Every class is thoughtfully structured never repetitive or dull and her energy is so contagious that I leave every session feeling stronger, more balanced, and genuinely changed. I’ve struggled a lot with pelvic pain and imbalance, and Zemma is always attentive to my condition. She checks in every class and adjusts accordingly, making sure I move safely while still challenging myself. Her care and professionalism make all the difference. I’m definitely planning to continue! I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I’m afraid my preferred time slots might get fully booked… But if you’re someone who’s hesitant, in pain, or simply looking for a teacher who sees you, I hope this helps you take the first step. Expérience positive: My husband recently visited Inspine Therapy Clinic for a Father’s Day massage I had booked for him. While his experience was mostly positive, there were a few issues. First, the RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) he saw was absolutely fantastic—skilled, attentive, and professional. He left the session feeling incredibly relaxed and well taken care of. However, he was disappointed with the receptionist. She didn’t seem very welcoming, and the process of sorting out his billing coverage felt frustrating. It honestly felt like he was inconveniencing her just by asking questions. It was especially disappointing because I had sent him to the clinic as a special treat for Father’s Day, and the receptionist’s attitude definitely didn’t set a great tone for his visit. Overall, the massage was wonderful, but the customer service at the front desk could use some improvement. Hopefully, they can work on making the reception experience just as great as the therapy itself, as we would love to return for future visits.

Expérience négative: Honestly, if it wasn’t for my pilates instructor, I would not be coming here. The turn over rate of the front desk staff is high. From the day they have opened this location to now, the amount of staff that have quit and left, is uncountable. The front desk staff does not know how to do their job most of the time, makes mistakes on appointments and then blames on the patient, and is never empathetic. They never admit to their mistakes. I’ve built such a good relationship with my pilates instructor that they are the only reason that makes me stay here, otherwise I would have found somewhere else in a heart beat. Book online and deal with the front desk as minimal as you can as they can screw you over.

I was actually looking for pilate places around in Langley and have tried a few but this one is by far the best. I highly recommend Sally Lee she is my instructor for 1:1 session, she has a background in physiotherapy and she caters to your needs when planning lessons. One of the reasons why I moved here from life studio. The receptionists are super welcoming and nice too. Overall, 5/5.

Not sure if this was due to language barrier or lack of training in professional massage therapy treatment but I never experienced something like this before. for the half of the session, she was just trying to convince me that "my pain is not a good reason for seeking massage therapy and that we need other reasons". As a client, I did not feel respected, heard, or even taken care of. She was interrupting me and talking over me anxiously trying to repeat herself!!! had to leave the session half way through. Very disappointing and distressing experience.

Ocean Hwang is a student currently studying acupuncture, and I was very interested in her massage using Tui-na therapy. As someone who has been receiving massages from numerous massage therapists for nearly 25 years, I carefully read her profile and naturally went to the website. I had never had a massage before from someone who wasn't a RMT, but I felt compelled to book a 90-minute massage. I have arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and it was a chance to see Ocean Hwang's sincerity. It was on Sunday and I was the first customer. Ocean Hwang was ready in advance and gave me a passing grade right away. While receiving the massage, we had a lot of conversation. As someone who had previously been very interested in oriental medicine and had read several professional books, I felt a great sense of kinship with her during our conversation and very impressed by her extensive knowledge of oriental medicine. Ocean Hwang did her best without sparing her body. She took care my whole body from head to toe. There was literally no place from head to toe that was not cool, including my back from a work injury and my left shoulder that could not be fully raised. To my surprise, she found each and every muscle knot what I did not konw in my body and released them. As someone who had been getting massages without any expectations, it was truly amazing. Ocean Hwang's ambition was to become a qualified acupuncturist and use her own Tui-na and bloodletting techniques to help many people. The young lady was truly extraordinary. I really did not regret paying in cash and extra tip for the service. It was totally worth it. I can't afford the service every week, but I am sure I will be there again. Also I am sure she will be very busy in a few years and I will be regretted whenever I book for her service. ^^

The massage was very technical and educational. Heather told me exactly what she was doing and why, providing a knowledge based treatment. I've had massages before and this was the first time I felt "fixed." Heather focused a lot on patient education and prevention. She is personable and we had some laughs. Went to the gym after the massage and actually felt the correct muscle engagement! She is a gem.

Just had a hard time during the first time to understand their accent but they were so patient. I had a massage at Inspine too and it was the best massage ever!
