Positive experience: I was treated for knee pain. I have arthritis so I will always have pain until I have corrective surgery . The clinic treated me with Deep Laser treatment and electrode therapy . I was also given exercises to do at home. after a round of treatments my pain was reduced to a point that I can manage it at home by continuing the exercises.

Fantastic experience: I chose to go to MM physio because of their convenient hours, multiple locations and they take WSIB cases. The facilities are well equipped and the staff is very friendly. Mm physio were accommodating to my busy schedual and they worked with me to ensure I could attend as many sessions as possible. I worked with Jay as my pt, and he was great. Jay was very thorough when assigning my exercises. He took the time to not just explain what I was doing but why I was doing the assigned exercises and treatments. They focused on fixing the root cause of an issue not on pain management and the results are undeniable. Thanks to Jay, Mercy and the whole staff at both locations

Fantastic experience: I went to MM Physio for the first time yesterday to get help with my piriformis syndrome I had been suffering with for a week and a half. I had been in and out of the hospital, in severe pain with no sign of it letting up. One shock/laser treatment later, and I'm already seeing a difference in pain. I'm am so happy and thankful for how thorough Jay was and how kind the staff were when I came it. It was easy to see I was in pain, and they were so accommodating to keep me comfortable. I am hopeful that further treatments will get be back to functioning normally.
