Fantastic experience: My wife had her first appointment with Hiralben Chandarana and it was an excellent experience. She has a race in a few weeks and the physiotherapist was able to reduce her pain in her foot in that one visit. She is also very accommodating (doesn’t mind if my daughter tags along) and keeps the mood light and positive for the whole appointment. Edit* My wife not only completed the ENDURrun sport race (80km in 8 days), but finished second female and credits Hiralben with her success. She gave her intensive care up until the race and during the race week with two one-hour sessions a week as well as home care exercise suggestions. She couldn’t have completed this ambitious goal without her.

Fantastic experience: This is long overdue! I went to Homestretch in the fall for physiotherapy to help with plantar faciitis. Firstly, Shammy (Clinic Administrator) is such a delight, is so personable, and clearly cares about giving patients a great experience. They have a great diverse team - that was so welcoming as a woman of colour! I met with Kathleen for physio, and she was so great. Patient, kind, curious and dedicated to helping you find relief and manageable ways of healing. I had to stop due to benefits running out, but I was able to carry forward what I learned from Kathleen - my feet have never felt better! :)

Scheduling is flexible, and they’ve always been accommodating to my schedule The receptionist is welcoming, and the direct billing service makes the process easier by eliminating the need to submit claims yourself.

Fantastic experience: Love these people and the new office! I had previously left a review where I initially saw the chiropractor, physiotherapist and receptionist, which was at Carewell. Knowledgeable professionals who are warm, patient, responsive and so helpful. Treatment with them has helped me find relief from various muscle and soft tissue issues and associated tension and pain in my back, shoulder, neck and limbs. I always recommend Dr Evans for anyone seeking chiropractic care and Kat for anyone seeking physiotherapy. Shammy at the front desk is amazing too. They also have massage and osteopathy now. Lots of free parking. Great space.

Fantastic experience: I never had luck with physiotherapists before as my lower back and hips weren’t curved after seeing them. But, when I met Kathleen, she is a magical physiotherapist. After 2 sessions with her, my lower back and hips are recovering. I am able to go back to the gym and able to walk and move properly. I strongly recommend her for all your pain/health issues. Fantastic experience: HOMESTRETCH HEALTH is outstanding in so many ways- Shammy the Administrator and Receptionist is so friendly and organized. Rob Evans is the most knowledgeable and skilled Chiropractor I’ve ever had. So good at what he does that I drive over 1.5 hrs to see him. (Apparently some patients come from Toronto and Hamilton too). He is way too humble and never pushes more appointments, only when necessary and gives follow up tips. Also free parking and easy access! You all rock!
