Expérience positive: I was lucky enough to see HarshitKumar Patel after injuring my knee in a fall. New to the location but not to the practice. Very competent. They were verry thorough, communicative and intuitive to the intracacies in and steps to addressing my injury. I came in within 24 hrs of the incident and they were aware of the accutnes of my injury and took their time and didn't over do anything. So now today, inside the first 48 hrs I'm not in any extra discomfort because of that. The other clinicians that helped with the 'mechanics' of the rest of my treatment were also very professional. I look forward to working with the team along my recovery.

They ask for my input before deciding on treatment for each session. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the care they give.

Expérience fantastique: The staff are very friendly. Nafis, Urvi, and Bhumi are very considerate practitioners that treat you with utmost care!

Expérience fantastique: Thank you for the opportunity to try the B-Pulse chair. I have been suffering from pelvic pain for several years. Immediately after using it, I felt the pain relief. The physiotherapist explained to me all the details how the B-Pulse chair works.

Expérience fantastique: Felt well taken care of by the focus on meeting needed physio therapy a d followup arrangements

Expérience fantastique: Dave was so informative and friendly. Went step by step and explained everything. So far no smoking, but it's only been 21 hours so far

Expérience fantastique: Donna is an excellent PT. She’s been super helpful throughout my partially torn achilles recovery. The location is clean and well organized and bookings are always super easy. Highly recommend !

Expérience positive: The actual physio clinic needs to connect with their intake patients and let them know what is needed in advance. Also, need to provide receipts immediately upon payment or at lease the same day. I am still waiting for a receipt which i need for my insurance. Also when I left I look like art work because the pen marks were still on me and not wipe off.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent!

Expérience fantastique: Excellent physiotherapy clinic. Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable and professional. I have been a patient and also both my kids with great results. Highly recommend this place. They are the best in Kanata.

Expérience fantastique: Very good physiotherapy facility, very friendly staff, professional, warm atmosphere. I am very happy that me and my wife found them and are treated there...thank you.

Expérience fantastique: The whole facility is exceptional. The receptionist ,Dani, is amazing, patient and friendly. She is fast and efficient, especially when dealing with difficult insurance companies! The physiotherapists are so kind and amazing at what they do. Everyone who works there genuinely cares about the well being of their patients and they are willing to give patients a very flexible schedule to ensure their needs are met! A special thanks to Avneet and Prabhleen for helping me with my posture and recurring back and neck pain. They are very helpful and I definitely recommend them to others experiencing similar issues!

Expérience fantastique: Nasif and his staff are the best of the best

Expérience fantastique: I enjoy the quality of the service and the employees are very pleasant and create a friendly and attentive place

Expérience fantastique: Physiocare-Stittsville is an excellent clinic - well organized and with great staff, particularly Nafis, the chief physio. I credit him with helping me to get rid of a very painful bout of sciatica in early 2024, and now for helping me to deal with a painful bout of neuralgia. For the first time in nearly a month I got to sleep at my normal time in the last 4 days and slept through the night. Thank you Nafis, Turbo and Dursh!

Expérience fantastique: Krishna is amazing!

Expérience fantastique: I am a patient of Urvi at the Stittsville location of Physiocare and I cannot say enough good things about the care that Urvi provides. Urvi is extremely competent, thorough, and caring. She seeks to understand the cause of your ailment and designs an approach to heal you and get you back to health. She is not one who looks to lock you into a lifetime of Physio.. The goal, get you better and get you back to your life... I Highly, highly recommend Urvi and the Physiocare group in Stittsville.

Expérience fantastique: Very accommodating when you arrive. Therapist is very friendly and helpful with working on my back issues. Recommend them for therapy

Expérience positive: I am very happy with the treatments I am receiving at the stittsville clinic and will continue to go and recommend this clinic to friends, however I have 2 observations as someone with mobility issues 1) there is no accessible parking and have had to wait for a vehicle next to me to move so that I can fully open my door to get in my car. 2) there are no grab bars in the washroom or automated door and the toilet is a low toilet, making it a struggle for anyone with mobility issues to use the washroom. I am only mentioning this here in the hopes that the owner of the clinic and strip mall may address these concerns.

Expérience fantastique: I strongly suggest the services they provide. This is the second time I had to seek their treatment (torn bicep and lately a damaged knee) and all is now well. Call them and with different locations, they are also close at hand.

Expérience fantastique: I got my hip arthritis physiotherapy at Carling Ave (EWSL) location and I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to Jhoanne Ramos and the entire team for their professionalism and care I received every single day during my two months of treatment. I’m feeling great now and highly recommend this location. Thank you guys so much!!!

Expérience fantastique: A big thank you to Johanne, Jankiben and the rest of the staff for repairing my torn tendins months before expected. If I was to injured myself again, these are the people I would see.

Expérience fantastique: I had an amazing experience at this location. I find Jhoanne and her assistant Janki to be the most loving and caring individuals. They are both very warm and kind hearted people who helped me while I was experiencing severe pain. After many physiotherapy therapy sessions they both kept giving me hope and reassurance which I desperately needed. Overall, they are both very experienced and know how to get the job done!

Expérience fantastique: After injuring my knee, I had the good fortune of making an appointment at Physiocare's Carling location (in Embassy West Retirement Home). I have been going for treatments for the past month with Jhoanne and her very capable assistants, Janki and Ben. The treatments have been very professional and thorough. But what sets my experience apart from previous physio treatments, is the care an empathy from all three of them. I would highly, highly recommend Jhoanne and her wonderful team (in fact, I just suggested my son to them). By the way, I'm back at Zumba classes thanks to Jhoanne, Janki and Ben.
