I told him my conditions and ultrasound report and he did it anyway and I let him because I thought he must know what he was doing with so many years of experience and impressive resume. how can that be? now I know why I was so painful after that.

Expérience fantastique: After two years of treatments by physios, massage therapists and ofc doctors, this is the first treatment that relieved my pain and improved my flexibility. After my third treatment, I woke up today with no pain for the first time in months. It’s kind of like a massage, but with more moving and rocking the joints back and forth. I did not find it painful at all. Adnan checked in with me throughout.

Expérience fantastique: I was having terrible back aches for 2 years. I went to physio, chiro, and massages, but nothing seemed to help too much. I finally found Adnan and went to 3 sessions, and what a difference it made, my back feels so much better than before. I still have pain that comes and goes but Adnan showed me some stretching exercises that are very helpful. I must admit that the sessions can be intense, but it works!

He does a great job with finding all the tension areas in your body. I was at the point I could barely open my mouth and couldn't rub my lips together anymore hes help tremendously improve my jaw movememt again. Same with issues in my neck that led to my muscles being so tight I didn't have good mobility which caused my jaw issues in the first place. I went to him with an acute muscular ache, which he verbally investigated for some time before getting hands on and working on the problem area. I won't lie -- it was not comfortable having him work on a very tender area, but by the time he was done, I already had way more mobility in the area and even a little less pain. By the next day, I was feeling vastly improved compared to before the session and over the next few days I returned to full functionality with no pain. So based on that experience, I went back to have him work on a couple of more chronic musculoskeletal issues I have and he also worked wonders on those, while explaining to me how to prevent them from coming back. I should point out that I was quite skeptical going in that he could help me at all. I am definitely now a believer. I cannot recommend Adnan strongly enough.

Expérience fantastique: I had my first visit with Adnan one week ago. Since then I have been able to sleep on my back comfortably and pain free for the first time in over a year! For my lower back pain I have seen a physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapy and taken much pain medication. I wish I had been referred to Adnan much sooner! He is extremely knowledgeable of the body mechanics and his experience shows in the significant results I am feeling after only one visit. He showed me how to reposition myself to help realign my pelvis and now I barely feel lowed back pain.
