They were able to identify both problems within 10 minutes, explained in detail, and started the therapy within the same day. I emailed on a Friday night and was called back Saturday morning and given an appointment the same day. This was such a huge relief when I was in so much pain. Expérience fantastique: I had piriformis syndrom and possible nerve damage in my back, I am 32 years old and I had to use a cane because my leg/lower back was in so much pain I couldnt stand/walk by myself, coughing and sneezing brought me to the ground and I would be holding back tears. I had a referral and looked into Resilient Therapy and because of the reviews I went here. The reviews do not lie. Everyone working here is an absolute delight, always kind. Jag was my physio therapist and she explained everything very clearly and helped me get back to walking,bending,lifting without severe pain. In about 11/2 months I did not need to use my cane and my limp was gone! I now have stretches and exercises that I will continue to do to help keep my strength. If I ever need to go to physio again I will 100% come back to Resilient Physiotherapy.

I called Resilient Physiotherapy and they got me in the same day. Jagravi did an assessment and quickly figured out what was wrong and what treatment plan we would follow. De Quervain's tenosynovitis is swelling of the tendons that run along the thumb side of the wrist and attach to the base of the thumb. I went to see Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Chiropractic but not getting better until my wife recommended me to see Resilient Physiotherapy. Now my thumb is 90-95 % back to normal. Meet is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain what is happening in your body that is causing the injury or pain, and what needs to happen in order to heal it. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physiotherapy!

I came to them with absolutely horrid pain in my neck and shoulder, and I'd been to other places about it with no results. They accurately assesed my issues and put me on a plan to resolve them. Its been a few weeks and I feel better than I have in years. Every visit here is pleasent, everyone is friendly, warm and welcoming. If I have any other issues that require this kind of treatment, this is where I'm going.
