He was able to fix my pain right away with the first session so I can walk normally and gave me some stretches to do at home. This place has been the best Health Clinic I have gone to since I moved to Langley. Which was about 11 years ago! The people and programs are helpful and truly beneficial to my health. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. This is a great facility, I will be here for a while!!

Expérience négative: Shockwave Therapy was really good and helpful to my injury. Front desk receptionist are new but willing to work and resolve situations with hiccups along the way. Whoever the manager is needs to retrain herself in customer service. Over 19$ and her miscommunication for how they had billed my extended health I cancelled six pending appointments and will not deal with this place again. Just absolutely a Mickey mouse service.

I’ve done physio before, but no other organization has matched the level of teamwork, communication, and genuine effort this team puts in. I’ve been working between provinces during my recovery, and the clinic has been incredibly patient and flexible—accommodating my schedule, understanding flare-ups, and still ensuring I receive consistent, high-quality treatment. Some weeks I’ve needed multiple sessions just to get from barely talking or walking to functioning again, and not once have they made me feel like I’m an inconvenience or “just another appointment.” What truly sets this clinic apart is how the entire team works together. Physio, chiro, massage—everyone communicates, shares notes, sets goals, and adjusts my treatment plan so I’m never booked for something I don’t need or something too advanced for where my body is at. They work with intention, not routine. I work in a fast pace insurer and feel they are just as intentional in their practice but at the healing pace required. I feel supported every step of the way. Even the reception team is exceptional—kind, accommodating, and always ready to help me navigate changes or tough days. My concussion symptoms and accident-related injuries have been overwhelming at times, but this team has made the healing process feel possible, supported, and structured. I have seen a few chiropractors and I found them not effective. They only saw me 5 mins or 10 mins if you are lucky. How can you treat me better within 10 mins? I am so glad to meet Doctor Onkar. The day after my first appointment I woke up with my knee feeling better than ever before and 90 percent of the swelling went away over night. Expérience fantastique: I started seeing Anshika for physiotherapy when I was suffering from pain and numbness in both arms and hands. I started with IMS Needling and then she recommended shockwave therapy and cupping to help with the healing. I have played sports for years and accumulated many injuries that are causing me loads of pain and issues now. Within a few appointments, I could stop wearing my wrist braces to help with the numbness in my hands when I sleep. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend you to Anshika and pain free clinic is because I want her to myself! Haha.

I've also been seeing Dr. Onkar. He's been extremely helpful in my recovery and getting my life back. And I have also been getting RMT sessions with Darcy. He's been amazing in helping my back muscles get back to normal. Thank you so much to those three, I feel like I can get back to my life, training, and work.
