make. I was quite disappointed with the disconnect in appointment times for today (or lack there of), and the persistence of looking for another appointment time this week or next that was convenient for their current availability that they have. They had informed me to let them know of my availability and they would work around my schedule, however I would have liked to get my pain addressed sooner rather than later — especially having to book time off work for an hour appointment. The clinic followed safe covid protocols and was nice and clean upon my arrival. Receptionist was very friendly, however I am disappointed none the less. I was able to find another practitioner that was able to book me in for the same afternoon and had confirmed that my appointment slot would not be double booked.
