I originally sought her help because my right hip and knee were constantly hurting—I could barely walk around the grocery store, let alone consider working out at a gym. After just one appointment, I was walking normally again without any pain in my hips. By the second appointment, I could do squats and walk up the stairs without any knee pain. Before seeing Julie, I struggled to hit even 3,000 steps a day due to sitting for 10 hours a day between driving and working. Now, I can comfortably walk 10,000 steps daily! Julie used gentle, manual "hands-on" techniques like stretching, light pressure, and resistance to improve my circulation and correct altered biomechanics—completely drug-free. I don’t even need Tylenol anymore! In addition to her osteopathic treatments, Julie provided helpful recommendations for dietary changes, exercise programs, and lifestyle adjustments, which I really appreciated. Julie's goal is to get your body to optimal function, so that you can end treatment, or schedule less frequent "tune-up" appointments.
