I had to miss work a lot due to the injury and now I can work and complete all my tasks without any issue. Arthur was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Not only did he help fix the issue at the time he gave me exercises to help build strength in my shoulder and set me up for longterm success so I wouldn’t continue to have the issue arise. Expérience fantastique: I've been working with Arthur Szydlowski, Registered Physiotherapist over the past 3 months to help with a shoulder injury I received playing football. Arthur met with me, started a treatment plan and created achievable goals and exercises. He was hands on and supported my journey back to full health with a variety of treatment options. SOS has great appointment times and direct billed my insurance. These were two small things that helped me decide on using SOS. If another injury creeps up, I will be sure to come back to visit the Arthur and the SOS team.

I never felt like the sessions helped me in fact always seemed like very little one on one help.Arthur has been completely different and has changed my opinion on physiotherapy. He explains things in detail so I know what is wrong and why certain exercises and procedures will help. He targets exercises to my goals. Each visit seems like it’s building on the last visit without seeming repetitious. My torn rotator cuff injury is improving dramatically and I see improvement after each visit. I was able to discuss my knee issues and have a very fulsome discussion with him about whether braces would be helpful. We discussed my situation, and he was thorough and patient. Arthur was great at getting a treatment and workout plan in place so that I could return to my favorite sport. I am happily back on the ice and my knee is back to full function. The clinic had excellent appointment availability, and they worked directly with my insurance to take care of all the billing. Expérience fantastique: I went to SOS Physiotherapy for some back pain that I was having from a yard work injury. I met with Arthur for physiotherapy and Andrew for massage therapy. I am quite an active person with daily workouts, a very active day job and recreational sports on top of that. Needless to say, I can’t afford to drag out my recovery with a simple rest plan. When meeting with Arthur and Andrew, they were both very thorough in their investigation into what the root cause of my injury was which proved to be very helpful. They had me mobile within days and on a stretching and exercise regimen that relieved my stiffness quickly whenever I strained my back again. Not to mention Andrew’s massage had me so relaxed I even fell asleep. Expérience fantastique: Coulton has been an amazing resource! I booked an urgent appointment when I had severe knee pain and could barely walk. With the physiotherapy and exercises, I have reduced my knee pain to zero. He also helped me discover the real source of the pain and I am actively working to strengthen areas and work on my muscle tension with massage therapy. I am now able to recognize when I am walking incorrectly or using my back to do things rather than my core. As I get closer to my rafting trip, I will be working with Coulton to make sure my core is strong and I am prepared so I don't hurt my back, or knees, again. Highly recommend!!! I've now also added Andrew as my Massage Therapist. We just had our initial assessment, and he was thorough and knowledgeable. He was extremely professional, and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Natalie for RMT at the SOS Waterloo location for over a year. I'm posting here on Guelph's location as she's leaving Waterloo and will be treating patients out of the Guelph office. I'm extremely sad about this and am having a hard time writing this review. Natalie has helped me with so many sore spots on my body. She's patient, listens to what you want worked on or what feels 'not right', and she reads conversation cues perfectly. Sometimes I want to talk and sometimes I don't and I've never felt more comfortable with a massage therapist (and I've seen many), than I have with Natalie. This is Waterloo's loss and Guelph's gain. I'll truly miss her happy personality and her ability to switch up her techniques from appointment to appointment based on areas of concern. A true gem of RMTs.

Expérience fantastique: I have been seeing Coulton Roe for a few months now for a knee injury that kept me from being able to do my sport, or even walk properly. It was a tough time not being able to train properly, but now after a lot of hard work with Coulton I am proud to say, I can train, I can run, my marriage is saved, my children's grades improved, I can see through walls and my father's finally come home and told me he loves me. Some might say that's hyperbole but that's because they haven't worked with Coulton yet. Icarus's wax wings may have melted when he approached the sun but that's only because Coulton wasn't there to dry needle them back together. Were Icarus to seek out the proper physiotherapy with Coulton he would have soared beyond measure and brought humanity into a new golden age of flight & enlightenment. The only criticism I could possibly levy at Coulton is that when we moved beyond massage and tried dry needling, it may have reduced my pain, sped up my healing, and finally allowed me some relief amongst months of soreness. But it also hurt so bad it made me face my own personal failings and weakness as a man as I choked back tears on the table. One a serious note every time I go in for my appointments with Coulton and the entire SOS physiotherapy team I am treated with respect, and their efforts have greatly improved my quality of life.

Expérience fantastique: Had my first session with Arthur, and I’m very impressed! I came in for calf pain, admittedly, I was nervous since this is a lifelong issue I never fully addressed. But Arthur actually took the time to listen to me and I felt absolutely zero judgment from him whatsoever. He is so friendly, professional, and his knowledge and ability to explain these things in a way that actually makes sense is exceptional. He worked with me to create a treatment plan, I’m excited to start regular sessions! Also, the receptionist staff and facility was super welcoming. Highly, highly recommend :D

Expérience fantastique: I went to SOS Physiotherapy in Guelph for help with my migraines and headaches and the treatment I received was amazing. Arthur is knowledgeable, professional, and understanding truly helping me get to the bottom of my pain. Since seeing Arthur my headaches have almost completely disappeared. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and comforting, and Steph is always so kind and welcoming when i come in! I look forward to coming in for my appointments.
