I have to admit, I was very nervous upon my first chiropractor appointment - but within the first minute, Dr. Vimard made me feel comfortable and optimistic as he worked on my lower back injury. The clinic provides students with a hands-on placement, and with consent, they are present during the rehabilitation. They are all so supportive and helpful. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Oliver to get my lower back checked. It has been hurting since February this year. I was not able to hinge, sneeze, and squat, without feeling pain in my lower back. After seeing Oliver for almost a month, I am now able to deadlift & squat without pain. Words cannot express how grateful I am for his help & knowledge/expertise. Not only am I able to move pain-free (which is a huge blessing), but I'm also more aware of my body positioning when it comes to performing movements/exercises (bracing, where I put weight/pressure on my feet, what muscles to actively engage, etc.). Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Oliver a few months ago as he came highly recommended by family members who have been going to him for years. I suffer from migraine headaches which include severe pain in my neck and one side of my head and eye. I’ve been to massage therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, etc and although each has helped temporarily, nothing has worked as well as these chiropractic treatments. Even after my first couple of sessions, the tightness I was consistently experiencing my neck had significantly diminished. And now my migraine attacks and neck pain occur far less frequently and the neck pain that accompanied these migraines is pretty much gone! Had I known that chiropractic adjustments would help with my migraines this much I would have started years ago. Dr Oliver is so good at what he does and makes you feel very comfortable from the start (coming from someone who was hesitant about receiving adjustments at first). I would recommend Dr Oliver to everyone. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and will provide the best treatment program for your needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Oliver is an actual wizard! I have been dealing with several injuries and a ton of compensation because of them for over 10 years. I've probably seen over 20 physical therapists of all sorts for help during this time for over 6 months each, with little to no improvement. I started sessions with Dr. Oliver just over a month and a half ago, and he's helped me to improve more during that time than with all of the other professionals combined. When i first walked into his office I felt like my entire body was just broken and was completely overwhelmed. He took the time to explain why certain things were happening and I was able to start wrapping my head around how I could actually get better. Through the adjustments and tailored exercises, my chronic lower back pain is mostly gone, several inactive muscles are magically working again, and I'm feeling more strong, stable, and hopeful of getting back to doing things I love! He is so down to earth and easy to talk to which I think is so important when dealing with health issues. My concerns are always heard and addressed which isn't something I'd always experienced in the past, and the full body approach that he takes with his practice is exactly what I have been looking for. Even if I come into a session dealing with some hurdles, I always leave feeling amazing and much more educated on how everything works together. If you're someone who has hit rock bottom like I had, or you feel like you've tried everything, I would strongly urge you to try one more time with Dr. Oliver. Finding his practice was a blessing, and if you're willing to put in the work it could definitely change your life.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Olivier was able to address immediate concerns regarding range of motion and muscle pains during our first session. He then assigned several at-home workouts that were simple and easy to follow. After just a few sessions, his treatment and instructions allowed me to maintain and increase my range of motion independently by continuing the at-home workouts.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Oliver. He is knowledgeable and caring. He doesn’t just fix the problem but also teaches me how to prevent it. I visited Dr. Oliver for back pain and recurring ankle pain. Upon assessment he explained to me about what could possibly cause my problems and what could be done. He showed me the difference between my good ankle and bad ankle by simply putting pressure on different muscles on my legs. Honestly I could never noticed the difference if I didn’t see him. It was so sore on the bad side simply caused by bad walking/standing posture. My pain got so much better after seeing him. We did a couple sessions of adjustments and more importantly he showed me various workouts that I could do to strengthen the muscles around my weak spot to support my ankle.

Fantastic experience: I knew very little about chiropractic treatment and always just relied on physiotherapy before I was referred to Dr. Oliver for a recurring wrist injury that physio just wasn’t fixing. It turned out that my injury wasn’t even in my wrist and Dr. Oliver taught me why I THOUGHT it was in my wrist, and showed me that my pain was actually coming from other muscles and tissue in a completely different part of my body! Dr. Oliver treats deep into your muscles and tissue and I leave my treatments with my body feeling looser and my pain points and sore spots mitigated from further injury. I am on a maintenance program with Dr. Oliver now (because I am super-active in my fitness well-being) and I notice I am stronger with his treatments. He also teaches techniques that help with strength training form (ask him how to get abs just by lying on your couch ). Dr. Oliver is great for the mind, body and your exercise regime!

Fantastic experience: PREGNANT WOMEN - do yourself a favour and go see Dr. Vimard! I had never been to a chiro before and was a little sceptical at first, but am soooo grateful I went. With pregnancy, I experienced a lot of aches and pains as my body continued to change. First was neck and shoulder pain, later was hip pain, followed by lower back pain. Dr. Vimard helped every step of the way. I really love the fact that he not only helped in office, but gave me simple exercises I could do at home to further alleviate any pains and help prevent them going forward. 10/10 recommend. Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with High Octane Training and Therapy. Welcoming smile from the staff, relaxing atmosphere when you enter the facility makes you feel relaxed. I want to very specially mention few things about the Chiropractor @ this facility. He is Oliver Vimard. I have been to few other Chiropractors previously and they are all good. But Oliver is not just good, but in my opinion is the best. He is friendly, welcoming but not only that, he knows what he is doing. He educates you, takes time to understand what you need. Oliver's purpose of treating his clients is not just get them to keep coming, but to help them recover, well educated, so that they do not actually have to keep going to see Oliver As for my experience, I went there with a lower back pain. Fantastic experience: Oliver is a knowledgeable and caring practitioner. He is very transparent and holistic with his approach. I was suffering from back/neck pain for months. After hundreds of dollars spent on physiotherapy and countless hours, I luckily consulted with Oliver. We focused on regaining my strength and treating the underlying cause instead of just treating at the surface. I was hesitant to seek chiropractic therapy at first, but we did not focus on adjustments solely, but many other treatments to fix my back. Over time my back pain has significantly improved and as long as I keep up with the maintenance on my own time, I do not have any pain return. Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Oliver for a couple months now and wish I would have know about him sooner. I have seen so many chiro/physio/osteopath over the past year with minimal improvement. Honestly a miracle how much better I feel thanks to him. Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying I have always feared going to a chiropractor. After being in a pretty bad car accident that severely hindered my mobility in my neck, back, and hip I started going to Dr. Oliver for treatment. The progress he was able to make was amazing. I have continued to see Dr. Oliver since and the time and care he takes with you is exactly what you are missing elsewhere. He has helped me with my mobility, strength and maintenance to ensure I do not experience repeat injuries. I am now pregnant and the many changes my body is going through have caused me discomfort and Dr. Oliver has been helping me to alleviate the strain I feel in certain areas and gives me exercises to do at home to help as I get further along. Fantastic experience: Post ACL surgery, I visited Dr. Vimard for physiotherapeutic help. Under his care, I was able to return to worry-free, unhindered daily activity. Through varying difficulty levels of exercise suited to my progress as well as massage and care of the scar tissue, I can safely say my knee has never felt stronger! He even assisted me with a hip alignment issue which had pained me for many years performing certain movements during activity. No more pain or discomfort now. Fantastic experience: I've spent my life working very physically demanding jobs and have been in and out of the gym since I was 13....Repetitive injuries always included my shoulders and knee....Dr. Vimard was the 5th chiro I've seen since the injuries started bothering me and is by far the best. Medical professionals in the past would just treat the injured area. Oliver goes beyond the injury. He takes his time and is thorough regarding why the injury occurs. He finds the imbalances that created my injuries in the first place and creates a list of stretches to help strengthen cause of the injury....at 37 years old I'm still in the gym 4 times a week and am on my feet 7 days a week for work....Oliver will be my chiro guy for life!!!

Fantastic experience: On Saturday, Feb 8. 2020 I woke up with severe upper back pain and went in as an emergency to see Dr. Olivier Vimard. It was my first visit with him, and he took the time to assess my situation by asking lots of questions. Dr. Vimard then began his work on me. Throughout my treatment he explained exactly what he was doing and the possible causes for my pain. I was in a lot of pain and he was very compassionate giving me time to “recover” during the intense treatment. I left very sore but felt that he had addressed most of my issues. He mentioned that it would most likely take a few more sessions to completely fix my situation. The next morning, to my great surprise I woke up completely pain free and was a flight later that night for work. Today is Monday (2 days later) and I am still completely pain free and feeling back to normal. I cannot say enough about Dr. Oliver Vimard and I very highly recommend him. Dr. Oliver - THANK YOU!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Oliver Vimard over the course of 4 months for injuries related to a car accident. He provided a professional detailed assessement and was very knowledgeable in regards to my treatment plan. He doesn't rush and I truly appreciated that. Fantastic experience: After suffering a serious lifting related back injury, I was highly recommended to Dr. Oliver Vimard through a friend who was a previous patient of his. Dr. Vimard on my initial appointment thoroughly assessed and accurately identified my injury and prescribed very effective exercises to do between checkups to get me back in shape. Dr. Vimard also went above and beyond during the initial assessment by asking me about my personal goals and also identifying other issues that were negatively impacting my performance at the gym such as poor core stability and my foot arches collapsing under load. With Dr. Vimard's help I was able to take preventative measures to assure these other issues would not see the light of day as a future injury. Through weekly sessions and regularly performing prescribed exercises I could honestly say Dr. Oliver Vimard has helped me get back stronger physically and mentally than I ever was before the injury. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin, Dr Vimard just knows the minute he sees me walk where the problem areas are. So, I am 33, 5"11 and weight 198 LBS and have had lower back issues for a while now. I always thought it was my form, or ankle mobility or should I say - lack there off. After seeing Dr. Vimard he noticed my core wasn't as strong as it could be which could lead to my back over compensating. Long story short, an hour session in, a few targeted adjustments and some (core) homework to follow, I can say I feel a world of difference. My back does not feel as sore (outside of working out), my lifts feel cleaner and I feel stronger while pushing weights. He is great with people and has great communications skills and is very personable. Not only did he treat me, he took me in the gym and showed me what I should be feeling while squatting which was very important to me. Having a professional inspect the form goes a long way. Fantastic experience: When I first met Olivier I was hesitant to try someone new but since he took the time to get to know what I needed - it was easy to trust him. I had this pain in my upper back and neck that was left over from a few injuries and accidents. Over a few years of treatments, we were able to get 90% better but the tension would keep coming back. WIth some manual therapy and some exercises, by the second treatment, Olivier was on the right track and I started to see progress in an area that was stuck for a few years. The tension still comes back but it's far less frequent then it used to be and a lot of it is thanks to Olivier's combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and adjustments. He will take the time to get to know your needs and he's always upfront and honest about what he can do to help or if a referral is needed. 5 stars!
