Joseph was able to narrow down the possible picture, give me the treatment and - most important - make sure I walk away with a strategy and the tactics: he helped me to identify the range of movement I can do without fear to harm, as well as supplied me with exercises that I need to do before we get the results of a future MRI. Joseph has also recommended me my next steps to do when I finally get the imaging results. I can see that Joseph Federico has a lot of experience in the physiotherapy field as well as in the Ottawa community of service providers that deal with joint injuries. The last but not the least: not only is Joseph a good professional but also has a positive and friendly personality. 5-star experience!
