Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Hou at the end of April after i hurt my back really bad ...i went for a massage and then ART treatment which helped a bit , however i just felt stuck or locked up still. One treatment with Dr. Hou and i was dramatically better and finally felt unstuck...i was able to go to the gym again and golf after having to take a month off from both :( This past weekend i was playing beach volleyball and hurt my back again(totally different area this time :mid back ...again felt like my back was jammed up and had trouble sleeping for 3 nights straight.I received treatment from Dr. Hou this morning and once again i feel "unstuck" again ! Dr. Hou is very professional while being very personable and friendly . I highly recommend him for anyone that needs a great and experienced chiropractor!

He listened to me as I reviewed my health history, did the assessment and then explained what he saw as areas to work on overall. Michael focused the first treatment on the areas of concern I expressed. I had significant improvement from the treatment. I will definitely see Michael again.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Ken for a little over a year now. I have developed some super painful neck and shoulder issues. Throughout the last year, Ken has developed a real specific treatment plan that has given me more pain relief than any medication or injection methods prescribed by my doctors. Using a combination of acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments I was getting some good relief. About six weeks ago Ken suggested trying a RPW Shockwave Therapy session on my shoulder (which I had never heard about). With 2-3 days my pain and range of motion were markedly better. I attended another session this morning for a neck adjustment and RPF Shockwave Therapy as I have been feeling a lot of pain again this past week. I like the natural approach and Ken’s vast experience in knowing what treatments may be helpful, and how often. He also offers suggestions of strengthening exercises, etc. for maximum results. Thanks so much for continuing to help me feel better Ken. Your expertise and kindness when I come in is truly appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Innercore Health has been a life saver. It is one stop shopping as they do acupuncture and chiropractic and they are knowledgeable on various beneficial stretches. Also, I recently did the newly offered Fascial Stretch Therapy with Michael and it is so beneficial and I am so glad this is an option as well as it removed the lower back tightness that I just couldn't shake. It is easy to book online and the entire staff is friendly. The admin staff do a wonderful job of having your appointments show up in your calendar or texts hours before your appointment. An easy 5 stars!
