Fantastic experience: I have to say that I’m very lucky to be treated at the Courtwood Chiropractic Clinic. The doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Alidina helps me with my chiropractic problems, and she always listen to my problems carefully, explained the treatment steps in detail during the treatment, and asked me how I feel.

Fantastic experience: I'm a bit confused. Is Dr. Alidina is a chiropractor or is she a magician. I have this pain crowing over my back randomly, I have been seeing masseur and chiropractor for many years. Until one day I finally booked Dr. Alidina. I know that she is definitely know what she is doing in our first session. I have been seeing her for around 2 or 3 month now. Guess what, I use to have very bad migraine that will came to me bi-weekly. It haven't been back for those months. AND! That's not even the main reason I see Dr. Alidina.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Alidina is by far the best chiropractor I’ve been to. I was in excruciating pain when I called her ( after finding her on Google) and this was a weekend evening. Fortunately for me.. she answered and told me to come in right away… 3-4 sessions with her and that pain never came back. Now I drive back from Montreal if I need to just so I can see her. She’s the best!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful appointment with Ivan. He is knowledgeable and takes his time explaining what is he doing and what each technique is for. He also kindly advises when something may be painful. If you are looking for a RMT Ivan doesn't fail to provide a calm atmosphere while addressing my main concern which is any knee injury.

Fantastic experience: I have had headaches all my life! I’ve tried massage therapy, otc and prescription medications, creams etc that would only would relieve my headache for a short period of time. I came across Dr. A’s chiropractic clinic and decided to give it a try in my chronic headache journey. I have to say I have not had a headache since I’ve been going here! Dr. A always listens to my concerns and goes above and beyond to help me! I could be having a tough day but when I walk into Dr. A’s clinic and I’m greeted with Mary’s warm smile and Dr. A’s positive vibe my day is instantly better! Fantastic experience: To make a very long story short I have suffered back pain issues throughout my childhood as early as the age of 12. I can remember my lower back just giving out, having me laying there on the floor until somebody comes and helps me back up. About three months ago I had lower back pain issues but this time it was worse! leaving my legs paralyzed for month, which from my understanding was due to one of my nerves being pinched in my lower back. I went to a couple of Physio places and not to drop names or anything, none of them really helped me. I explained my situation but it seemed like they didn’t understand what I was going through and kept referring to a “ it’s a simple lower back pain”. After a few weeks of having constant pain and spasms coursing through my legs my mother recommended me to her physiotherapist/chiropractor. I have to say working with Dr. A was the most simple and knowledgable experience that I’ve ever had at any medical facility so far. And within a month and a half I had 90% control over my legs my lower back and never felt any better! And now I went from going twice a week to just once a month now! Overall I cannot recommend anyone better than Dr. A she understands one’s problem she gives very good suggestions. Also I have to give a special thanks to Dr. Rich an amazing Chinese medicine specialist and is a massage/acupuncture guru!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr A for the past year as with the rest of the world working through COVID has had my back age 20 years. It’s been amazing to be working with someone that takes the time to really understand your areas of concern and doesn’t just treat them but also gives you best practices you can incorporate into your everyday. She’s the absolute sweetest on top of that, as is the receptionist Mary!!! I sleep like a baby after my visits with her so don’t know what the magic is but it’s working!

My premature baby had the worst acid reflux and after a few sessions with Dr. A., her symptoms subsided. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to paediatric chiropractic and I have recommended her to many friends/family and their children. Thank you Dr. A! Fantastic experience: Courtwood Chiropractic is the best place for family care! I even saw Dr. A. (Chiropractor) and Amy (RMT) while I was pregnant and started bringing my premature baby to Dr. A. as soon as we got home from the NICU. Dr. A. is so good with babies and my daughter hasn't gotten sick in her first 10 months of life, thankfully! The clinic really adjusted for COVID protocols - I always feel safe for our visits to both the chiro and massage therapist. I also like that I can book via email and that I get email and text reminders for my appointments (I'm not the best with voicemails!).

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alidina is the greatest Chiropractor you will ever meet! Since I began working with her my life has transformed completely, and I have so much more energy flowing through my system (and no pain!!). My favourite thing about Dr. Alidina is that she has a knowledge of spiritual topics and energy medicine (chakras, how stuck emotions affect our health, etc.) and she mentions these during my weekly adjustments to provide a holistic healing service. Fantastic experience: I see the massage therapist Amy Gould and she is fabulous. The clinic is clean, inviting, the couches in the waiting area are higher so easy to get out of when one's back or hips are acting up and the have seats for children too. The massage room is calming and a good size and you pay through a tablet so no need for a trip to reception, Amy can do it all, very convenient when you're a bit foggy post massage.

Fantastic experience: Dr. A is great - so informative and knowledgable and offers a variety of services, even for my little kiddos! She helped me thoughout my pregnancies and offers some great relief. Amy the RMT is also amazing! So convenient having both services in one office, I get regular massages and adjustments in one visit!
