From the very first session, she took the time to understand my condition thoroughly and created a personalized treatment plan that really made a difference. Her hands-on techniques, clear explanations, and genuine care helped me recover faster than I expected. She is not only knowledgeable but also make you feel comfortable and motivated throughout the process. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Expérience fantastique: I had the pleasure of working with Chandni for my knee surgery rehab and my ICBC claim. She provided clear treatment protocols, effective exercises, and made sure approvals were sent on time so my care was never interrupted.

Expérience négative: Not a good place if you need Physiotherapist. There are only 2 of them and they are over booked. If you have an ICBC claim think twice before using this place. They will make you wait for treatment and if you question anything response is : well it's free! We pay car insurance for a reason ...it's not free. Also there's only 1 good Physio her name is Shamu, but after my initial appointment I was told she's away for a Month. This business is not the same since its changed Owners

Expérience fantastique: Kinetic is an amazing clinic! A nice, calm, clean clinic with experienced, professional practitioners. After a terrible car accident I am under different treatments in this clinic. My Massage therapist “Preeti” is the best, the best in deep massage, she is so skilled, experienced, kind. I already had lot of massage therapist and nobody was like her, proficient. My physiotherapist Chandni is so, so skilled, she knows where is my pain and with right stretch and exercises is very effective on healing my pains. Of course I had another physiotherapist in this clinic in name of Shanu who is in Maternity leave now she was kind and professional as well. I recommend definitely, definitively Ashwin the kinesiology in kinetic. He is so experienced skilled rehab specialist. Also thanks a lot from Gopika the front- desk, she is so calm, polite and skilled. In this clinic all the patients are visited on time and appointments are according your suffering. An amazing thoughtful team who all try to help you to get rid of pain and back to daily life! I recommend Kinetic and it’s amazing team to everyone!

She was very professional and knowledgeable, and even asked if she could work on certain parts of my shoulder that I hadn’t specified but felt tense to her. I’m glad she did, because I feel so much better! She’s very technically skilled and personable - I will be going back for more sessions. 100% recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I mistakenly wrote a review for this site and it was NOT and I REPEAT it was NOT this site. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE IN ANYWAY TAKE YOU AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Furthermore they brought this to my attention in way that few people do, they first pointed out my mistake and then offered to help in contacting the people that my comments were meant for as they had somewhat of a direct line to people in which my concerns would be addressed. Well it would seem that there has been an awakening at Kintec . So far they have been great again I hope that they continue. Time will tell.

Expérience fantastique: Kinetic Physiotherapy is hands down the best physiotherapy clinic I have ever attended and, prior to visiting Kevin, I was often doubtful about physiotherapy. Having been very active (and injury-prone) throughout my life, I grew tiresome of physiotherapists who simply slapped a hot or cold pack on me as they dealt with three other patients and then told me to go home and complete a few boring and seemingly pointless exercises. After undergoing hip surgery in the spring, my regular visits with Kevin have expedited my healing time and I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He truly enjoys his job, takes time with his patients, and really understands the human body, noting interconnected issues that I have had for years that were previously misdiagnosed/undiagnosed. Kevin possesses a wide array of skills that he is constantly developing and he is able to treat a number of ailments from a variety of different angles, whether this is through deep tissue massage, suggestions for dynamic stretching and exercises that actually work, or intramuscular stimulation. Kinetic's online patient account and booking system is also very handy and something more clinics should use. My only hesitation with publicly recommending Kinetic is a selfish one since I don't want to encounter competition when booking future appointments! Great job, Kevin, and thanks for your care!

Expérience fantastique: I broke my ankle and got referred to Kinetic by my surgeon for Physiotherapy. Kevin is fantastic, very knowledgeable and keeps me motivated. He explains everything that's happening to my ankle as its recovering and answers all my questions with the same care and patience. He always makes sure Im getting the most out of my home exercises, and helps me find the exercises that work best for my current situation with every appointment. It shows that Kevin really cares about his patients. He told me that he used to work in a clinic but left to open his own business to be able to spend more, uninterrupted time with each patient. Highly recommended!
