I was desperate to find a chiropractor, but when I called SportsPro Health Clinic, the chiropractor wasn’t in that day. Sam, the physiotherapist, was just finishing up but offered to see me right away — and I’m so grateful he did. He explained that the pain was likely caused by very tight muscles pulling things out of alignment, and he walked me through everything he was doing. We did shockwave therapy and dry needling, and honestly, he was my hero that day. I left the clinic still in pain, but so much calmer than when I arrived. By the next morning, I had noticeably more movement and a significant decrease in pain. That was the moment I realized just how valuable a skilled, hands-on physiotherapist is — whether you’re an athlete or an everyday person dealing with sudden pain. Expérience fantastique: I’m so glad I decided to try SportsPro because I’ve had on going knee pain for years. I’ve seen other physios, chiro’s and massage therapist but it wasn’t until I started seeing TJ that I started getting better. The gym facility and clinic are both well equipped. TJ was patient and explained everything so well

Expérience fantastique: I've had migraines most of my life (since I was about 12 years old - I'm 34 now). The migraines would give me blurry vision and intense pain in my neck and head for several hours. I've been to dozens of chiropractors, physiotherapists and doctors. I saw Sam (Sukhjinder) Jaggi because my brother recommended him. In a single session, Sam accurately diagnosed my problem and gave me a daily stretching routine. It's been over 2 years since I first saw Sam, and I've only had 2 migraines. I used to get at least 1 per month. So I went from about 12-15 migraines per year, down to 1 per year. And it's my fault because I didn't stretch properly ;). I couldn't recommend him enough!

He has helped to nurse my injuries back to health, and takes great care of my si joint dysfunction caused by scoliosis. He's a miracle worker. Sam is extremely knowledgable and passionate for his line of work. Sam helped me recover my balance, strength, mobility and flexibility over a lengthy recover that was shortened due to his customized rehabilitation plan. It was totally customized for my specific surgery/recovery and he even touched base with me regularly outside of appointment hours to hold me accountable for keeping up with my recovery plan. Sam is a very knowledgeable person and has taught me many stretches and exercises to help my injuries heal and overall feel better than it was before . I’ve done a few rounds of the Electric Shock Wave Therapy and the results have been amazing. I am now able to walk without a limp and overall I feel so much better. I highly recommend anybody dealing with pain or discomfort from a previous injury to make an appointment with Sam because you will definitely feel better after. Sam’s the Man !!!!
